I previously swore I would never give them one more penny of mine. Until I heard about one good Service Advisor in particular. So I gave him a try and I am happy to say I now take both of our Nissan vehicles to Fiesta Nissan for all our service needs. Thanks Dionel!

Had an appt on Monday. Work on weekdays so decided to drop it off the Saturday before my appointment; the vehicle was gladly taken in by Francisco. Very efficient and professional. Got a call on Monday afternoon with the results of the diagnostic. Dionel was very courteous and explained the service was covered by my extended warranty; only needed to pay the deductible. He set a clear time for labor completion and when the car would be ready. Tuesday. It's now Tuesday and the vehicle was ready and in my possession. I would recommend you visit this dealer for service of your vehicles.

HORRIBLE Service they are NOT doing they job properly i when to change my oli wait 5 hours and rotate my tires at the end they told me, one of my tire is flat i need to do other appointment after i wait 5 hours, they could fix they didn t wanna do it, I guess they let me drive with the tire not in good conditions.Service: TiresService: Tires

About 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. The service advisor went out to lunch and no one was going to bother letting me know my car was ready. Disappointing and slow service, not how I like to spend my time off. If you really want to go here you're probably going to want a friend in a car to pick you up. Not sure how convenient the shuttle service is.

Service center is the worst I have ever experienced on 1st visit I went for oil change, light that wouldn't go off regarding windshield wipers, and flat tire. had an appointment which seemed almost impossible to get. Once oil change was finished they brought my car up and told me the fee. I told them I have extended warranty, tire repair and all coverage. So they checked it and forgot to do the tire repair and the light problem. waited another 4 hours to be placed back in line to fix the other 2 problems they fixed the tire and not the light I spent the entire day thier and even after the fixed the tire and oil change they still tried to make me pay for it even though I had it covered had to go back and forth becuase they couldn't get things straight. Left light indicator still not fixed. Went back last week same rude guy took my car tried to charge me again for another oil change and to cover the repair of the problem regarding the light indicator. Was there from 9am til 5pm only got oil change fixed. Then was told I need to leave my car becuase the insurance company was going to want pictures. I told him give me a loaner car or take pictures but im.not leaving with out a vehicle he got mad and told me "that's not how it works you have to leave your car here or it won't get fixed" and with an attitude I again replied give me a rental car or I'm taking my car he told me I would void my warranty if I took it and the car had to be there 3 days before they would give me a rental. I told him driving a car with a hole in the reservoir will not damage the car and had they fixednit on the 1st time I wouldn't have the problem now. Yhe snapped back that's not the process and that this is how it's going to work and I was dine talking to him at that point talked with manager. This was last Wed today us Monday and they still haven't called me back to let me know the part is in.

Fiesta Nissan is hands down the best service dealership I've ever been to Ms Linda and service department was extremely helpful any question or concern I had she went above and beyond to make sure I was Heard and that I understood every part of the process we'll definitely be bringing all of our vehicles back next time thank you all so much once again

Very disappointed with Bert Ogden!! My airbag light indicating came on No Airbag !! I brought it in to have them turn it on and was told the warranty will not cover it because it had been tampered with. The connection is under the passenger seat where the broken harness is. If Nissan has airbag controls under the seats then owners should be informed that as I was told it could have been a bottle of water or something that rolled under the seat that broke it. I was informed the price to fix it is $2000. For the part. I believe this is a defect on Nissans end and I will continue my quest to make sure Nissan is aware that a 57 year old woman does not tamper with her car. Shame on Bert Ogden for implying I damaged my car. I still have plastic on the back seats. This was my 3rd Nissan and my last.Service: Electrical repair

My husband went to Fiesta Nissan and was being assisted by a salesperson by the name of Lalo Saenz, he proceeded to take a down payment of cash of $2000 in the promise that after I came in to apply to co-sign that we could get approved for a vehicle. The salesperson suggested me and my husband get something to eat to give the deal sometime to be worked on. We then came back only for him to tell us to go home and wait until tomorrow and that he would call us in the morning. The next day he didn t call at all and he did not answer any of our calls. We then got worried about our money. My husband had to go in person to the dealership only to find out this sales person had taken the day off and that there was no deal made. Honestly a simple phone call could ve sufficed. We will be taking our money elsewhere. This man was very unprofessional and we will not be coming back.
