I would definitely recommend this store. Customer service was excellent. I would also like to thank Jose AB , Eli and the staff for a superb job, these guys are as fast as a Nascar pit crew...... Awesome job gentlemen thank you

Excellent as always. Sal took care of my low pressure tires with great knowledge and suggestions.Jesse was phenomenal with my rotation and balance guidance. All the team is always top notch, professional and eager to provide the best service experience.

They damaged my center cap on my camper wheel. At first, they said it was bent up when the tire came in, which it wasn't. The guy then got very defensive when I asked for his name and a phone number where i could file a complaint. He never gave me either one. I have talked to 3 people at the store, who all said they would replace it and would call me back. No phone calls from them. The manager has always been on a conference call when I have called. I have never had this bad of an experience at a Discount Tire. I DO NOT recommend this store! Terrible customer service! So far, I have gotten no where with them.

Discount tires is the only place I buy my tires. It's convenient for me since I travel, and usually wherever I go there is a location if an issue should arise with my balancing or tire needs

I buy all of my tires from this organization. I truly appreciate the free tire checks and the spacious adequate seating indoors (especially in Texas summers).They can be a little pushy with sales and up selling, but that's to be expected.

Discount tire off 281 & Canton. Best service as always Adrian & Joe plus the entire team. I buy and rotate my tires with this team. Hands down 1 out 10 they get a 12 in my book

I want to thank javi r for fixing my flat on my tire, he went on his way to show me and explain what was the problem with the tire and what had caused it.He's a super employee. I will be coming back for future tire purchases.

Do NOT come to this Discount Tire, unless you want to be here for like 2 hours just so they can do a tire inspection. The employees from this location are just in groups talking with each other instead of working.

My experience here at this location was typical. It was the typically great, friendly, and efficient service I ve come to know from Discount Tire. They got the tires in on time as promised, got me scheduled at a convenient time and at a much better price than the Chevy dealership down the road.I dealt with Jaycen, David, and Jordan. All provided the most excellent customer service that one could expect, and I don t mean from a tire shop. But rather any place of business, any where including high end luxury businesses. Well done and thank you.

Always have very great service here. I always get here early as they're usually very busy. The guys that service my tires always go above abd beyond checking everything else and then also making sure to take care of any concerns or questions. I've bought my tires there and have had them for six years and they're still in great shape:)

This is not our usual location. My husband took our car for a nail and the ceiliny of the roof has a dirty black hand print on the light material close to the door. Very disappointing.

Tire signal came on a day before leaving out of town, came in today to have it checked out expecting a nail in the tire. Found out one of my tires was leaking and the staff were so kind. They cared for my safety on a whole other level and offered to replace my tire for free. Truly an amazing crew working here.

Discount Tire has done it again!! Great customer service, value and peace of mind!!I had not been to Discount tire for a while because my tires were factory on my hybrid, but alas my car needed new tires. I have been a customer at DT for years. So when it was time for some new tires I knew exactly where to go!!Upon arriving it was super busy, it kinda scared me. However, the staff here is super organized and tended to rush in no time. They were professional and had complete product knowledge. They explained to me my options of tires and warranties available for my specific car. They were patient and ready to answer all of my questions. I feel I made the right choice in tires and warranty. But it didn t stop there!!Next was the wait. They assured me they would call me when my car was ready. I was told about a link sent to my phone to track the status of my tire installation! I thought to my self let s see how this works out. As I was shopping at Harbor freight I checked the status and it said car had just been completed and then I got a call that my vehicle was ready!! I walked back and there it was a car with new tires. No stress, no half day wasted. Thank you all at DT!! You guys are awesome!!

Every time I go in I have received the best service. I always feel I received the best deal. They have been my tire guys for all my cars for the last 25+ yrs. Today, just needed tires rotated. Wonderful customer service from Jay and Jesse. Very knowledgeable techs.

My windshield wipers were installed last week by an employee at this location but didn't make it in the rain (i guess they didnt put it on right). I was very upset because it was raining heavy and I just wanted to go home so I called discount tire and informed them of the situation. Their employee Jason without hesitation offered to meet me where I was to install new wipers for me. The review is five stars because Jason went out of his way and used his personal vehicle to come help me.

We got a flat, thanks to a jumbo screw we ran over. Our tires are new had truck a couple of years and went to discount tires. They did not charge to fix the flat said they don't charge even if you don't get tires from the. Still they were professional and courteous Awesome. Will definitely go back.

Did not have tires I needed....they always have tires but this time they were limited because I know they are a super place to buy tores.I got tires there last year great service fantastic speed in getting a well done job....next time I will buy tires there.

Rick went above and beyond to thoroughly explain everything to us. Bought a new pair of tires at the best prices around. Also brought my own sensor that they installed at no extra cost. Purchased an additional sensor here for another tire and they also didn't charge for installation. Tossed my old tire and waived the cost. Had the best experience. Way to treat their customers and build rapport. Will be back. Highly recommend them!

We received excellent customer service! I took my parents to purchase two tires and the tech said it would take 45 minutes.The car was out in 15 minutes. We were very impressed, we will definitely be back!
