The tech assisting me was very nice. They even let me use a tire free of charge until the tires I ordered come in.2/8.. (update) the tires I ordered came in. I went early in the morning. They were courteous and it didn't take too long to get me on my way.

Always I have bought tires here because of the insurance is good if something happens with your tire you can go to any store . I had that experience cause I bought my tires in McAllen once then I was traveling to Houston and just reach one store and they replace the tire. I will recommend this service. The only down is that we have to make a long line beside that little issue everything is good.

Purchasing tires with Discount tire is always great. Improvement needs to be made on getting the tires repaired in a more timely manner. I don t mind paying to get a flat fixed but free is what is a benefit in buying here. Except you have to wait for customers buying new tires. I waited over two hours (after initially being advised it would be about an hour) to get a tire fixed. Discount tire should prioritize tire repairs just like they have a designated line to get the air in your tires checked. Service after the sale is key.

It's takes a very long time but took about 2 hours or more they worked up a deal with me only to get rid of the last wide 2 las tires they had . I went to get 4 normal ones came home with 2 wide I didn't need. I wasn't explained if it had any damage to the van. Only not to worry it would work well. Remember I took 2 different ones not alike and was charged a lot of fees . They rotated and charged the back to the front. I was so tired. It was not even to full of people when I got there but it got busy after that. I was skipped from line so many times. I always buy 4 the same. And I never pass the application for almost 6 yrs.

A good store, always busy. That says something, some of the better prices around for top end medium end tires. Walmart has cheaper tires. Cheap too. But for a quality tire, they have competitive pruce, always get my tires at discount. Went in for a flat fix. Some salesman are pushier than others. Other than that, have always been pleased with em.

When I first called Discount Tire there was a small miscommunication. The manager at the store by the name of Carlos made things right for me. I am very grateful to Carlos and to Discount Tire and that is why I continue buying ALL my tires for ALL my vehicles at Discount Tire!

Amazing service! I have been a customer of discount tire for more than 10 years and their tire prices + warranty are un-matched in the industry. The service was fast and professional. TIP: if you need an inspection and are able to book in advance, try choosing their appointment setting option online. They process appointments extra fast! Their online booking process is easy.

Very professional I waited in line less than 30 seconds before they got to me, and assess my car. My car had a nail in it, and I was with my dog Ace. Worried we would ve had to sit outside or I risk driving him home with a nail in my tire, the nice employee said Ace and I were welcomed here. I was able to sit comfortably inside with my buddy Ace and be worry free. Thank you so much for the speedy, and welcoming service. Will be coming here again!

From my personal experience, this is a great shop. Staff is friendly and acknowledges your existence as soon as you walk in. I have been buying tires since 1996 at discount. The tire warranty is a must get and they up hold it, no problem. Great all around place.

Carlos the manager runs an exceptional store. The service is outstanding!!! I would recommend this place to anyone who want s quality tires with OUTSTANDING customer service! Man those are some hard working men! There was a wait list of 30cars. I had an appointment and got my car done in under an hour. Had a nail and all my tires rotated and balanced. They all definitely deserve a raise!

I am a repeat customer!! Marcos helped me out so much with my son's car. I truly appreciate his patience with me asking so many questions. I came in originally to repair/replace a tire, but I left buying a whole set of 4!!! He didn't pressure me or guilt me into buying them. It was a WONDERFUL blessing because: 1.I ACTUALLY had the money. Usually I either have the money but no one's there, or I don't have any money and the item is on clearance for $5! 2.All the tires were in stock. We went with a completely different tire brand and had the same mileage but for a lower price. Thank you so much, Marcos! God bless you!!

Ridiculous wait time I got here before several customers and their vehicle was ready within 1 hr to have to wait over 3 hours just for a flat repair is ridiculous. Been AA customer for such a long time but today was unexplainable.

I purchased my tires online and they only have 2 out of 4 tires. They immediately upgraded my tire purchase without extra fees to make sure I left with my 4 purchased tires. I'm extremely happy with their quick, effective world class customer service. I definitely recommend Discount Tire on McColl Rd in Edinburg or any location for that matter. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Great Service! The team likes to go the extra mile! Mikela calculated different tire - rim size options in no time and I was really impressed about her knowledge. The rest of the team is very up-beat as well and goes above and beyond to help you out. You can feel that everybody here likes his job and carries their profession with pride! I appreciate the fact that they will fix your flat tire at no cost to you (assuming you purchased the tire there, of course) and they work fast -- even on their busiest days. Every employee that I've been in contact with has been friendly and professional. They even provide bottled water and coffee while you wait. I would definitely recommend this place for your next tire purchase. They have locations throughout the Rio Grande Valley and San Antonio.

Had a great experience , I was immediately assisted by Alex as soon as she was free, she is very knowledgeable and explained every details that I need in purchasing new tires, I was able to decide right away thanks to her , i am also grateful that she even checked if there are any promos or coupon for the tires that i want, there wasn't any but I am truly thankful for all her effort. I also got my tires replaced before the estimated time . Would highly recommend to go here! And all the staff seemed friendly

Came down to the Rio Grande Valley to visit family and was asked to run an errand to help drop off a vehicle for new tires. San Benavides met me at the door and was extremely helpful and informative. I want to give recognition to this gentleman for the level of customer service I did not expect to receive here in the Valley.

Good service and in a timely manner. They have plenty of tire options. Only complaint could be that they make take a while to take care of you when you arrive to the shop and all salespeople are busy.

I went in for air check and was told front tires were pretty bad and needed to be replaced. I decided to purchase all four tires along with 4 wheels since they too were beaten up. The service was spectacular. Carlos helped with the initial decision and purchase. They were ordered and came in within a week . Luis called me and we set up appointment. I work so I took a day off just to get this done. My appointment was on a very busy day for them. I was treated exceptionally well. Rene kept me updated on process. I was out within the hour. I thought I was going to have to wait all day. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Will be returning with my other car. Great customer service. Great products. WOW . Even though they were extremely busy they were so polite and service with a smile. Not only to me but other customers there. Great place.

Was going in to buy 4 tires, they let 2 people cut in front of me for air check. Left and will be buying them elsewhere. Get a better way of knowing who got there first instead of just guessing.

I had a great experience. Rene C was the salesperson that checked me in at front counter. He was very polite. I needed to have 2 pressure sensors replaced on both driver's side tires. He told me only 1 on the passenger's side had been replaced recently and asked me if I wanted to replace 3 sensors. I only asked for the two but appreciated the offer. He informed me of the prices and told me there was 3 customers in front of me and my wait time would be approximately 45 min. He accepted my military ID and honored me with a military discount.Repair was completed in 25 minutes. I received a text that my car was ready. The technician (not sure of her name) delivered the keys to me in the lobby and I was on my way.Now I don't have to see a blinking light everyday on my dash.

First of al... customer service was great but...We bought 4 tires, all new. The guy in the front even show me the new tires and everything was great. But when i got my car back, 3 out of 4 tires were a different model and last one was older than the one they show me first.Second time: they changed the tires but one of the tired is older and even looks used... im going back to see if i can fix that.My conclusion: be careful and double ckeck that they installed the correct tires you bought.

Mikaela did a great job this morning getting me sold on new (badly needed) tires for our car, without any high pressure sales tactics. Greatly appreciated her prompt, friendly, courteous service & professionalism, as well as that of the young lady who actually installed the new tires. Discount is always our go-to, especially because of their great refund/replacement certificates. I've needed a new tire before within 24 hours of having one put on, due to sidewall damage, so it's definitely worth the little bit extra you pay for it. Thanks, guys!
