They opened 15 minutes late. It's pretty inconvenient when you have an appointment and are almost late to work because of it all.

First time there and service was great !! I was able to drop off my car and get it back before lunch thanks to mark for explaining what was being done to my car !! Will definitely go back

Been coming to this location for a few months now for general auto maintenance to extensive repair. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and don t sugar coat anything. Honestly the best experience I ve had, even better than other auto shops and dealerships.The staff found parts that were needed for a repair and they kept in contact with me letting me know for the progress.Definitely will be a go to place for all my vehicle maintenance and repair needs!

I've done most of my car's services here and these guys never disappoint. Their prices are the best I've seen around and their service is awesome. Very patient and friendly staff. I'll be returning for any future services for my cars.

They don't do state inspection, they told me the state inspection specialist was out for another week.Call before if you plan to do a state inspection in this place, first and last time I come here.

Dropped my car off for a brake inspection at 8:00. I was told they expected to have it done around 11. After calling several times proactively for updates and then walking back just to wait for it to be finished, the car was finally ready after 5PM. To be clear, the inspection was fine and nothing was actually repaired or fixed and it still took over 9 hours to perform it when originally it was estimated to take 3. It's solely on management since I could tell their employees were working super hard but just weren't equipped with staffing levels and resources. Definitely won't be going back.

Service was quick. Employees were kind and courteous. I was told that there were problems with my breaks when we were not experiencing any problems. I decided to take my car to my regular mechanic. I will update my review afterwards.

Always great service. Be sure to get any warranties. They seem pricey up front but save tons of money over time IF you take advantage of the warranties. Dean & Silver will not steer you the wrong way, no pun intended.

Fast, polite, fairly-priced, and professional. No one tried to upsell and all of the employees were courteous even though I'd mistakenly come for an oil change right before closing. I'd definitely recommend them.

The attendant at the front is very friendly and very educated on his products and services. Shared all my options for my mobile issue and was prompt in getting it resolved and fixed.

I have gone to cornerstone tires since the day they open. Great service and they are very fair. They always do whatever it takes to make it right. The customer service is over the top. I would and I do recommend this shop to anyone to use. Not many like this one. Thank you all keep up the good work.

I often take my vehicles here for inspections and minor things, but 2 weeks ago, I had some major items such as a faulty fuel tank and some belt problems. They had it diagnosed in under an hour, and repaired by the same day. And anytime you talk to them, they are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Service like this is getting hard to find these days, and with an older car such as mine, I have sen it all.

I dropped my 370z off for a coilover install (this takes an afternoon, but considering they do have other cars, this should take a day or two TOPS) and a week goes by and I give them a call at 5pm (they close at 7pm) to ask on the status of my car and the guy proceeds to tell me that the cars done, but there s no tech there to get the vehicle off the jack, since they all went home. I call the next day and they tell me that the car isn t done and they only did the rear. A whole week just to do the rear. I tell them that I ll pick up the car that weekend. I pick up the car and take it home to adjust the height of it to my liking and notice that the bumper was dented and that they left the stock springs on the rear of the car. You don t need single springs when you have coilovers, the coilovers have their own springs. I here right now and they re confused on whether they were supposed to or not.So TLDR 2 weeks, $450 and forgot to take out the spring.So many other experienced shops would do this in the $180 range and have my car ready that afternoon or the next day.

Left my corvette with run flat tires there to get a tire replaced under warranty I had . After about 6 hours I get a call saying they won t replace the tire because the warranty wasn t working with them . They then proceed to tell me they accidentally patched my tire. (Run flats can t be patched , it ruins them) so my warranty wouldn t be accepted anywhere now because of the patch . I told them this so they had no choice but to replace the tire . Upon picking it up I notice a huge scratch on my rim that wasn t there before . They try to blame the scratch on me , so I ask to see the paperwork where they put down the scratch was there when I left it . To no surprise they claim they didn t do the paperwork and thus have no proof . Very careless work and unprofessional on their part .

I dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection at 12:30 today (Friday) and was told I'd receive a phone call when it's finished. I went in at 6:48 (12 minutes before closing) and saw my car was still on the lift; more than 6 hours later they still hadn't finished. Even though all that time went by, I still had to wait another 20 minutes for my car to be finished.

Had my car inspected .person who did it trashed my car ,possibly a thug /mechanic .he dismantled my dashboard cam and dumped it the car seat.furthermore,he also damaged part of my car.when i picked it up,it was a making a screechy noise . i ignored it ,as i was in a hurry. noise became more pronounced as days went by ,that i decided to have a mechanic from another company checked it out .he told me that somebody had adjusted or moved part that was making noise .I knew who did it ,this thug from cornerstone .thug also furnished me an estimate of what needed to be done to my vehicle .i had it done already from another shop for a fraction of a cost less than 50% .i will return to cornerstone,but will tell the manager not to have this thug touch again my vehicle.i know his name ,but will not publish it yet!

Was not satisfied with the service, or should I say the service I didn t get.Went in to get my breaks checks and waited for an hour and my vehicle was never pulled in to the shop, gave me an appointment at 9am and truck was still in the parking lot at 10am. I don t understand the purpose of an appointment, might as well just call it a walk in.

I was told by one of the employees that newer tires should go on the rear of the vehicle to prevent hydroplaning. I am going back for the third time to personally watch and instruct the correct placement because the last two times they put the newer tires on the right side of causing my car to be veer into oncoming traffic when braking.

So my wife car had a blow out a couple of feet away from here and couldn't get one of the lug nuts because it was striped. As soon as they opened I asked the rep if he would loan me a special tool so I can get the job done. He was kind to help me out with some of his personal tools. If it wasn't for his kind gesture I would have spent over $100 just for roadside assistance to help out.

I got an interesting welcome to McAllen last weekend. While asleep at 4:30 AM on Sunday morning MY SUV got collision rammed from behind by a drunk driver. I was not able to get the vehicle tag number because he left the scene so fast. He hit the SUV so hard it was pushed against the curb and the tire was forced off the rim and it lost air.Monday Morning 7 AM my pastor and I took the tire and wheel to Gene at Cornerstone Tire and asked him to pop it back on the rim and put air in it. I do not think Gene even got his first cup of coffee! He set the tire and aired it up and that was all that was needed.So new to McAllen but Cornerstone Tire gets all my work
