Excellent work & an amazingly helpful group of people from the owner, office staff to the repair guys. I got constant updates about the repairs and date it would be done. When I got my truck back it was cleaned inside and out, and I had someone walk me through everything they did in the repairs. Highly recommended!

Top tier customer service is what Collision Masters brings to the table. They are detail oriented and make sure their work is to customer satisfaction. I want to thank the ladies at the front and Mr Garcia for taking care of my wife's vehicle. Happy wife, happy life.We've brought several of our vehicles here in the past, Volkswagen, my Ram several times, and the Lincoln. That being said, they work on all makes and models and most importantly, your insurance! Tell your insurance you want to bring your vehicle here. They will get you in and out. Other places will keep your vehicle for months. Thanks again Hopefully we don't have to come back, but if we do, it's good to know who to go to :)

Work was good But they keep on changing to date when the truck was gonna be ready lost a lot of money and work Trying to commute from Houston to Valley to go pick up my truck If you have a lot of Time take it there if you don't find somewhere else because they take a long time the but job quality is good

Went in as a walk in asked if they could please replace my side mirrors. They said they could try to work me in and had my car ready in an hour!!! They were very nice and accommodating!!!

Lack of communication between workers. Took my vehicle back two times and still somehow manage to not fix what was said. The only way for them to get things done the right way is to be on them everyday

Poor customer service over phone and very rude. She gave me no priority to explain how to make a claim and continues to argue with someone in the background. Never calling this place again.

Took in my truck to have a repaint on my bumper after someone scratched it in a parking lot, and for being a new color that just came out, these guys made my truck look like nothing had ever happened to it.
