Great experience, Mr. Betancourt did a great job. He dealt with the insurance adjuster himself. Which increased the initial quote by around 300% in order to fix every single thing that was damaged. Went on and beyond that he even covered a couple of days of the rental car due to job going past the 30 days insurance maximum. Delay caused by insurance adjuster taking 9 days to respond, he kept everything well documented and used it to explain every step of the way.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wow, so the owner was a pretty awesome guy. Soon as I came in, he was pretty friendly and welcoming. He even gave me a lot of information and advice over the phone. He let me know right away that he 100% cares about the job he does and it really shows. My car was hit and took some pretty gnarly damage on the front hood/bumper/grill. The owner worked with my insurance and got all of the damages covered. The owner did set accurate expectations about the time it would take to fix everything. When I got the car back, I couldn't believe it was the same car. It looks brand new! Amazing work! Thank you so much to Betancourt's Collision Center on the awesome work you did! I'll be taking my car back again to get another damage fixed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Betancourt s is the best Auto body repair in Edinburg. He s been doing this work for a very long time and I can t think of anyone else I would trust to repair my vehicle. If you want it done right the first time and without any hassle go to him, you ll your vehicle back just like it was before the accident

Called in to ask about a price comparison for an estimate from a different shop. The owner said I would need to bring the car in so they could ring up an estimate themselves.Because I was shopping around and avoiding having to go in person to several shops, I insisted on the possibility of emailing the estimate in order to have him see what they would charge for the exact same job.He was unreasonable, rude and said, "I've already told you twice, we can't do that, you have to bring the car in." I offered sending pictures of the car's damage and his response was a deep sigh of annoyance, and a final, "Look, you'd be making me work a lot to look at that estimate and give you a price. I can do it, but I'll charge you $50, cause you're making me work a lot."I was baffled and had to ask, "How is that more work? The work's been done for you by someone else. I'm not asking you to come to house to look at the estimate or anything ridiculous. I'm saying I'll email it to you, and you just have to make a few clicks and tell me what YOU would charge for that. And you want to charge $50 dollars?"He was even more upset, more rude, and before he could continue to imply I was dense for not understanding, I hung up mid sentence.If that's how they treat potential clients over the phone, I wouldn't risk finding out what goes on during the course of a repair. No professionalism. No respect. No thanks!

This is the BEST place to take your vehicle if it needs body work. I have taken my vehicles for body work to the owner for over 40 years. I will NOT let anyone else touch my Mercedes Benz. Betancourt Collision is the BEST in this industry.

The owner was very knowledgeable and noticed a problem with my headlights right off. Whereas three other collision business didn t. He finished for 200$ less than the estimate he gave me. That s a WIN for me! The son was a big help to me and always took the time to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend the business to my friends. Just picked up my car today, and it s good as new! Thank you!!

Betancourt s Collision Center is where I go, every time! They get the job done right the first time. Mr. Betancourt has always been helpful and has done an excellent job on mine and my families vehicles. We will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend, very professional.

I took my car for a dent to be repaired . Because it had a few other dents, we decided to fixed the mayor dent and one small . We negotiate price and in order to get small discount , the owner asked me for 100% money upfront . I paid . When we picked up the car he fixed two small dents and not the major dent . He keeps telling me I got confused ( because I am a woman). I tried to explained him that he even mention he was going to call me if parts were needed ( something not needed for a small dent).I gave the money upfront in faith , and he took advantage .

Mr. Betancourt did an excellent job on my vehicle. However, it took 3 trips to Mr. Betancourt to get all issues resolved. All issues were listed on the initial estimate according to my insurance, but Betancourt and his staff did not complete all the work the first time. The bumper was fixed initially which was good but the trunk was not fixed. Also, the airbag light hadn't been reset. Mr. Betancourt, to this day, claims that the airbag light was not on when he received the car the first time, but it definitely was on everyday since the accident which was weeks before he received it and had not turned off since then. Was he trying to get away with not fixing it? An honest mistake maybe? I don't know. He just claimed it wasn't on at all when in his possession which leads me to believe he never inspected the car himself, or he lied. Finally, we had to take the car back a third time because the rear bumper latches underneath had not been bolted down.There are many good reviews of Mr Betancourt here which is why we chose him, however, I can only tell you of my experience. He missed the mark with us. It was a frustrating experience to say the least.

I have had two very positive experiences with Betancourt Collision. Late last year, I took my Honda Pilot for some work. I became a repeat customer in less than six months, when my son was rear-ended in the same vehicle a few weeks ago.Mr. Betancourt personally provided excellent attention to detail and service. He was very easy to work with and took great pride in his work.

During the month of August 2017 I had the misfortune of being in an accident where a gentleman coming in the opposite direction veered into my lane and hit the rear end of my truck bed.. (drivers side)..he (the other driver) was supposedly picking up a cellphone he had dropped on the floor board of his truck. I was sorely disappointed and immediately contacted his insurance company whose insurance adjuster knew Mr Juan Betancourt. .I had mentioned Betancourt collision center during my conversation with the adjuster and immediately he gave me an overwhelmingly positive response. I knew Mr Betancourt was the right person for the job..I can personally attest to this. ..My truck looked badly banged up ...neighbors near my home were in utter disbelief when I returned to my home with my vehicle looking better than before. I myself was very happy and relieved that my truck came back in excellent shape..I will mention this as well ..Mr Betancourt is very reasonably priced and performed repairs above and beyond what is typically expected. .Keep in mind being cheap will invariably cost you dearly at the end ...Betancourt collision is a superlative auto collision center with exceptional technicians ..I received my vehicle in a little over a week.. (not all results are typical) at least you know if yours takes a little longer it's definitely to your advantage his work is superb!ELOY GARC�A

Thee best of thee best.....paint and bodyshop.... the owner Juan Betancourt is the most friendliest person my wife and i know...very courteous and my Toyota 87 4x4 pick up came out from there Alot better the the original factory im not exaggerating the most beutiful paint job ive ever seen....wow....soild carshow type everything original its incredible..his employees r very respectful and will explain what they did and how...to ur vehicle...Juan i need to hand it to ur theee best of theee best...!!!
