Sept. 3rd, I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and an oil change. Afterwards, after running errands and driving back to Weslaco, I noticed several oil stains on my garage floor. I spoke with Crystal, in the service center and drove back to Edinburg. After arriving, and not being helped immediately, I opened the hood to discover the whole engine was covered in oil. To make this short, the tech that ultimately fixed the problem had a smirk on his face the whole time. Crystal asked another tech how much oil spilled and his response was, "nada." Just the little bit that splattered out... IT WAS INFURIATING! The tech left the engine oil cap off on top of the battery, which they wrote, "loose oil cap" on the final report. This situation allowed me to see first hand that the customer's word in the end is WORTHLESS! Bert Ogden will believe their techs and FALSIFY paperwork to make themselves look competent! On another note, I have an email from the Bert Ogden General Manager relating to another situation that specifically states, "...this makes us look incompetent." I will never purchase a vehicle from Bert Ogden again and may likely forego any future free oil changes due to their underhanded business practices.Service: Oil change

$1,500 is not cheap but I paid it thinking that it would be done properly. I didn't even get to leave the parking lot and 2 things were immediately wrong with my car. Gave it right back to them. It seems like it's fixed now, but I don't plan on going back.

Pleasant experience. Techs took care of oil change promptly. Subaru staff were very attentive and knowledgeable.
