Super happy with my buying experience at Bert Ogden Subaru. I went in and traded my 2023 Mazda CX-30 for a larger vehicle with more features and received a great trade in value and a way lower APR !! My salesman Alexander and his team did everything to get me into a much better deal than I was in and for that I'm very happy and grateful. Thanks everyone at Berg Ogden for a wonderful experience, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great vehicles and savings.

Johnny helped us out so much. Was super transparent with the prices! Our experience was no B.S. they were super honest and cater to the average consumer! Johnny was also super respectful and asked ME (not my husband) all the questions! I really appreciated it and am so happy with my purchase! Can t wait for the memories my family and I will have in our brand new crosstrek wilderness! Thank you guys so much!

Their Service is horrible took my wife s SUV in for an oil change on Saturday and ask the service advisor (Vanessa Munguia) to give me an appointment for the following Saturday because we planned they asked if we can leave the SUV all day so we arranged it. We also explained the issues that the SUV has been having the same day we took it in for the oil change and the advisor was taking so called notes . So we were all set. We thought we were. We took it in for the scheduled appointment and we left there all day. The service advisor called my wife at 1 pm that Saturday for pick up. My wife arrived to pick it because they had fixed the issues. They did nothing to it. The assistant that was helping the advisor thought it was funny that it didn t get fixed and decides to make some very stupid jokes. We didn t find nothing funny about that. The advisor was saying that she didn t know about some of the issues when she had the notes in the it system . My wife had even told them 5 time what the issues were. We spent time and money taking our vehicle in for these people to think it s a joke. If I could I wouldn t even give it a one star review. To specify I am only speaking about service not sales or finance.

Top of the line service as usual at any Bert Ogden dealership. The salesman, Jose Guzman, was very professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the dealership was very professional, no salesmen standing around visiting, everyone was busy.Thank you Bert Ogden and Jose.

Purchasing the Subaru Forester was a great experience here. Ask for Johnny Horta!!! Best salesman ever!! Explains everything thoroughly, goes above and beyond. Super helpful in every way. Thank you for being super patient with my wife and I while we decided on a vehicle, never felt pressured at all.Also want to give a shout out to Mr Sid Perez. Mr. Perez was extremely helpful in helping us out with the finances issues. Thank you all so very much and keep up the great work. We appreciate you guys very much!! Will definitely be purchasing another Subaru hopefully soon.

Bert Ogden Subaru is top shelf in customer service!! I live in San Antonio but have family in the Rio Grande Valley. I fell in love with the car on Sunday, and by Friday, they graciously had my car delivered to me with a knowledgeable and courteous sales associate who walked me through all the fantastic features of my new car. I highly recommend buying your next vehicle with the best in business, Bert Ogden Subaru! Ask for Johnny Horta!

Worst place to take your vehicle to get fix. I took my 2024 Subaru Ascent to repair some issues that it had. I dropped it off since 8AM. I explained myself not only once, but 5 times to them on these issue. Once they called me at 1PM to let me know that my vehicle was ready they noted that everything was fixed . I get there and all of these issues weren t even fixed like they noted. Waist of time!!!!

BEWARE: I ve had it with this dealership. I purchased my vehicle in 2021. Purchased in August and was one of the last ones to be enrolled in the free oil for life program. First they couldn t find my name in the system. I ended up being in a separate spreadsheet. Second, during my purchase I bought into the gold package for warranty. Well they entered that information wrong and gave me the wrong package. I noticed it on the Subaru app. It took them months to sort it out. Now it s 2023 and I m being told that to continue the oil for life program I d have to do the tire rotation and air filters changes, or whatever else that may need maintenance based on the miles I have when I come in. My frustration lies with the manager and whoever runs this dealership. Going forward I now have to pay for extra things that I can get done elsewhere at low to no cost. Tire rotation I can do at discount tire for free, an air filter, cabin air filter, and windshield wipers are an easy change. So because the dealership didn t understand the contract and were doing it wrong (like the girl in service dept said) we now have to pay for the recommended services? How is it my fault they didn t know how to read a contract or understand a service they were offering. According to the service girl the higher ups pointed it out. This program has been going on for years. So now in 2023 the hire ups FINALLY notice a mistake at this dealership and want to explain how it s to be corrected, and that correction is by telling their customers they have to pay for added services depending on the miles. Shame on the managers/owners for not knowing the type of program they re offering. If you want a Subaru, find a different dealership that offers Subarus. Love the Subaru vehicle, not the dealership. And don t patronize with your prewritten feedback response. You have my contact info. Make things right.

Great staff who took care of me and wife and did not pressure us into buying anything. They knew and respected that we wanted to take a few days to discuss our options. In the end we decided to purchase a Subaru from Bert Ogden.

First time that I have been to this dealership. Jose Guzman top gun salesman helped us with our new Subaru wilderness. If you decide on a new car go see Mr Guzman. Sid Perez was our sales manager helped us work the numbers he was very patient and very good listener. Working with these two gentleman was an awesome experience I highly appreciate everything they did for us. They both can help you with any model not just Subaru . I give them an A++

FAST FORWARD 1/8/2022 UPDATE:today I bought my 3rd Subaru within 4 years! Recently (Dec 2021) we were broadside in my 2020 Subaru Forester. The car was totaled but we were still alive, thanks to my Subaru Forester.ORIGINAL POST:Bought 2 new Subaru, sales staffs are nice! Service is a different story! Good manager left! Service writer attitude "No can't be done!". Didn't check car before releasing car to customer. My car was still DIRTY when I picked up, she said they don't do detail clean! Never got this kind of service and answer before! This is happening on September 1, 2021. Make you wondered should we go back next year when they offer upgrade/trade up my Forester? HmmmVery disappointed and sad.Let me clarify: service department's manager should know about this!UPDATE: Sid Perez helped me to resolve my issues, thank you so much Sid. Your service and help are greatly appreciated . Sales and finance staffs are outstanding . Service department need improvement as you can see from many different reviews here.Other than that, I love my Subaru

Quick and easy trip to BertOgden Subaru to maintain my 2016 Outback.Rick is superb, courteous, professional and warm-hearted, helped me to fix the issue and schedule a quick service. The overall process is quite smooth and takes much lesser time than I expected.Highly recommended for their service department especially Rick who is very helpful and nice. Would come again :)

An issue arose with my 2019 Legacy, Alexis from service department provided excellent customer service. He took initiative to touch bases with me in regards to a part we were waiting on and contacted me as soon as it arrived. Alexis was courteous, honest and professional through out the entire process. His was definitely an example of what great customer service should be.
