Best place in town to get a vehicle! Bert Ogden Mazda is the place to go. Super friendly staff, I was offered a refreshment. I had the opportunity to meet the manager who was super helpful and kind. This is my second vehicle I purchase with Bert Ogden. Gonzalo has been my go to guy since day one. He s been super helpful and always goes above and beyond for his clients. Second car with him, looking forward to my third in a few years

Great Customer service! GONZALO GONZALEZ helped out so much he guided me every single step of the way. he went out his way to look after my children while I was signing paper work. I truly recommend him if you ever looking for anything! I am truly satisfied with everything that they have done.

Had a great experience with Mazda of Edinburg . Our sales associate Johnny was attentive, knowledgeable and talkative and made us feel right at home. Amazing customer service all around. They also have a nice selection of higher end vehicles. My son loves his car thank you and will definitely recommend.

Your online shopping sucks! I was interested in a used suv and Bianca assured me it was available.. to go to this location for test drive. suv is not even there or available. And same thing happend at gmc dealer.. they just lure you in to dealership and try to sell you other car. I Will never do business here.

Got a call from Andrew who assured me he can help me. I get there they said Andrew was from internet sales. Told them my situation and that I had spoken to Andrew about this as well. They told me the same thing I've been hearing either get someone who has good credit to cosign or have more of a downpayment, which i understand, I don't have the best credit but i was willing to put $1500 down but was not enough. I was mislead into beleiving it could be done and it could not. I had already told Andrew that I didn't want to go because it would be no difference from other dealerships but no he continued to call me messaged and emailed me saying he could do something. At this point I was not sure if he has magic powers or what but he is a scam artist. Just wanted to share my experience.

Great customer service!!! I was treated with so much respect and Austin (sales rep), the manager, and �ric (finance) did amazing finding solutions for me and making it an easy process will definitely recommend to anybody looking for trade-in or new purchase! Super happy with my vehicles

The worst experience I ve had at a dealership! My mom went in to get purchase order after lease and we were there for 4 hours for a single paper they gave me where they added 6000$ we went in again the next day and they corrected the amount but they just gave us a paper with a written amount! Not a purchase order! They want us to go back again to something that should have been taken care of within 30 mins this is by far the worst dealership in the valley! All you have to do is do your job!!

As for service, it s an ok place. Despite all the services and amount paid for them, they still missed to let me know that the car had an issue with the headlights (i discovered the issue and took the car to another Mazda dealership) as well as they did not perform the complimentary car wash. It took around to 3 hours of waiting for a normal oil change service plus injectors cleaning, tire rotation, alignment and balancing, despite not being any other car being serviced at the time. Hopefully they will improve in the future.

I do not recommended the Mazda services at Edinburg. I took my vehicle in two times for services and the 2 times they made me drive all the way to Edinburg just to pick up my vehicle and the services requested didn t get done. Waste of my time and money because my vehicle has warranty! I spoke to Jose the service manager about the situation and they blamed it on a change of managers and miscommunication between them. I spoke to Ray who works in services as well and asked for him to please check if the services I had requested were done to my truck, He supposedly checked and called me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up and that all the services I had requested were done to my vehicle which was a lie! Never going back to them! I sent them this picture to their work phones and left me on seen and ignored me.

We had the pleasure of meeting our salesman, Marcos, and I am nothing but thankful. His patience, integrity, and attention to detail were always appreciated. Him and the store manager, Mr. Puty, only offer the best of services to their clientele. Because of this, I was able to leave their shop with the greatest smile and keys to my new Mazda 3!

Bad experience. First of all I had scheduled to see a car that was advertised but when I get there they can t find the car that I had scheduled an appointment to see. Then I shifted to another vehicle and after agreeing on price, terms and rate they send me over to the Finance Department where I sat for over 45minutes waiting to be seen and no one around to see. The salesperson came in at a point and did his best to entertain me and assure me that my paperwork was almost ready. He left and I waited for about 10 more minutes. I just got frustrated and walked out without first trying to get back my car keys that were no where to me found. No apologies given. I guess my business was not important to them

Worst customer service ever. Me and my brother went down to work out a deal and drive a mustang but were not acknowledged or helped because everyone was busy trying to get a cat out of a car. I m glad they were helping the cat but not even the manager who were out there acknowledged us. Waste of our time and interest.

Just beware of this place. Scheduled a vehicle viewing and test drive and decided to make the purchase. Vehicle was a cx50 priced at $34k, + $5k that I had in negative equity for my trade in (about $40k altogether), which I expected. Both wife and I had with "good" credit scores according to them, yet they came back with payments over $1k for 75 months (bout $80k total) Then tried to say it was because of my negative equity and maintenance cost of my trade-in (which was still under manufacturer warranty mind you) I of course denied that payment, they tried again for $950 for 75months, at which point I left. Needless to say I ended up at Hyundai and bought a car at the EXACT same price for half of what Mazda wanted me to pay monthly WITH my same trade in vehicle. Then Mazda called me back with a "miraculously" lower offer but still had me paying over 60k total. SMH. I won't mention any names, but this experience was an utter waste of my time.

3 years with a cx-30 and the a/c compressor went out. Dealership wants to charge us over $1200 to fix and we are under lease. Do not buy your vehicle from here. Worst dealership we have ever dealt with by far!

My son recently purchased his first new vehicle at Bert Ogden Mazda in Edinburg. After seeing how helpful, courteous, and professional Juan (sales rep) and staff was towards him, I decided on going back to the same location to purchase a vehicle. Although I ve purchased several cars elsewhere, Bert Ogden Mazda in Edinburg is the only dealership where I felt comfortable walking in. Michael (sales rep) was extremely helpful. He was attentive and not at all pushy. Entire process was quick and easy. Finance department explained everything. Overall experience was great. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle at Bert Ogden Mazda in Edinburg.

Worst service experience ever. Took my vehicle for an oil change and took them 2 hours to do it. I had to ask about my vehicle and was told by a service writer I needed a new battery, a new air filter, injector cleaning even though I just purchased this vehicle 3 months ago it is used but I would think a vehicle inspection should be done before vehicle is sold. I was gonna be charged 680.00 for something that could have been avoided if vehicle was properly inspected. I get vehicle back and had all these lights on after vehicle had to be Jumpstarted because the mechanic was checking vehicle for 2 hours. Mind you it was just an oil change and a complimentary car wash I didn't even get that. I will not ever be going back to bert ogden Mazda not even for my oil changes for the remainder of the year. Don't purchase from bert ogden or have your vehicle serviced because it was a horrible experience. Sales guy was horrible and just not a good experience.

Bert Ogden Mazda is such a great company to give your business to. Everyone was also so polite, helpful and welcoming as soon as you step into their doors. Mario is such an amazing salesman, he was so willing to work with us in finding anything we needed/wanted in the price point we wanted. He was honest, direct and patient in every single question and conversation . He was also checking in on us and giving us updates which was much appreciated . He made our whole experience a great one and we will sure be coming back to them because of him !

Rolando Garcia went the extra mile in assisting our long-term investment and making sure we were 120% satisfied with our final decision. Rolando was not only professional from the beginning to the end, he was knowledgeable about the product he was selling, he also knew the similarities and differences of other similar vehicles in the market. We arrived at 7 pm and did not leave till 11 pm; however, he stood by us every step of the way. Rolando is definitely a people-person, friendly, and attentive who never seemed bothered by the constant questions coming his way and the multiple requests to test drive various vehicles on the same evening. Rolando Garcia is the person to go for quality and exceptional customer service. Definitely an asset to Bert Ogden Mazda!!!! Wow! I ve purchased several vehicle in my lifetime, but the customer service at this location was awesome! Our sales rep Mario was wonderful and upfront. I was in and out of the dealership in a few hours! I would definitely come back for another vehicle there.

Still working on the #'s. 4 star's on 12-29-17Update 1-5-18 9am still waiting on a sign of life from this people. Very poor communication skills. Took me 1 minutes to write this post. All I needed was a 10 second phone call "sorry bud couldn't help you" but no not even that. Update; 1/5/18 Got the call late in the day. Thanks

We were there yesterday, we needed a vehicle as soon as possible, and the first person who got out to help us in a VERY HOT DAY was Joe he was very patient and he try to help us in everything he could and as quickly he could it was so quickly that I still can t believe I have a vehicle right now. Love my vehicle. We highly recommend this place and ask for Joe. Also thank you to Julian on the finance department he did explain everything in detail and he was very helpful visit them I bet you will get a vehicle when you did not even expected. thank you both for everything do we re awesome
