Guess the employees can park like idiots here without any repercussions. I get that the parking lot is empty most the time but management at all levels shouldn t allow this.Looks very unprofessional to have a vehicle parked like this in front of your establishment.

Ronnie was so helpful to us! We were going out of town and needed our cabin air filter to be changed. He were having trouble putting our new air filter in currently but he was very patient with us.

Roland greeted us and assisted with our car troubles, he explained everything that was going on in detail, gave us advice on the car. He was extremely helpful and respectful! I highly highly recommend this place! :)

Customer service was horrible. If you want to look at the bright side it could've been worse.Very unfriendly and 0 smiled at this place. I would much rather make the trip to San Benito than to ever visit this place again.I felt unwelcome and like a burden. I didn't want to ask anymore questions or buy anything else. Best part of this trip was when I left.

I went in for a problem starting my car, mr jose rodriguez ran the tester and figured out what was wrong. i really appreciate his advice and honesty towards helping me and my vehicle.

Went in because I had a part i needed to price. Asked if they could come outside and tell what part it was (didn't know the name). It was making a noise so I wanted to replace it. Manager says we are not allowed to diagnose parts. I just wanted to know what it was. He refused to come outside and look. Oreilly auto is just 1 block down the road, asked them the same... he came out, said it was the idler pulley and helped me order one.Just order from O'Reilly auto, or autoanything.com. you won't have to deal with these managers hating their job.

Walked in and was greeted by Eduardo right away and asks me if I need any help. I tell him what I'm looking for and instead of just saying where it is he walks me over to the aisle and shows me all the different items. GREAT customer service from this young man asks if there's anything else I need and am looking for and walks me back to the register when I make my decision. if you guys do read these comments he is a great employee with great customer service.

every time I come into the AutoZone on McColl, Edward's demeanor is always friendly and professional ready to help. what I love most about AutoZone is the honesty and accurate information I always get. If they cannot help, they tell me so and still will steer me the right direction and I appreciate that!

Lupe was an amazing help on Monday! Being a female walking into these stores are very intimidating however he made me feel comfortable greeting me with a smile and asking what he could help me with. I mentioned needing coolant for my Tacoma yet I was still unsure exactly. After attempting to describe it a bit more. He walked outside with me to check under the hood confirming what I needed was the correct thing. He recommended coolant 50/50 and explained exactly what I needed to do. While looking under the hood he noticed Their was corrosion on my battery and recommended some items that could help clean and prevent. Purchased everything! Wasn t there for more then 3 minutes! Super quick and easy! Highly recommend anyone to stop by! Will drive from weslaco to this location again! Thank you again!

Omg i was helped by Mike the sweetest dude ever with the mustache . Walked in because I got my oil changed and the mechanic that did it couldn t reset my oil change light . Mike googled YouTube videos until he found one that would work for my car and he reset it for me with in 10 minutes . He could ve just sent me back to oil change place , but instead he helped me out . 10 stars

I don't shop this store much, but there is something to say about work ethic and customer service. I drove over to this store to purchase some much needed wind shield wipers after the O'Reilly Store guys literally ran me off by locking the door when I was 3 feet from walking in about 7 minutes before closing and they still had clients inside. I was in and out of Auto Zone with the parts I needed and drove by O'Reilly Auto Parts at 901pm. Shame they are losing a loyal customer.

When I made a call to the store, Edward was able to answer all my questions and provide me with useful information. He was able to assist in checking and charging my battery. Edward was helpful in figuring out my options. Great Customer Service, I recommend this location!

Mike at autozone, really helped me out with my needs without a hesitation, I needed to return my battery that I purchased almost 3 months ago before the return policy and they gave me a hard time to return it at the one in university. Told him my situation and he really went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend mike for help!

I received great customer service last night. I needed two parts for my truck I called to ask if they can have the parts ready as I was arriving by Lyft. My brother ended up picking them up but they were in the front ready for checkout minutes before close. I m all for shopping at places who really want to help their customer.

Great Customer Service - I shop at this Autozone on a regular basis. I am always greeted as soon as I come in. They always have what I need. This week I took six quarts of mixed used and new leftover motor and transmission oil. I was going to drop them off to be recycled. The person that greeted me said I could drop off the oil there. I was surprised how easy it was to recycle oil at Autozone. This gesture really made my day.

my friend had such a bad experience with the workers, especially an employee by the name of Joe. They had a mix up with her money and they didn t want to help her, and they were rude to her for asking the problem be fixed. Poor etiquette from the employees, Not cool!
