I like advance auto parts for their prices. The store employees are not very knowledgeable, however. Overall it is a good store. Just make sure you know what you need. I wouldn't depend on the advice of the associates here.

Allows you to recycle oil, but it seems like they need more people to help at the front.Staff is friendly

I was in desperate need of wipers for several weeks and couldn't for the life of me even figure out how to remove the old ones. I went in today and they not only helped me find wipers that fit my vehicle but were kind enough to install them for me. They also were nice enough to show me how to install/remove the wipers in case I want to replace them myself in the future. I'm so grateful for their help and highly recommend this location.

Went in this morning for a $15 part employee was sitting down watching family guy I asked him for help told him wt I needed and he just pointed said it s over there(angrily) when I went to look I couldn t find the part he got up all pissed grabbed it and put it on the desk and had another employee pay me out he didn t look up any part numbers up or anything and what do yu know it was the wrong part for my truck I think it was the manger because he was doing paperwork when I first walked in

So many options, these guys have become my number 1 choice. Even when is a chain, they are more professional and helpful than average. Also good selection, fast service and fair prices even in comparison with gonzalez.Mgr is very knowledgeable

Awesome customer service. Thumbs up to Tony at W. University went out of his way to help with car door opener, being disabled is difficult andMoney is tight for mechanic work. Tony really is a real people person. He gives this store a good name and that's why I'm a life time customer.Keep up the good work!!!! We the people do appreciate and are greatful.

I used to shop here quite a bit. On a recent curbside pickup, I was made to wait half an hour, because they couldn't find the item....after I even called ahead to make sure my order was ready. And was told yes it was...

They came through once again for me. I've been a customer for them for a good 10 years and this is the second time they've really come through. A week ago I bought a lead and lithium-ion battery charger for my optima. My battery had just turned 3 years old and I wanted to extend its life. Well, a week later and my battery was completely dead! Fully charged a week ago and dead seven days later. Although against company policy, they applied the charger to a new optima and applied some discounts where a I got a VERY good deal. It just seemed like it was a battery discharger rather than charger. Just too coincidental to me. Anyway, I'm very glad they saw it my way and gave me the breaks I thought I deserved.

They kept giving me the runaround and were trying to get me to buy the most expensive part I needed for my car. They had me going from store to store looking for a part, and each store kept saying that the previous store had it. It was just an endless circle. So I went to O'Reillys.

Bad service, bad battery,My daughter bought a new battery, because she need one for her car, bought the battery about 15 days ago, again my daughter car wouldn t start, jump started car and told her to have the battery, and alternator checked, they check it said the alternator was bad replaced it 3 days ago, again car would not start , took the car the the Nissan dealer, was told the new battery was not good. Went back they would not warranty, or give me my money back because the battery was not good anymore .Had to buy another battery, and lost the money I paid to advance auto for the new battery that was not good.Last time I stop there, manager was not even helpful, or bothered to help us

Went to replace a battery and would not lend me a socket or rachet to remove the old battery. Not only this, but they would not help my mom change a brake light bulb. I told them I guess this isn't AutoZone. I will never return. They have been boycotted. Myself, parents and rest if family will not return. Do not go here if you need anything.

Always came to this Advanced Auto Parts. Never a problem. Now the problem is, they charged me double on separate dates. Not shopping here again. I don't appreciate getting charged for something I didn't purchase.

The employees park there cars in customer parking bocking the custers getting in the store even the delivery cars are in the way im calling corporate this week and they never have merchandise
