12/7/23 8:00am. I called for a tow and Luis said he could meet me in 30 minutes. He gave a very affordable price to take my car from 107 and La Blanca to the Quik Lane on McColl and University. He was kind and professional. I would definitely use this company again if necessary!

08/29/2023I had an unexpected blow out (flat) tire. Called 5 Star Towing Trans.they reached out immediately changed my tire within less 45 minutes. Fast, prompt ,reliable and courteous service. They towed my vehicle from an accident I had and when I picked my vehicle not even 3 full days later I open it up and realized they stole my battery. They're thieves I do not recommend this service. Absolutely terrible.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

SERIOUSLY THE WORST TOW TRUCK COMPANY EVER! FIRST THE GUY TELLS US HE S ON HIS WAY THEN HE CALLS AND SAYS THE TOW TRUCK ISNT WORKING THAT HE HAS TO GO FOR ANOTHER TOW TRUCK. THEN 30 MIN LATER HE SAYS HE CANT GO BECAUSE IT WAS TO FAR. WE REQUESTED AT 8PM CANCELLED AT 11PM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! SERIOUSLY SO DISAPPOINTED!
