My wheel was shrieking like fighting cats. Sounded like bottom of the vehicle was dragging the ground. I pulled into town Sunday, on my way from FL to NM, and waited for them to open Mon to ask for help... the owner, Shane, is very booked up, but had mercy on an old lady and took a look at the wheel. He saw bearings coming out of the wheel, metal shavings, and the wheel locked up just moving it to the shop. He shook his head and said "You're not going anywhere like this". Bless his heart, he was able to order parts and worked me in as an emergency case. I am SO grateful that if my van had to break down, PRO AUTO was here to get me on the road again. Thank you, Shane and Sarah!! You're the Best!! Pictures are the bad wheel bearings.

Had a trailer tire tear apart on the highway just outside Eden. When our spare rim did not fit, we limped into town to see Pro Tire. These folks went out of their way to help us. Thank you!!

I blew a tire about 20 miles outside of Eden with my wife and two young children. Classically my spare was flat. I called the shop and spoke with Sarah, she suggested I call the local Sheriff for assistance to get to their place. I did, they came right away and drove my family to their shop while I waited to get my spare working with the help of road side assistance. I showed up about 25 minutes after my family, Sarah had set up coloring books and toys for my kids, they had a used tire that fit our van and we were on our way 45 minutes later. This group of humans are wonderful. Truly wonderful. They're very busy because they're honest and good but if you can snag an appointment - get yourself there! We caught a nail in a tire and happened to be right near Pro Auto & Tire when we got the air pressure notice and found it so we pulled right in. We were in, and out, tire fixed at an incredibly reasonable price in under an hour. The tire is holding up great and my only regret is that we don't live closer because I love them more than my regular mechanic!Service: Tires

I was driving my nephew back home after the holidays, and while driving picked up a nail in my tire. By the time I made it to Eden I had 15lbs of pressure in my tire. In spite of the fact that the shop was closed, Shane and Takoda spotted me in the parking lot and came outside. They got me fixed up with a great used tire for a cheap price and even re-threaded a stud that was obviously messed up when I had my last rotation done. They were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! On Good Friday while traveling for Easter weekend, I completely shredded my front right tire about a mile outside of Eden. Some very nice people went out of their way to help me get my car to Pro Auto & Tire where they went out of their way to get me on the road with new tires very quickly even though they were very busy with customers that were there before I was. Their service, customer service and prices are top notch even for those of us that are just passing thru. Great staff and just good people!Service: Tires

We were driving to Lubbock when the undercarriage of our car came loose and was dragging. Not only were they able to get us in as soon as we pulled in, they were able to fix the problem quickly so we could get back on the road. Absolutely wonderful people inside and out. Words can t express how thankful we are; now, I feel safe driving and can make it to my son s graduation on time.

What a great shop. Wheel bearing went out on my way to Austin from Albuquerque to visit my grandson. They called all around Texas within a 100 mile radius to find the bearing. Then drove 90 miles to retrieve it and 90 miles back. They also did a complete inspection to make sure there were no other problems. I was super happy with the super service and price. I was back on the road before dark and make it to Austin to visit my grandson before his bedtime. Special thanks to Sarah, Shane and Andrew. You guys ROCK!

Me and my Girlfriend broke down in Eden Texas. Our AC compressor seized and would prevent our car to turn. Sara and Shane helped us in more ways than they had to. Pro Auto has been my go to shop since they opened. Their time estimates are spot on. The staff are very engaged and welcoming. Is you need work do e to your car or truck in Eden, go to Pro Auto and Tire. Sarah and Shane are the best.

Dude! Our car broke down on the highway in Edan Tx so of course I had to look up somewhere I could we could get help well this was the only place that was open, so I had to give it a shot FIRST! The lady s who answered the phone voice was so sweet/professional if she d of let us down (as in not having time to fix our car) even tho my car was broke down I know in my heart I could have lived off her kindness at least until the end of the day! BUT ANYWHOO! Before we where even on the phone for a good min she was telling me that someone was on thier way to help us! So I went to use the bathroom and I looked up and he was there and he was just as nice as she was. Well we get to the shop and he needs a part one of the again EXTREMELY NICE mechanics goes to get it (33 miles away)! Yeah so we re waiting and the nice lady that works in the office offers us drinks snacks and even sidewalk chalk for my son to play with just to make the wait easier we talked about our families and all she made me feel soooo welcomed and comfortable! I just want to say thank you for all you did for our family and helping us get to get back on the road! GOD BLESS THIS BUSINESS!!!!!Service: Electrical

Call them for assistance . I broke down in Eden on my way to San Angelo. I called for help.. they were here in less than 5 minutes. Shane.. awesome person- found the issue corrected it and I m back on the road.. love them - I asked for the invoice and he said no worries ..HONEST & PROFESSIONAL!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery
