Absolutely love this place so far. Very clean and spacious sites. Laundry room and shower areas are spotless. The staff that I've met so far are super friendly and treat you like family. Very dog friendly. I wish all the RV parks were this nice!Nearby activities: Lots of food and shopping close.Safety: Well lit and safe.Walkability: Lots of areas to walk and a nature trail is available. Two dogs parks for your four legged kids also.

We spent only 1 night at Lions RV park in Tyler. TX. Small operation but it was clean and the staff was very helpful. Most of their sites were full timers but they had 2 open for transients. Very nice dog park which was actually a several acre fenced area with a nice lake, trees and neighbor's cows! We loved being able to walk around and let Lucy off her leash. She ran until she was exhausted. Also, excellent BBQ in the area.Noteworthy details: small, quiet.

We stayed at this RV park for a week. Good size spaces with full hook ups. Gravel roads and spaces. Patch of grass which was great for our dog. 2 dog parks (1 small, 1 large). A trail on the outskirts of the park was great for walking our dog. Laundry on site but we did not use it. Office staff were very helpful and nice. Noise from I20 is a little loud during the day. Park is close to Walmart for groceries and Tractor Supply for Propane.

A one night stay but very enjoyable. Large spots, well-maintained. Nice to have some oak trees around. Will stay again. We did not use facilities but parked next to showers. Nice and quiet, even for a Saturday night.

Wandering Oaks is a beautiful RV Park! Clean and neat, spacious lots with grass, excellent dog park and walking trail! I ll be back for sure!Noteworthy details: Excellent walking trails!

It still looks like a brand new RV Park. The grounds are well kept and the entire staff are so so kind.I'm so glad I picked this place to hang out for a bit.The bathrooms are huge and always clean. The water pressure and the super hot water are an added bonus.The pool water temp is still cool in mid-June with 100+ days recently.

Excellent RV park. Stayed for a night. Site was a big pull through and neat with plenty of space between sites. Bathhouse was clean, fully stocked, and the water was hot. Staff left us a nice packet for after hours check in. Would come back.

Would highly recommend. An unexpected breakdown fortunately lead us here, expected to only overnight but spent 5 nights & so glad. Shower rooms are THE BEST, whole park is very well keptAnn was a excellent host, helpful, friendly as was everyone. Will definitely be back on next cross country trip

It was very clean and the spots were all pull through and convenient. My youngest loved the playground and the restrooms were very clean and spacious. The showers looked like something from a five star hotel. Close to Walmart and lots of other stores and restaurants but still away from everything and quiet at night. Will definitely visit again!

we are driving across country and has made reservations for an overnight stay. would love to come back here...its gorgeous! it was sunday and they had our paperwork outside the office door and txted to let us know. this place is very well taken care of the sites are far apart. landscaping is beautiful. everything is clean. would highly recommend!

We stayed here for 4 months and it was like a second home. The staff is very friendly and all around amazing. We were staying month to month while finding property, and Wayna was more than happy to help work with us while we were closing on the property we bought.The restrooms, showers, and laundry room was always clean, and the nature trail was a great addition. The park was well taken care of, and very affordable.I cannot stress how great this RV Park is and miss living there!

Excellent RV park. Very quiet. Very clean. Nice pool. Laundry and bath house far exceeded our expectations. Every bath house at every RV park should be held to this standard. Definitely worth staying here.

Intended to stop for one night traveling through. Ended up staying 5 nights when an awful ice storm moved through. Was so grateful that this park was able to extend our stay. Pull through level lots with full hookups.Immaculate bath and laundry - would definitely stay again.

Nice RV park just off of 20. Weather you re just passing through or having an extended stay this is a nice spot to park it. Staff are friendly and accommodating, park is well maintained and the bathrooms are awesome and clean. Being that it s so close to 20 you can hear traffic at times but it s not terrible. Very dog friendly place too, they have 2 dog runs for you to walk your pups leash free, which is so nice! Residents are nice and quiet during quiet hours which is a big plus. I highly recommend staying here!
