My daughter and I were headed home and we had low pressure on our tire.i decided to go to a tire shop on the way home and ended up needing a new tire. They guys were sweet and understandable that I had a special needs child and I couldn't take her out, so they changed the tire for us quick and easy while we jammed out in the car. Thank you Guys I didn't catch the main gentleman that spoke with us but he did an amazing job and so did the young man that changed our tire. We made it home safely.

I have used them multiple times now and Nick is absolutely great! Best customer service, always gets me in and out. Would 100% recommend. They take care of their customers.

Just stopped in first some air and was treated with the utmost respect. Even though I wasn't spending any money the guys made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely made a new customer and I will use them in the future.

I heard a noise coming from the front of the car. They checked for tire separation and drove the car to locate the problem. I appreciate their concern.

Waited 1hr 33min for a oil change and windshield wipers to be replaced and vehicle never moved from the parking spot. If you are in a hurry don't go here.

I've been been there 3 times. 1 time with car tires: 1 time with tractor tire: and again with wheeled weed eater. Every time I've been treated like I'm the most important customer they have. On top of that, their prices are fair and service is impeccable.

I was in Eastland with my car overheating. I stopped and put in gas and antifreeze which would take care of it in the past. Not this time! It continued to overheat. Was able to get in touch with the guys at Toms Tires about 15 minutes before they closed. They stayed open and replaced my stuck thermostat which took about an hour. These guys know their stuff and are very personable. They talked with me like I had grew up with them. They let me know up front any charges and hopefully would solve the problem easily. Fortunately it was just as they said and fixed it post haste. If you need anything done don t hesitate to go see these professionals. If there is something that they can t do they can direct you to who can do it. I feel very fortunate to have come in contact with these guys, these professionals!!! I feel like I need to take them out to shoot some pool and drink some beer with them!!!

Driving to Stamford from Dublin, vehicle starts shaking vigorously and knew it was a tire! It s almost 5 and I google searched shops in Eastland, Tom s was only one available after 5. I stopped in at 5:25 and they were happy to help me get back on the road, after 2 new tires! Friendly, fast, and explained all services that come with purchase. Thanks for staying late Tom s!!

Normally I do all my car maintenance. I just moved to the area and all of my tools and shop equipment are still in storage. I needed an oil change and used this place. I have been very meticulous in keeping my car's headliner and other cloth interior pristine. When I pulled up to this shop my headliner, visors, etc. were 100% factory perfect. After the oil change there was grease on my headliner, visor, door panel and center console.I just went back to my old detail shop in Fort Worth to get the grease out of my headliner/visors. The detailer told me it would cost $80 to clean the headliner/visors, there is no way to get them 100% clean, and the only way to have a fully clean headliner/visors like they were when I arrived at Precision Tire & Auto is to replace the headliner/visors -- $1,745.03 not including labor, shipping or loss of use of my car during the repairs.Precision offered me $5 to go get some cleaner and try to clean their damage myself. I'm thinking more along the lines of suing them in District Court for actual damages (cost of headliner, visors, shipping, labor and loss of use of my car during repairs), plus treble damages, plus breach of Texas' Implied Warranty of Good Workmanship, plus costs of court.Only use Precision Tire & Auto if you don't care bout your car because they certainly don't.

Jeff Smith and his team at Precision have never let me down. Flats, inspections, new tires, especially oil changes. They're really good so they stay busy, so do yourself a favor and call first. But these are the people to trust your ride with.

These are great hometown, local people. Very knowledgeable and good prices and service. I won t buy out-of-town tires, etc anymore because of these guys.

Let me begin by saying that this place is amazing. I had a nail in one of the tires on my way to Arizona. I Google the place and I couldn t be more happy that I found it. From the moment I walked into the building, I was very treated. The lady at the front desk gave m suggestions and guided me through which one was the best option. Every time I go to Dallas, I will stop in Eastland, TX. The town seems to have some really good people.

Had an oil change and front rotors and brakes were replaced, however, they broke the door handle on the inside of my vehicle. Only thing they said about it was to take it to another business and pay to have it fixed. Now I will have to pay someone else to fix it, and will be out another $80

These wonderful, kind, amazing people helped me when I was basically stranded in Eastland. I could not and cannot say this enough: these are good people who provide a great service and a more than reasonable price. I had a huge blow out as I was passing through and I was pretty shooken up, but they helped me get what I needed to get home. Thank you all again, God bless

I dont just let anyone work on my wife's car and certainly not my truck! On word of mouth my wife started taking her car to Jeff, I was so impressed I now take my truck to him and his guys. What I like about Jeff is he is a good man that makes sure the job is done right! To sum it up the customer is first and that my friends is rare. Thank you Jeff for taking care of business and most importantly treating people wright.

The people are friendly. I got 2 tires and rotated other tires, and oil change. Everything was done in less than 40 min! Quality work, reasonable prices..

This place was the final choice after pricing tires in Cisco or Eastland all week and comparing prices to Abilene. As soon as I got off work I rushed to this place. They said it would be 45 minutes and they would start. After I sit 30 minutes they came and told me they couldn't sell me tires because they had a family emergency. So I didn't get anything here or anywhere because by this time everyone in Cisco and Eastland was closed.

The first time that they messed up, I had a tire change done. They left the lug nuts way over torqued. I didn't go back for a while, but eventually I have them another chance as I asked them to do an alignment. The tech grinded my gears. I asked that when my truck was done they have someone else drive it back around. Instead of doing my simple request, he drove my truck around refusing to work on it at all.

These guys. Pulled up first thing and they had a new tire on the car and back on the road in about 15 min. Super friendly and quite courteous.

I rarely make appointments, because it is always spur of the moment...they have always made time to help and are never pushy about buying...but extremely helpful.
