Highly recommend using Stanley Ford in Eastland. I have been using them the last few months for servicing my vehicle and then yesterday we purchased a truck from them. Sarah guided us through and made the process so simple and easy. She listened to our exact needs and wants and found my husband exactly what he was looking for. Everyone at Stanley Ford in Eastland is very kind and helpful!

I was passing through Eastland on the way to Dallas when my car started flashing the kind of warning signal that can't be ignored. Called a couple different places and they were full for the day. When I called Stanley, Tom said, bring it in and I'll see what we can do. The Stanley service team replaced my alternator and the pulley that was going out that same afternoon, even having a couple of their guys stop at a Honda dealership an hour away on their way back from a job to get the part I needed. In a little less than two hours, I was on my way to Dallas again. Prices were exactly what I'd expect for the parts and labor. Thanks so much to Tom, Gabe the service center manager, and the whole Stanley service team for your amazing job helping one very stressed driver get back on the road!

Drove 2. 5 hours to purchase a 2021 F150 that showed a clean carfax and no issues LOL boy was a surprised later., May 2023 traded in a 2018 Dodge RAM 2500. Test drove the F150 and decided to purchase it with an extended warranty. Here is where the run around started. Needed the door unlock master code to reset the door keypad, we even asked Chad where is the door unlock code. Had a run around back and forth from Kyle starts off nice gets you in the door after the ink of the deal, does not respond well to issues and concerns and the Salesman Chad probably does not work there anymore either. Eventually Mark Childs was able to take care of getting the code by using a local dealer here. Start of October 2023 the windshield started whistling while you were drive it in cold weather. I took it to the local dealer first of this year 2024 and they tried to look up the extended warranty, and said it is not pulling up glad I called who knows if the warranty will even be vaild, smoke and mirrors. I reached out to Stanley Corp and Chris Koster took care of it and said it was entered. Received the paper work that it was entered and the paper work does not even show my Now my truck has been leaking water down the passengers side soaking the carpet. I contacted Safelight and they came out and said the windshield has already been replaced, Imagine that no history of the windshield being replaced on the car fax, makes you wonder. Took a look at the copy of the service contract, and it shows contract purchase date 11-16-23, I bought the truck in May of 2023. Then it shows milage at time of purchase 13,114, truck had like 29K miles on it when I bought it. Talk about deceptive business practices. All I can say is I hope someone reads this and does not in anyway use the Stanley Auto Group.

The folks at Stanley Ford in Eastland are amazing. Their customer service is 5+ stars! I would never buy from anyone else. My fob battery went dead and (I think his name is Clyde) he talked me through how to get my car started and then once I arrived at Stanley Ford, I had a new battery installed in my fob within minutes! I had an out of town appointment and they truly saved the day.

On 9/29/23 we were traveling with our 5th wheel from Dallas to Phoenix. Our turbo suddenly stopped working. After calling several dealerships, Stanley Ford said they could get us in for a repair.They stated they replaced the turbo coolant hose at a cost to us of $607.01. Imagine our surprise when the repair lasted less than a week, repeating the problem when we arrived in Benson, AZ.This time my husband completed the repair - at a cost of roughly $25 for the part.Not only were we gouged by Stanley Ford on price at a time when we were in dire need, it appears they used a substandard or used part that only lasted less than 700 miles.I guess knowing we weren't local and were leaving the area Stanley Ford decided to take advantage.My husband will be calling you to resolve this issue. If we are not satisfied be advised we will charging back this substandard service.Maybe if you are a "good old boy" from the country this place will take care of your needs. Don't make the mistake of needing them in an emergency! You'll be sorry.

I had a great experience with Stanley Ford. They were able to get me in the vehicle I wanted without any hassle and never had to step foot in the dealership! I would recommend them to anyone that is wanting to buy a vehicle!

From sales, to service, to maintenance I would rate this dealership five stars across the board. The people on this team care about you as a customer and it shows in their customer service. Ryan in service, Sarah in sales, and Nathan and Michael in the shop make this dealership a no brainer to do business with.

We have been in contact with the C.O.O. of Stanley Auto Group and he has proven to be an honest man with our problem.We will wait and see if they stand by their word on Thursday.If so, we'll remove the bad reviews from us.

Stanley Ford Eastland.Did some major diesel engine repairs on my eighteen-year-old truck. It took them a little longer than expected to get it finished. Do to some complications with removing parts from old truck. Right after I got the truck back from them. I drove it hard for 1,500 miles towing a 40 foot trailer.It seems that they have done an excellent job. My truck is running great, no more leaks.

I made arrangements to have my Escape repaired...the transmission was leaking. I was told what to expect as far as cost on the repairs and how long it would take. While they had my car I asked to have it serviced and checked out. They even washed and vacuumed it at no charge. All the employees were helpful and courteous and the cost was reasonable. If it's Stanley Ford you can depend on them to treat you right, especially in Eastland.

Update.I deleted my original post of this establishment.Over 2+ years ago the wife and had decided to stop and look vehicles with no intention of buying at the time. We were still paying off 1 and wanted to get an idea of what certain vehicles would cost when it came time to replace her older vehicle.Time has passed and mistakes made in their handling of customers at the time.(This was during the period of the pandemic and we feel that everyone was on edge because of the number of businesses closing). After a 2+ year period the wife and I had decided to overlook those mistakes and gave them another chance.The service department has performed excellent service on my 2013 f150. And just last year bought the wife a 2019 Edge, excellent body, nice interior and low mileage.It has now been nearly a year and she still loves that vehicle!We are happy that we gave them another chance.Just want to thank the employees for being a great bunch.

Traveling to say goodbye to a family member and our truck broke down. Full warranty amd no rental car in sight. The gentleman at Ford dealership took a car and loaned it to us so that we can say goodbye. AMAZING PEOPLE!!!!!

I recently purchased a very low mileage 2018 F-250 SD 4x4 from Stanley Ford Eastland. My transaction and overall experience working with Stanley Ford was phenomenal. This is the most important aspect of the review: I PURCHASED THE TRUCK SIGHT UNSEEN! I live in Austin and was looking for a very specific late model F-250 (options/color/mileage) and had been unsuccessful finding a truck locally. I decided to expand my search to the Houston and Dallas markets and located the exact truck I was looking for at Stanley Ford Eastland. Timing of this was in April, and given the circumstances with COVID-19, I was unable to travel to see the truck in person. I decided to go ahead and make an inquiry on the truck and thankfully I was passed to Kevin Pena for assistance. Kevin made ALL THE DIFFERENCE in making this truck purchase a reality. Kevin went way out of his way to help me: from providing me with the vehicle's complete history, to taking many more pictures of the truck's interior and exterior, to driving the truck and providing his impressions, and to confirm the maintenance history on the truck. Kevin was the real difference maker on this deal and he reassured me the truck was as clean as advertised and represented on their website. Thank you again Kevin, really appreciate all of your help and I've really enjoyed my F-250. Someone should give you a raise! I would also like to recognize Kyle Corr in Finance as he was incredibly helpful securing the specific financing needed for the vehicle. I had previously arranged financing locally with my credit union, but after talking with Kyle I decided to go ahead and see what he could secure via additional banks. Kyle came through with a really great financing solution and also worked with me on the best extended warranty options. Many thanks again to you Kyle. And finally, the awesome Stanley Ford folks actually delivered the truck to me here in Austin! I don't recall the names of the two gentleman that delivered the truck, but both of these gentlemen were some of the nicest and most polite people I have met. To sum it all up, my experience with Stanley Ford Eastland was nothing short of perfection. GREAT people and AWESOME customer service! My next Ford will be purchased at Stanley Ford Eastland!

Worst customer service I'd had at a dealership in years. Called first thing in the morning and spoke with Bradley about a new car they had in stock (with a markup above sticker...!!). Told them I would take it if my trade in was a fair price. I sent vin, mileage, and pictures of my trade to get a value and said I'd take off work that afternoon to pick up the new car if the price was right. I waited all day and no call back. He text as some point about what note I wanted..?? No trade value, no numbers, nothing. At 6pm I finally gave up. I'll be going to another dealership. I guess these guys don't need any business. Would have been an easy deal for them and a hell of a commission for the salesperson with all the money over sticker. I'll never be back...

Purchased a car from them and didn't buy as is, but a simple car fob turned into a Nightmare. They ran down my car and ran up my milage driving it back and forth to fix a key fob kept the car for a month and then wouldn't fix the other issue with the car. They are Big Scammers

This is my second time getting my pickup at Eastland Ford. everybody is very professional and I always get my truck service there for the last 5 years and i am very happy. I ordered my pickup thru Chris and he was very good at his work and knows his job. I always enjoy their friendliness and advice in the service dept.

I bought my car here two years ago. Chris Green answered all my questions and everyone seems to jump through hoops to get me answers I need on cars deets. Today I met with Tom Doar and his fella Kyle in the back works magic Everytime. Gary, at the service desk is ALWAYS a delight, super helpful, and always gets me in and back on the road! Sweet lady Becca is always cheerful and love seeing their friendly faces. I feel like I know this crowd and they are GREAT!

By far the most painless car-buying experience I've ever had! I bought a used truck sight-unseen over the phone last week, something I had never done before and quite honestly was pretty uncomfortable about the idea of doing beforehand. Salesman Oscar Esquivel was so nice and easy to work with, and he was very helpful in answering any questions I had about the truck and even made a video walk-through of the vehicle. The purchase process with my trade-in was seamless, and both Oscar as well as Kyle in finance were straightforward and transparent. I had the truck delivered to my home and my trade-in picked up, and I can't say enough about how easy everything was. I absolutely love the truck I bought it's everything they represented it to be, which was real peace-of-mind since it's a used vehicle and I hadn't test-driven or looked it over in person before buying. I highly recommend Stanley Ford Eastland; they go above and beyond to make the process simple and keep their customers happy.

Made an appointment to have a transmission cooler put on our F150. They had it on and called us before the promised time. Fair priced and way better customer service then Arrow Ford in Abilene Texas. Thank you Guys!!! With everything they did just over $600!Arrow Ford never called me back when I left 3 messages for them. My husband finally talked to them and they wanted to do a $300 dollar service check before they would even consider putting on a transmission cooler. Then charge us the $600 or more to do the job!! Well I now know where all our Ford repairs will going too!

I ve transferred my service to them from another dealership and couldn t be more happy. They always will do whatever they can to help. Well yesterday I purchased a new car from them and the entire process went very smooth and as quickly as possible. They even helped me unload my old car and get all of the stuff out of it! I mean super super nice!

Extremely disappointed in this dealership, I never leave reviews, but felt it was warranted.� I had MANY calls with Chris about a used 2013 Ford F-150, getting information about the Truck, letting him know that the Truck was for our teenage son, and that we were paying cash and only had a certain amount set aside.� I was very honest, and transparent with him. I tried to see if they would be willing to sell for what we were offering out the door, and Chris spoke with their manager.� I was then told that they get offers over the phone everyday, and people don't show up or follow through, and that it would be "better" if we made the offer there in person.� I specifically said to Chris, "Is it worth us coming all that way, do you think they will work with us? You know your manager, and your dealership, and what they may be willing to do. I don't want to travel all that way if it will be a waste of our time."� Again he said it would be better to come in, and be there in person.� It is over a 3 HR DRIVE for us to Eastland, my husband drove all that way to look at the truck, and test drive.� Wanting to move forward, we were then quoted a price that was $2,200 more than what we had been discussing, they even added on more fees.� I feel like this was very deceitful, and disrespectful of our time; they should have just told us over the phone.� I have to say Chris was nice to speak with over the phone, but this entire experience was very unprofessional. Feel like they must just try to get you in there to get the sale. So if you are driving from a long distance, be wary, and maybe don't waste your time!"
