Rooms are clean. They have a microwave and 3 cubic foot refrigerator. They advertise they have a pool but looks like it's been out of order for a long time. They are pet friendly and have area to walk them. Outside entry to your room. Breakfast was subpar and extremely basic. Caught the attendant sleeping more than once. Is quiet and slow. Didn't have toothpaste but had a toothbrush. I would stay there again. It suits my needs. The bells and whistles. Could do without birds nests in the hallways though

Visited Ranger College for a 2 day work project and needed a place a stay at a reasonable price point (under $100).After checking out all my options, I came in not expecting much. Most of the reviews of the hotels in Eastland left much to be desired, sadly.I settled on the Quality Inn mainly due to the pictures of what seemingly looked liked an updated room AND the Choice Brand.It was a GREAT move.Room was clean.Manager was kind and accommodating.TV had plenty of channels.Water was HOT.Bed was comfortable.And the parking lot was well lit. So lit at night the light pierced through the window.Plenty of charging outlets for your devices.Great WiFi.Close to plenty of options to eat. (Pulido s Mexican across the street was a great find!)It s safe.It s clean.It s affordable.Would stay here again. In a heartbeat.

Looks are very deceiving. It looked nice. But, when inspecting it was horrible!I have a shaved head. And the curtains matches the drapes, if you know what I mean. The first picture had a huge stain on the fitted sheet. The second picture had a long black hair on my pillow. (I take my own pillow, witch doesn't bother me too bad) The hair wasn't not mine! The shower toilet area had pubic hair and more long hairs behind the toilet. Not my kind of hotel, but, my company booked my room. I will not stay hear again!

Not up to my standards. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned and was filthy. Microwave had layers of grunge in it. Floor was disgusting and hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. AC/heater unit didn't work. Got a refund and stayed elsewhere. I'd give a "0" star rating if I could. The front desk clerk was a sweetheart though.

Horrible experience from beginning to end. Booked through Priceline and paid in full. Once we got there they charged us an additional $147. We confronted them and they said they would refund. Hasn t happened yet. Meanwhile we are back home and another charge has appeared for $73.44 sorry but our 2 room, two night booked stay wasn t work $566. Could have gotten a much better place for that amount. The tub was SO slippery, I almost fell several times AND there was blood on the door hinge in the bathroom. NO SMOKE DETECTOR but you can see where one is SUPPOSED TO BE & mold on the ceiling. Had housekeeping open the door on us both mornings we were there and when it was time to go we got pushed out so fast.. housekeeping surrounding us and the front desk calling to make sure we were leaving.. we were already getting out and were fully out by 11:07 not fast enough for them apparently. Also we needed our bedding changed and that never happened. Don t book this place. You have been warned. I have pictures as well

The hotel was going through a renovation, however we stayed in a newly renovated room, paint had been applied over cigarette smoke walls without cleaning first and it was seeping through. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. The smell was a pungent mix of cigarettes and Pine-Sol. The air conditioner worked well, however the knobs were broken and you could not adjust. The ceiling was dirty with dust hanging down. The room door would not close without force and being pushed on to lock and was covered in dirt and hand prints. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink until you started running in the tub. There were outlets that were not covered and some that had no power. The breakfast was stale cereal or waffles with no syrup. I could not get a final copy of my bill, they were out of supplies. Concerns voiced to the front counter were meet with an email address to send those concerns to that ended in @yahoo.Overall the stay allowed me lay my head down, but nothing more, woke up with a horrible headache from the smell and sinus issues from the ac running full force constantly. Will not stay at this establishment going forward.

Let me start the review by saying I realized not every hotel can be new and shiny. Were you lack new and shiny you should make up with cleanliness. The best I can tell the entire maid staff needs to be fired. This was the only hotel we can find on Saturday night. The first room looked like someone had slept in the bed and it had just been made, there was shaving clippings in the sink. The second room smelled like smoke. But the sheets appear to be cleaned. The bed for the most part was comfortable but after seeing the first room , it just made you wonder. If you need a rest you could stay here otherwise travel on down the road.

Easy to find, Dav was great. I had to wait a bit but I understand running a business is tough work, I didnt mind waiting patiently. I just read the signs in front of me, and understood it would take a min for him to get to me. He was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile, was talkative. Great Experience overall.Rooms: The room was updated and very clean, got a great night's restWalkability: Easy to get to the main entrance, sidewalks were not cracked and broken.

Decent motel with very reasonable rates and comfortable beds. It s nothing fancy, but was a nice place to stop and get some sleep so we could keep going on our trip. Decent shower, clean room and even a little bit of breakfast in the morning!

Dated is an understatement. It looks good from the front but after you check in and drive around to the rooms, you can see the duck tape holding up the drain pipes, the dirt and years old grime on the outside.Once you open the door, the diaspoitment really sets in. The room is just large enough to hold the bed, a chest, a table, refrigerator and too small side table. The room size is adequate.The problems arise when you get to the bathroom area. The door is about 2 feet wide and and doesn't fit properly. You have to push really hard to close it and cannot do so quietly. The toilet/shower area was dirty with grease stains on the shower walls a someone else's hair in it. While the shower walls had been recently replaced , the installers drew marks for the holes for the shower head and controls, the holes do not line up with the plumbing and the marks were never wiped off.In the vanity area was a door to the adjacent room with a large gap at the bottom. This allows all the noise from the woman who coughed like she had emphysema all night long plus the smell of smoking to further enhance the experience.While writing this we watched the cleaning lady and her grandson, who was about five, sweep, change the bed sheets and take out the trash. Less than ten minutes was spent and the lights were never turned on and the vanity/bathroom were NOT scrubbed down.Welcome to the Bates Motel. You might want to consider staying in your car.

Morning desk clerk was helpful and friendly. Night clerk was very difficult to understand. Gave us the wrong room at first. Room was super damp - clothes felt almost damp in the morning. We had a good, quiet sleep, though

i was there late night to rent a room and nobody was at the front desk. waited 5 minutes, called, rang the bell but still no one came to assist. looks like they just don't want to rent rooms to anyone. i stopped there because I'm choice member. won't stop there again.

Most rooms has been remodeled, but the air unit in the room I stayed it was loud and blew cool air at best. Bathroom are very small. The outside area needs better up keeping.

We struggled a lot, they did not return our deposit. They told me that in 24 hours and nothing, the very rude receptionist, why we called to ask, they should have trained people who like their work and make them happyBatallamos mucho no nos regresaron el dep�sito.
