Recently visited Blake Fulenwider GMC and had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2024 Chevrolet Trax! The staff was incredibly helpful and, guiding me through the entire car-buying process. The showroom was clean and and their lot was very well-organized, making it easy to explore their wide selection of vehicles. The salesperson I worked with, "Smoke", was patient and understanding, answering all my questions and providing valuable insights about the cars I was interested in. I appreciated their transparency on pricing and financing options. In the end, I found the perfect car at a competitive price, and the entire transaction went smoothly. We came to the dealership just to get an idea on what we wanted. We had no idea we would be leaving with a new vehicle that day. After some time test driving, Ean sat down with us to negotiate a trade in value for our current vehicle. After several back and forths, we were never pressured or given an ultimatum by anyone there. The sales team allowed us to drive away from the dealership and give us time to think about moving forward with a deal. We came back later that day with the decision to trade in our vehicle. The process was quick, easy, and we felt like all parties involved were taken care of. I would highly recommend this dealership and would look here first if I ever needed another vehicle in the future. Thank you Ean and the rest of the Blake Fulenwider team!

Nathan was outstanding! He assisted us in ordering our new Tahoe and then kept us informed as to when the delivery would take place. He stayed late for us to pick-up the Tahoe and explained all the features. Excellent customer service.

I called on Friday afternoon to bring my car in to find out why it wouldn t start. I told them it was a new Buick and was told to try to get it to the shop. I got it in at 7:30 Monday morning. But I was informed they don t work on Buicks if they re still under warranty. It was obviously still under warranty. It s a 2022 with 13,000 miles on it. I asked them if they could put it on the computer to see what was wrong and they said sure for $209. I m from out of town and stranded. These2 men just sat on their stool and acted like they were too busy to bother with me. I grew up going to Fullen Motor Co. This place is nothing like Fullen was for years. I won t be wasting my time going there for anything.

I could not be more satisfied with my new car purchase. I called Blake Fulenwider when I found an in transit 2022 Tahoe High Country on Chevrolet inventory page. They did not add any markup on MSRP unlike other opportunist dealers and they committed that the vehicle can be delivered within a certain time (not one of the cars waiting chips forever). After I placed the deposit, someone called me almost every day to give an update. They also offered a fair price for my trade-in driving my new Tahoe 2 hours to Dallas to deliver, taking the trade-in back. All the staff including Justin, their GM, were very responsive to my calls and texts. While my other Tahoe order with another 'big(!)' dealer is pending for 6 months; I managed to buy a similar Tahoe thanks to the team

Unfortunately, I am needing to revise my previous review, the original review read: Knowledgeable, Friendly, and very helpful. Upon further interaction I have discovered this concerns the sales team only. The service team is severely lacking. It took them almost 48 hours to replace a fuse when I advised them the problem with my vehicle was a blown fuse. This wouldn t have been a problem, however, upon taking my vehicle in for the initial oil change I was very disappointed to find they didn t refillmy windshield washer fluid, they also did not reset my oil filter life in the vehicle computer. These are both things I am able to easily rectify; that being said, when a 30 minute oil change shop can provide superior service in half the time I cannot let an unearned 5 star review stand. I do not plan to take my vehicle to this service shop again.

Quoted $8,500 to replace ball joints and struts. GM dealer back home Quoted $800 for the same exact service. Seems like they're running a scam on out of town folk's.

Bought in April, sent truck back 3 times after having a total of maybe 5 days here and there. Made almost 2 payments on a truck we didn't even have until end of June. Only 2 weeks in after all these months of repairs and transmission seems off. Horrified to bring it in to be looked at in fear of it being repaired for months again. No issues with 1st truck we bought from y'all. This go round was worst experience ever with a dealer. Wish we would of went elsewhere this

I just went in wanting to look at the new Chevy Trailblazer. I've had several before and loved those cars. As soon as we parked and walked over to check out the car, Dylan was headed our way and was fantastic at answering my questions. We went on a test drive, and I was hooked.
