Great store all the employees are very helpful and always try their best to help out in any way they can! All the managers do a great job of running the store and getting you the right parts as quickly as possible! I highly suggest this store for the right parts and the right price!

I went to AutoZone in Eastland, TX to get my battery tested after my vehicle wouldn't start. I was helped by Michael, who treated wonderfully. He tested my alternator and battery, and explained his recommendations along with my options clearly. To top that off, he even helped me by installing the battery. I couldn't do it because my tools are 4 hours north of here. Michael's assistance was a welcome relief to a frustrating problem (no one wants to be stranded without a vehicle in 100+ degree weather). If you want an auto parts store that will treat you right, I highly recommend AutoZone in Eastland, TX.

Went in to get a battery and was told they could not install due to rain, which I totally understand. When I asked if I waited out the rain if they would install it, I was told that they actually couldn't because it would be to "difficult" to install. I am sure this is because the employee at the time was very lazy and incompetent and not every employee is like this, but this is a unacceptable way to treat customers.

I purchased an altenator and had it installed. Two weeks later, it stopped working. I was in another town, had my car towed to a shop. They put in a new alternator. They did give me the broken one to get a refund. By the time I get back to AutoZone, a month has passed. I went in with the part that quit working and asked for a refund. The manager helped me, and I did get my full refund. Although the part stopped working, it was not AutoZone's fault. It just happens sometimes. They do get five stars for having great customer service and giving me a refund so promptly. My money was credited the next day. The manager was super great.

I had to make an emergency stop on my road trip because my engine splatter shield was coming off and dragging on the ground. The staff at Auto Zone, especially Michael. O, was SOO HELPFUL! He even offered to take it off so it wouldn't keep dragging. He got on the ground in 100+ degree weather to help me with this. Highly recommend visiting this Auto Zone!

Our Serpentine belt disintegrated on a cross-country road trip. We barely made it to the store before it closed. Michael O Connor jumped into action, diagnosed the issue, put the belt on, and saved our trip. This was Friday night in a small town.

Racism is still very real here in America and I have not experienced it, like I have when visiting this AutoZone. I had an road-trip emergency and needed a diagnostic on my vehicle, so I went to the nearest AutoZone(this one). I had to wait over 30 minutes despite there were no customers. The employees just chatted and laughed as if I wasn t even there. Then I was asked to leave, while still inquiring about my vehicle. I know all AutoZones are not like this, this particular AutoZone really looks bad as a whole for the company. Here I am dealing with an auto emergency and I had to deal with this as well. I just needed a little help, but instead was discriminated upon.

This store had the part I needed which I m so grateful for and on top of that they had an on site mechanic named Ricardo and he was very helpful but I ran into other issues with battery and alternator. I really couldn t afford to get broke down, pay for repairs and make it back home so Skylar and Sean went out of their way to assist me. I couldn t ask for more! Thank God for this team of generous Men to help a customer in need!

Not friendly at all. I'm a female. Brought in a battery that I could barely carry and they wouldn't even take it back to my car for me. There were no other customers. That won't happen again

I was traveling from Dallas to Tucson , Az .I was having a stressful time with the trip due to car worries .I stopped at Auto Zone, In hopes that there would be someone to check a couple of things for me as well as the engine fluids . It was a very overwhelming time for me as I was moving cross country with my dog who was ill.The employee I found to help me was James G.He was so kind to me , took the time to listen to me and came out to my car .After his reassurance and realizing that all was well , I tried to give him a cash tip for his assistance . He kindly refused the money and said he was happy to help me .I will tell you , not only his willingness to check my car , but his kind , respectful attitude meant the world to me during such a stressful time .What a pleasant experience for a stressful road trip .I wish all customer service was as excellent !Thank you !

Best ever group of people at this Autozone. My husband and I broke down 15 miles away. We called and spoke to Donnie and explained tow truck driver said we wouldn t be there before closing. Thankfully God had it all worked out. Donnie said they would be there late and would still sell us the parts we needed. Plus he said if we couldn t get the truck working they would help us figure things out. We got the part, they lent us the tools and we are back on the road. Thank God for sales people that truly do care about the customer. Not only did they help us, but there was another couple who was able to get help as well. Great team Donnie. Thank You all for your Excellent Customer Service.

Richard, we found out was a manager, would not change out a car battery for my son. In addition, his attitude toward my son, confirmed by another customer, was disrespectful and overall dismissive. I called to discuss the issue and he hung up on me which ensures that his behavior was described appropriately. Someone like this doesn t belong in a job where he doesn t have customer service skills and won t perform job functions AUTOZONE employees are supposed to perform for customers. I stopped at 2 Autozones to discuss the situation and both stores told me they change batteries without customers help all the time.He didn t care that I was going to post this review because he didn t care about impacting Autozone in Eastland, Tx. Pathetic experience and if I could give 0 stars I would.

Blake W was a life saver today on my the 1st day of my vacation! My caliper was seized on the rear he loaned me some of HIS PERSONAL TOOLS to get the job done right. Came out several times to check on us and try to help. This man needs a raise.

We were driving in from out of town and were experiencing multiple heating, battery and alternator issues. Eddie came out and helped us charge our battery. We were able to find what some of our problems were. He was helpful, professional and friendly.

The store was decent until they lost the young lady working there. Now when I go in there I just get ignorance or attitude. When a kid is having to explain to a grown man how to do his job, I have to question the place. I've been given the wrong part SEVERAL times recently. Looks like it's time I check out their competition.

Auto Zone has been a help to me big. You get your pants and it right. No running back and forth. If they don't have it in stock , it will be here next day for the bigger parts. I do trust them. Hope this gets me an attachment boy. I rate them very good. Thanks

I moved here to Eastland and didn't know anyone to help me out with my car I went in to the auto zone here and was faced with Shawn Sage and employee he took time with me helped get all the right things for my car and he was very informative and helpful he is a great employee I will only go to auto zone he went above and beyond for me auto zone is very lucky to have him as there employee thanks Shawn Sage you are great !!!!!! Service and the folks at my local auto zone are not very helpful. I say this based off of getting the right part the first try. Many times have had to return parts for the right one. If your time is important best suggestion is to take the old part with u. Part numbers are not enough when dealing with my local auto zone.
