Delivered 19 mowers here everyone was nice. After unloading I started for the exit the same way I came in. As I started past the shop one of the mechanics decided to block my way. OK. No problem, he's just moving some equipment. I'll wait. Several other mechanics were standing around watching him. He gets out of the equipment and and looks my way because obviously the other guys pointed out the fact that I was there. So he looks right at me and shrugs his shoulders like, so what? He the gets down and starts looking at the equipment and turns on the blades or rotors and completely ignores the fact that I'm trying to leave so I can make my other delivery appointments. Really??. You couldn't pull up 5 feet to let me by??? It would have taken 15 seconds for me to drive past and leave. Nope! Guess not. Inconsiderate prick. I guess mommy and daddy never let him play with toy trucks when he was a baby so he's mad at truck drivers now. I ended up sitting there for about 5 minutes or so before I decided to back up all the way to the dock and got turned around so I could drive through the customer parking lot to get out. Sorry people. I would like to mention that dealing with the staff here was quite pleasant and I apologize to the owners for giving a poor rating. All your customers seem to enjoy doing business here unfortunately there are few people that make an enjoyable experience seem less enjoyable for others. Thank you for replying to my feedback on this matter and it will reflect on my rating of this establishment

My dad and I saw a Shoppas ad with great pricing we knew when we got their that they wouldn't have the tractor in stock or some other story but when we got their they had exactly what we wanted and no hassle! We worked with Donny he was very knowledgable and helpful, he never pushed buying on us and everything ended up working out and we bought a 5055 tractor! We wouldn't purchase from anyone else the service was incredible!

Excellent customer service.Derrick was a pleasant agent to work with. He really knew his product and helped us to buy the right tractor. He is not there to just Sell; he educated us about the product and made sure we are satisfied with what we bought. He was even so kind and courteous to follow up with us a few days after the tractor delivery to see if everything is ok. We live miles away from this location, but because of the exceptional customer service, we sure will only go back there and will refer our friends and family to visit this location.

Great serviceI bought a John Deere 3025ERyan helped me all the way with the tractor and implements information and also with the financial process.My new tractor was delivered with a fuel tank to my home a few days after the purchase was finalized and the driver made sure the tractor was in a safe place on my property.I ve been using the tractor since early February this year and very happy with the investment.Thank you very much!

Excellent! Good, solid, down-home people! I bought a lightly used 2017 JD 3025E last week. I live 2.5 hours away, so I called and spoke with Glen (who told me he was the manager). He was super nice and helpful. He gave me the rock bottom price they could sell the tractor for, which was extremely reasonable, so I told him I'd hook up a trailer and be there in a couple of hours. I got there and they had the tractor moved up near the front door and ready to go. Everything went super smooth. Donnie (the salesman) was just as nice and friendly as you'd hope for, and he's an Aggie so that's a bonus. We sealed the deal, they welded some new hooks on the front end loader, gave me a pair of new keys for it, and now I'm the proud owner of a very nice used JD tractor. I only wish they were closer to where I live, because they'd be my go-to JD dealer without hesitation! A+

Thank you Shoppa for doing an excellent job on my little RX 95 riding lawnmower. I couldn t find a John Deere dealership in Houston to service it. Brookside said they would not touch it because it was too old. Again, great work on the mower deck belt install with spindles and the new drive belt. You folks went above and beyond after informing me the starter is now obsolete but then were able to get the original starter rebuilt. Unbelievably great job. Thanks again to Colton for tackling all the issues successfully.
