If I could give more stars, I would! Shoutout to Brandon and Gary for helping me get into my perfect ride, a brand new green 2024 Ford Bronco Outer Banks! They made the process so easy and seamless, even after a little miscommunication! I will always be bringing my business here, they have made a lifelong customer and friend out of me! Thanks again guys!

I recently bought a beautiful F150 at Destination Ford in East Bernard Texas. I couldn t be more happy! Everyone there was extremely nice and thoughtful. They truly want return customers. My salesman, Vincent, actually LISTENED to what I wanted. He was not pushy, but had multiple vehicles that fit what I had asked for, pulled up and ready to test drive for me when I arrived. The manager and office staff also made sure that I was taken care of and did not push a bunch of extra stuff on me. It truly was a happy day as it should be when you buy a new vehicle!

Just purchased a great used van from Javier! He was very warm and friendly and was super patient to answer all of our questions through the process. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and even retrieved an item from our trade in that we had forgotten by mistake. They detailed the van for us too which was much appreciated! Everyone in the dealership was really nice! It was a bit of a drive for us but it was worth it. We d recommend Destination Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle for sure.

Truly no better car-buying team than the one i ve got. Brandon and Javier helped me purchase my first vehicle and now 4 months later, they are helping me out with my 2nd after my 1st sustained hail damage. Vincent also made sure to keep me at ease about them putting in the work to make sure my new whip is looking pretty when i come pick it up! thanks again guys! i am very grateful!

I can not say enough about Lisa at Destination Ford in East Bernard. She exceeded all expectations I had and has forever won my business. She promised me that she would take care of me until I was 100% happy. And that she did! Please go see her and tell her I sent you. I promise nothing but a great experience. Just purchased a used vehicle from Destination Ford. The whole Team was amazing. Javier the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jay the finance manager was hilarious I almost forgot I was at a dealership. He did great work and loved the numbers. Definitely check them out of your in the market for new or used vehicle

Great experience. Bought a new Ford F150 and have only great things to say about Gary. Bought a truck from him 12 years ago and when it was time to buy another one, I knew where to find him. He spent time letting me test drive mutiple vehicles, got back to me with information I had requested, and then took me through the purchase. Even spent time showing me all the features of my new truck. Gary provides exceptional customer service and I d recommend him to anyone needing a new vehicle. Thank you!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE- This dealership sold me a vehicle that had a huge fuel pump recall and didn't fix the issue- then would not help me when I was in a rental car for over a month waiting for the parts to come in. I left several messages and did not hear back from them. They are all about the quick sale and taking advantage of unknowing people.

Horrible dealership. Stay away. Purchased a vehicle a few months ago and got scammed paying extra 3k for "warranty". I've been calling them but they won't pick up the phone nor answer any emails. When finally someone picked up the phone, they started lying that the refund was issued to a wrong credit union. Again, stay away from them.

Too bad you can't give zero stars. Tried to use our local dealer for my Ford truck repairs, bad decision on my part. My truck has been there a combined 3 months and I've spent around $2000 on repairs for a check engine code that their "service tech" seems to have no clue how to fix. They have replaced two separate parts, which have not fixed the issue. So I paid for something that wasn't broke but I don't see a refund for that. Taken in a third time and been over three weeks that I've seen my truck parked in the back. When I call for an update, I get the tech is at lunch or "just about to pull it in to diagnose it" excuses and never get a call back. Will have to take my truck to some other dealership and spend more money to fix a problem they can't or won't fix. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! If their service department is this bad, I don't even want to try and buy a vehicle here.

Bought A 2022 Ford Ranger and as hectic as it is to buy a new vehicle now Gary made it as easy as possible. Would recommend this local dealership rather than driving into Houston.
