I cannot express how great this place is. Their customer service is amazing, they clearly explain everything, they are patient and considerate.. all around they are great and we had the best experience with this company and with Michell especially.. She walked us through the whole way and i would recommend them for anyone who needs help

I have been a customer for a very lengthy time. Since early Covid era.I was doing fine financially until a couple years later then it was hard to pay full payments However The Manager Rochelle.. is awesome., And she has always been cordial and very helpful and treated me as a top customer. No complaints about her at all.I do however have a complaint of substantial concern when an employee hung up on me today. July 14th 2023Two months ago I had went in and made a very tiny payment on my account. I made an effort. I also asked to speak with Rochelle. Once I asked for Rochelle, immediately there was resistance by the clerk Michelle, the gist of that day I was treated lowly and threatened that if I didn t pay this or that my car would be picked up.Rochelle does not operated her demeanor towards her customers that way.I left with my blood boiling the way Michelle treated me. I never got to speak with Rochelle.Today July 14th, 2023. I called Early office to Talk with Rochelle. To go over my account details and hopefully get somewhere in how I need to catch up or pay off my car loan.Instead I was greeted by Michelle, the same person who was very rude with me two months ago.I politely asked to speak with Rochelle the manager.I was told she would be awhile before I could talk to her that she was busy.So I said ok then I can call back in an hour.Then she said well it s probably going to be a couple hours.So I replied okay then I ll try back in a couple hours then.She still wasn t happy with that and called me out by name said she s busy then too what can I do for you Justin?I said well I just want to talk to Rochelle. I said I will just call back tomorrow.Then she said well she will be busy for the next week probably longer.I was thinking to myself good grief why is this lady avoiding my talking with Rochelle or having her call me back But hesitantly I gave her a chance here and said ok well I m working on a big job which will be done in days.. and I am trying to find out what the payoff is etc or can you guys honor that amount still of the letter you said you sent me. A few months ago. March 2023.Then sassy replied me well I talked to Rochelle this morning she said 825.00 pay off or 5 payments of 125.00I said okay well I still would like to speak with Rochelle.She said in an angry voice. fine . I will let her know, then quickly hung up on me.This was very disrespectful of her.I never knew employees were trained to be rude and hang up on customers.I hope and pray that no one else has to be treated like this person has treated me.At the end of the day I am still a loyal Fan or Rochelle did along the way before this employee showed up.Im doubtful that Michelle will even pass along to Rochelle I called in to speak to her.It s very common when a customer wants to speak to a manager to get help with an account that has fallen behind.Rochelle has ways she can approve certain payments or arrangements which a hired employee cannot.This is why I wanted to speak with the manager.Thanks from a honestly loyal fan of Texas Car and Title loans!P.s. I reached out to another location in help to resolve my payment plan. Plus see if they could Reach Rochelle to have her call me.Thanks !

Always feels like a pleasure to do business with a company that makes you feel like old friends while also maintaining professionalism! I have been a customer for several years now and not only do their spectacular employees not hesitate to answer any questions I may have, but are always eager to help me with any plan that best suits me!
