Lived here for over a year great RV park and neighbors are friendly management lady is awesome. They have Wifii always which always works no issues in this RV park . Thank you for having us we will surely miss it .

I lived here for a few months. A quiet place with great neighbors. We were probably the loudest in the lot. Covered spaces really make a huge difference when living the camper life

Great place to live, long term or short. Wifi always works. Great owner and management. Very kind people. Close to town and quiet

We are the first to move to this nice little park. Great location - close to town! More amenities are promised. So far, we've had a great experience here. The details in the construction are very thoughtful and the place is well lit. Covered parking for the RV and for a vehicle! Very nice!

Awful customer service they have no office and the woman running the place never answers the phone, plus they really do people wrong with their deposit system. The park is nice but has nothing to offer other than the spot no laundry offered on site, definitely do not recommend this place.

Covered RV spots are clutch in the heat of Texas. Close enough to town that it s convenient but far enough away it is quiet.

Very clean and high end looking RV ParkPros:- Covered RV and car spots- High speed WiFi- Clean property thats mostly gravel- Septic and electricity providedHighly recommend this place!

Awesome covered Rv spaces with covered carport. Excellent wifi and all utilities. Quiet and quaint close to area amenities.
