Staff were busy but still had the time to be friendly and helpful. I bought windshield wiper blades and I asked the man that waited on me if he could install them for me and he gladly helped me (Little old lady) ..

O'Reilly says they will install wiper blades free. They don't. I was just told that there is only 2 employees here, but there was no one else in the store. This will be my last visit here. Empty parking lot!

Won't spend another dollar there. Tried to get some batteries warranty replaced for a custom with the original recipts and customer info and was told no. Spend a few thousand a month there well it's going to Napa from now on

When you call and they never answer the phone which I do this to see if parts are available before waisting tome going up there or you order parts and they don't even call to let you know the parts came in or you can't pay over the phone which is very inconvenient especially when you run a business and the hassle to get parts delivered to you

They are a good supply house. Price match good products most everyone is pretty competent.They came through when was needed most. 04 grand marquise blower motor resistor went bad and it's like 100� and 100% humidity was a bad time for no ac. So good save at the parts store good on you guys!!

Very kind and friendly service. I just had a question this time but I had to replace my Volvo Battery and I really felt special for the fast and courtesness of the sales rep. He was very polite, fast, and knowledgeable in what he was doing.

Man I had to wait on so many things on in so many ways and like the least want to help their customers as soon as they come through the door and dilys to ask anybody if they need anyting when you walk through the door and act like there better than everybody

I picked up a part that was ordered they were great unfortunately the person that ordered the part is an idiot wrong part so I'm having to go reorder an exchange

I buy all my automotive parts at O'Reilly's Early Texas because they know what they are doing. If you need to bring something back hang on to the receipt and take it to any store and they will work with you and do it with a friendly attitude and smile.

Great service and always a laugh with the complexities of employees working there. Always leave smiling even though I go there with a problem to start. Best auto parts location to go to in Brownwood tx and I am a 30 year mechanic so this should speak louder than the oversized leprican working there that's always a blast to hear what he says next. Only thing they need help with is the paint department and knowledge of mixing.

Terrible customer service. Asked for a starter and an oil filter. The gal brought the wrong starter to the counter. She then went back and got the right one. I told her the filter didn't look right either but she didn't swap it out. I was right. Got home and it didn't fit. Called and gave someone else the same information and he gave me a different filter number. Have to go back to the store (1 hour round trip) to swap it out and the charged me more money. Ridiculous.

Very knowledgeable staff. Seems to always have the part I'm looking for. When you get the part it's the right part for your vehicle. Reasonably price.

Love O'REILLY'S! They are always friendly and helpful and don't treat me like I don't know anything just because I'm female. Plus, their parts come with a lifetime warranty! I used to shop around for the cheapest price but I quickly learned that you get what you pay for!

Most depressing place I visited today. Lady behind counter was less than helpful..tried to make a joke to ease the awkward silence, didnt work. Bought windshield wipers.Hope that her day gets better.

One of the best automotive parts stores in town. If never had an issue finding what I was looking for, and there is almost always someone to help. It has a wide variety of parts, equipment and friendly employees.

Friendly employees but I think it rude for them to answer the phone while helping you, then apologize. Also, sold me the wrong battery and had to return the next day for a refund.

Not a real big fan of the way the guys condescend to women knowing something about cars. If they didn't act like I (a female) didn't know what I was talking about, I'd go there more often.
