I have been renting from Mount Storage for 2 years and I have to say that I have 0 Zero complaints! The customer service is excellent. They are always so polite quick to respond to anytime we need them!

My husband and I have been renting from mount storage for over a year. They are always willing to work with us with any situation we may have. Will recommend them to anyone who s looking for storage.

My unit was broken into, I filed an insurance claim that they are refusing to pay, I ve called and reached out to them and asked for a manager and every week nobody calls back. I have a police report as well and even with that they are refusing to give me all my money back. I m moving from a shelter and now I have nothing.Someone needs to contact me immediately from corporate.Update: If your unit is broken into by their employee insurance won t cover it because of lack of physical damage. After now over 5 months I was told back in October the company would send me out a check since insurance didn t pay. Which might I add the total amount stolen with brand new receipts was well over 1k for all new products this isn t including things I already brought into the unit that wasn t new. So about 3k -4K worth of stuff total. They tried to settle for $750 and considering that I lost everything I owned and had to rebuy it all again it cost me thousands so I didn t think that was fair. But when the $750 check never showed and I kept reaching out via email and I ve been ignored I think that s where the biggest issue is. So not only did I loose over 1300 in new items with receipts I lost all my old furniture as well then had to pay almost 5k to replace all of it while they wanted to settle for $750 then for them to turn around and lie about mailing the check out I feel like is spitting in my face.I will be filing a law suit for all damages this has caused me and my family. The least they could ve done was reimbursed the full amount I spent replacing it or just sent over what they said they would. But this has gone too far, I will see you in court very soon.

By far the worst storage facility you can use . 3 rate increases in the time we have been there , one of our units was broken into . If you try to file a claim they make it impossible to collect on . Maintenance is ridiculous. Doors constantly jumping off track . Use at your own risk

I mistakenly rented the wrong size storage and Jose helped me resolve the issue within minutes. Very professional, very polite...exactly what you expect from a business! Can't say enough nice things about Mount Storage and Jose!

The customer service here is excellent! Special thanks to Jose for all his patience and assistance. The new management has done a wonderful job upgrading the property and installing extra security. I have been a customer at this location for 5+ years and will stay with them! They are always willing to help when I call.

These freaking people are the absolute worst! They Do Not have cameras and I had my unit broken into and a bunch of irreplaceable, invaluable, hand made quilts, made by my mother, grandmother, and great grandmother stolen, and mount doesn't have not one camera at the facility for any one that might be seen breaking into units because they are too cheap to have a camera system but they can sure raise the rent, for what I ask.

Has the wrong email at first they changed it immediately after me calling and even checked to make sure everything went smoothly as we rented on a Friday. Awesome crew. Will definitely recommend

Mount Storage is a AWESOME place, the storage unit is very clean and nice!! The Unit's are very affordable!! Carlos helped me with the paperwork, he is very knowledgeable, and nice. Mr. Garcia,was also nice and helpful.

We'll I spent a lot of time trying to do the contract online, it was crazy. I called the office and talked to a guy named Carlos, and wow he went beyond his duties in helping me. He walked me through the contract line by line, because everytime I did it, it would still have one place that I was missing and it was for Military and I am not Military. We'll with his patients we got it done. Just want everyone to know I don't think it would have happened if not for this guy his knowledge and patience.Thanks Carlos for making my day.a little easier.

I wanted to leave a comment about Mr. Carlos. I gad called pretty upset. My car had died this morning and I hadn't realized my card declined payment for my unit. I checked my mail and saw a late fee warning and called immediately. Though I was unpleasant Mr. Carlos remained very kind calm and patient and he helped me set up the right card despite my attitude. He also helped me find an option to assist me with the late fees. Hats off to you and thank you for your service. You did not deserve my harshness. Thank you again!

Good price for the amount of storage space I'm renting. When I was having a hard time financially, the owners were kind and patient and gave me a few extra days to pay. Highly recommend these storage spaces.
