My future mother in law took me here to help me find a new car! I came to just window shop initially and it was stressful at first because my previous vehicle was stolen. David Morris took us around and I told him I was wanting a Toyota. Something super reliable and most cost effective.We got to a 2024 Toyota Camry and he said that was his best for what I was wanting.We took a test drive and it was so smooth and I knew immediately that I didn t want to go anywhere else. There s something about smaller town dealerships. All the staff was so nice and welcoming. I traveled from Fort Worth and wasn t expecting such hospitality!David did an amazing job and showed me different price points and went the extra mile to show me something I d be comfortable with. He did not try to put me in something I was uncomfortable with and he was up front and honest.I unexpectedly drove off the lot in my new car and I couldn t be happier! Today when I got home from work I found a cute gift from David and the Bruner Toyota staff! An amazing gesture!!! I ve only bought one new vehicle before and I never received a congratulations gift.

I have been searching for a Toyota Sienna for a while now, and I came across Blaiz at Bruner Toyota who helped me search for a vehicle, and eventually found one! The process was smooth the whole way through from allocation to picking it up. If you're looking for a car, and a very friendly dealership I would definitely recommend Bruner Toyota, and especially Blaiz.My wife and I are super happy with our new vehicle, it was all set up and ready to pick up at the time specified. Hi, I want to share my experience�with this dealership so others don't fall in the same trap as I did.I reached out to them about a sienna they advertised thru social media and told them I'm calling out of NY if we can do the transaction and said absolutely�yes. I gave them a deposit�and waited for the car to show up. After 2 long weeks waiting for the car to come in, I got the funds sent over and gave all the info needed. I got insurance on the vehicle, �and soon after, I got a call from the manager saying they made a mistake and can't sell the vehicle�out of state. Yes, they did refund the money, but i had to get a car local for a few thousand dollars more since i was desperate and lost a lot of other opportunities in between.Please be careful before giving any info or deposit as they are not trustworthy and not backing signed buyers agreement.

After driving 1200 miles across country to be with family for the Christmas holiday, our Check Engine light came on and the ABS light came on in our 2011 Toyota Sienna van. First thing, we pulled into Bruner Toyota when we got to town. When they started the van, no ABS light, but the Check Engine light was still on. After a long drive like we all figured it meant an oil change was in order. It was the end of the day on Friday, Dec 22. They pointed out that they had Saturday, Dec 23 hours from 8 am - 1 pm if we'd like that oil change. Sounded like a great idea, and said we'd call first thing Saturday morning to see if an appointment was necessary and bring it right in. Started calling the next morning at 8 am and no one in Service answered the phone. We left a message. Kept trying to call, and finally decided to just drive over from our Airbnb. There was not one working answering the phone at the Service desk on Saturday Dec we at 9 am. So why did the young lady we talked with the day before tell us to call? The young lady that was seated at the desk next to it, informed us she was Parts Dept, she was new and didn't know answers to much of what we asked. Could we get an oil change Saturday, Dec 23? Was someone available? It was more of a roadblock than a help. We took our oil change business down. Bruner Toyota, please don't treat all your customers this way.

I have bought numerous cars from other dealers but my purchase of a limited edition Toyota GR 86 was the best experience I have ever had. Since these cars are rare, it was hard finding one - reasonably priced - e.g., MSRP. I live in Houston Texas and made the 5 hour drive to Early Texas to pick up the car. It took 50 minutes to sign the paperwork and I was back on the road to Houston. Natalie H., Josh Troutman the finance manager (very knowledgeable), and Errik Hales (the sale manager - Very straight forward and very responsive) were great. I loved my experience. No pressure or hidden fees. Price was what they said it was and the finance sheet was easy to understand. I would buy all my cars from here if I could but that 10 hour back and forth drive from Houston is very painful. Thank you Bruner team for a very positive experience!

Natalie was excellent, especially since I was trying to make a purchase from a very long distance away. Bruner Toyota had the best offer and price negotiation of all the other 10 dealerships I was dealing with. Natalie never became pushy or overbearing; she walked me through the process and delivered my car 2 days after my purchase. That was a 5 hrs drive one way!Thank you Natalie and Bruner Toyota for my 2024 Sequoia - I'm in love!

Jeremiah Salinas at Bruner Toyota is on point! He found the perfect Tundra FAST. I didn't have any luck putting a reserve at other dealerships and waiting 3+ months. Other dealerships were often rude, tried to charge outrageous dealer "market adjustments," and pressured to sell me trucks that I wasn't interested in buying by telling me this new Tundra spec that I wanted was a "unicorn" and unlikely to be found. Well, all that changed with Bruner Toyota. Jeremiah made the purchase process go so smoothly. I trusted his straightforward approach and professionalism in customer service enough to make the flight from Florida sight unseen. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Bruner Toyota and Mr. Salinas! That unicorn has finally arrived home.

I purchased my Toyota from Bruner about three months ago. Cassidy was my salesperson and she seemed friendly. There were a few hiccups with the purchase process as we drove from another city and were preapproved from our bank. The price was right, and the deal was made. Cassidy sent me away with one key fob, and I was told that my second key fob would be sent to me in the mail. Its been two months, and I still haven't received the second key, and I can not reach anyone via phone. The only person who answers phones is the secretary, and she is limited to transferring your calls to the appropriate people/departments.Two months after purchasing the car, my financial institution informed me that they had not received the title from Bruner, and that was the final step for the transaction. I called Bruner 6 times. Each time, the operator forwarded my calls to the supervisor of the title department. She never answered. I left messages each time, however nobody returned my calls. The 7th call I placed, I asked to speak to a manager, and I was transferred to Cassidy. She didn't answer. I left a message. It's been one month and she still hasnt returned my call. I assume the title was eventually sent, but the customer service just wasn't there for me. How hard is it to follow up with a customer?I called today to inquire about my second key. As usual, the secretary transferred my call to Cassidy but she didn't answer. I left a message, but due to my previous experience, I'm not confident that she'll respond. I think I'm going to have to do that 1-hr drive just so that I can inquire about this in person. I was really excited about my purchase and this dealer, but that has since dulled.*UPDATE* 11/10/23 The parts department returned my call. Apparently, they can't order my second key until December. However, it isn't automatic. I have to call again, in December, to order. And IF the keys are available, they'll order it for me. I was also able to speak to a manager who reiterated the guidance from the parts department.

It really shouldn't take 2+ hours for a scheduled oil change.They didn't say anything when we came in about them being behind or that things were taking longer than normal.We had to ask ourselves after waiting for over an hour for them to tell us that.When asked how much longer it might take, they said "soon," and another hour passed.I find this unprofessional. If told this was going to take a long time up front, we could have made alternative plans instead of waiting just to be kept being told soon.

After waiting 2 hours at Trans Tx, and then be told it would be at least another hour (!), I went to Bruner Toyota for tire rotation. Tires were purchased there less than 3 years prior, and only had 10,000 miles on them. Was told to come in at 3pm. At 3:50, I asked how much longer. Person had not even started. Said he didn't know anything about it. Proceeded to tell me that all of the tires had to be replaced, there was bad cracking on them, and it didn't matter that there was only 10,000 miles on them. When I Googled the matter, it said that new tires should be good for at least 36,000 miles, but I guess that is not applicable anymore, or is it? Person was Unapologetic and rude. The fact that I didnt drive much and also had no garage was presented to me as if I was to blame for the condition of the tires. Additional employee said he would have done it except he could not drive a stick shift. Was advised I needed a new battery as well. No mention of my 70,000 mile warranty on those tires bought there. Will not go back.

I just purchased a car from this dealership and met a very helpful, patient and respectful Natalie; who took me through the entire process from showing to test drive until a decision was made and the deal was closed. It was very clean and the price was as advertised. They're very helpful and friendly. Overall, I would recommend this dealer to my friends.

Sales lady was great finance guy took forever and wanted to play games. They sold me a car with a blown motor and had it for 5 months. Service department is a joke!!!!! Just want to add I have emailed the GM and it's been over a month with no response. I took my car back up there because the check engine light came on again BRIAN (service manager) said he could clear the code but they don't know anything about the make of my car and probably shouldn't have been the ones to put the NEW motor in. Now my car is at a Ford dealer fixing what they messed up and is gonna cost several grand. PLEASE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Sales lady was very nice and helpful, but service apparently can't even put on a skid plate properly. Sold us a car with a cracked head drove it for 2 days and it took like 5 months to fix it now the skid plate has came off three times and they can't install it properly wasted two 45 minute drives one way just to find out they ordered the wrong damn part after being told repeatedly which one it was. Extremely unsatisfied I would rate 0 stars if I could. Told us the car they sold us for almost 17k they'd only give us 8k for even after they put a new motor In it. Will NEVER use them again!! Apparently they only respond to positive review so don't guess they care about the rest of us who had a bad experience there!!

My husband and I were in search of a good used pickup and was told how Cassidy was the one to talk to, after test driving a few in Weatherford Tx. I called Cassidy, she sent pictures of what she thought we wanted and she was correct, she worked until she had the perfect truck for us she didn t quit!! The best buying experience within a 500 mile radius. Raegan from sales was prompt and professional. Josh from finance was receptive of my needs and did not push to upsell any extra add-ons unlike other dealerships. I ended up buying (2) vehicles from Bruner!

This was my first experience buying a vehicle and everyone was super helpful in helping me navigate the process. They also were very flexible with their schedules and did a great job answering my questions. The only thing I was iffy about was that they took a while to iron out the details of my financing options because there are just different departments that deal with different things. I didn t actually know what my payment would be until I got there but they did a great job of helping me find something great within my price range and I would highly recommend. Loving my new Toyota! Customer service here is pathetic! I put a deposit on a truck and when they finally called and said my truck was there and sent me a picture it was not the truck I was waiting for all this time. The sales manager Eric claims I never specified a color. There is no possibility I would ask for a $70,000 truck and not request the color I wanted.He then basically called me a liar. I will have to find a new place for all my service needs in the future and will certainly never purchase a vehicle from them.I feel sorry for the receptionist. She is very sweet and has to field calls for there incompetent sales team. If you are looking for a new car or truck I suggest you find another dealership.!

I had been looking at different Toyotas for several months. I had a 2015 Highlander that I loved and was ready for another one. Along came Jacqueline Parisi, and she researched all available (new and used) and would let me know about each one. SHE NEVER GAVE UP. We found the perfect car (Highlander Hybrid), and she has followed up with me even after the sale! BROWNWOOD BRUNER TOYOTA AND JACQELINE PARISI ARE THE BEST!

This place will definitely take advantage of your lack of mechanical knowledge. They charged my elderly mother over $1500, a total of 3 trips with tow fees for a battery cable they claimed was because the battery and alternator didn't like each other because the battery wasn't a overpriced factory battery ( yup folks now Alternators have feeling too. And you can't offend them with your non-factory opinions) SMDH!!

Was in the market for a new vehicle and had some problems with other dealerships and aggressive sales tactics. Bruner toyota was the opposite, they didn't try to up sell me and the process was simple and very clear. This dealership was one of the rare ones that didnt add crazy dealer add ons and force the price up. Kim helped guide us through the process and was able to help us get a new Sienna. I'll be using them again when we need another vehicle!

Pretty awful experience if I m being completely honest the sales woman was part of the Chevrolet dealership and she was selling me a Toyota, which was confusing. She had zero knowledge of the vehicle and seemed more interested in her Snapchat. She literally had zero interest in selling me a car, probably the worst saleswoman I ve ever seen. They made the buying process difficult having me jump through hoops. I only played they re little game and dealt with the BS because they had the exact car I wanted and no one else did. Based on my experience I could not recommend doing business with them unless they have the exact car you want.

Bought several new cars and have had different experiences at all the dealerships. This one was the best from every section of your dealership. Good people throughout. I bought two vehicles from them so far. Ty the salesman, Mike the dude in service, and the awesome lady behind the cashier counter are great. Think I'm dedicated to Toyota only now.

It was an amazing experience and my husband and I were thrilled with our purchase. The lady that did the paperwork was very good to explain everything and was so nice. Josh was also very nice and helpful and was so accommodating with letting us drive two different cars. He was not pusTX. and we had a nice time driving the different cars.
