Everyone shows dedication professionalism and loyalty towards company..... I drive past 2 O'Reilly's just to buy from this store .. Romeo and his team has helped me I'm any kinda of way they can even thought I have a financial situation... They are very knowledgeable parts people... Thanks you Romeo... And ur crew.. should be example to all the O'Reilly's in the us.. not because of me.. it's how I observe how they take care of the people best to their knowledge..Sincerely thanks and a humble heart to those in your team that show interest to help a troubled person in need of knowledge

Store did not answer the phone either time I called. I also called once while in the store....they had a bunch of staff working at the time I was there however, only a couple were actually helping the customers.

I was on my way to Texas from SoCal and my alternator went out, got a great deal and they even let me use their tools!

We went a couple of days ago and a gentleman agreed to change our battery we told him we would be back so when we did go back this other guy told us no we don t like to change those kind of batteries go to auto zone so we were like ok??? We went to auto zone and they were very helpful and nice so save your time and go to auto zone :)
