I took my truck to this shop about two years ago because I had broken down in eagle pass. Left my truck here because it seemed like a mechanic shop that could fix my truck. These guys didn t even look at my truck until two days later. I came back to El Paso Tx where I m from. I would call almost everyday to see what was wrong it seemed at one point they prioritized other trucks. They would not even call me for any type of attention.Two weeks later and they still couldn t figure out what was wrong with my truck. I literally called a tow truck to take it to El Paso. My mechanic within two hours figured out what was wrong with it. It was a blown head gasket. Something so simple but these guys are incompetent and made my life impossible. They still charged me for 11 hours of work and did not fix anything. Take your business elsewhere. This place is not the one.

The Tail Ignorant Guy that made a big deal about a CUSTOMER showing up one minute before closing. Needs a BETTER EDUCATION on customer service. The only reason a business exist is solely base on CUSTOMERS!! If you think you can exist without customers keep miss treating customers and WATCH THE BBO TRUCK CENTER go out of business!!! They have the most complete heavy rig truck shop around town with the capabilities to handle any 18 Wheeler's needs. And then some. With a staff fully experienced in mechanics, electronics diagnostics, what ever your trouble's you are sure to find and answer for your needs. Be sure to check them out on your next visit around Town.

First time there, my company is from Del Rio so I tough may be I can use them for some works but hell no, they took 2 hours to change my oil, after that they told me they don t have the fuel filters so I will have to go to other place to finish, I asked for synthetic oil and they put regular oil on my truck, when they finish came with a bill over 600 dollars, (only the regular oil, the oil filter, grease and a tail light) they charged 32.99 for regular Delo 15-40w and put 12 gallons when my truck need 11, when I complain they told me I should ask before the service. Never again will be back and to my friends I will told them about this people. 600 dollars an incomplete pm, even with Baldwin filterService: Oil change

I give it 5 Stars for the excellent servicing they offer. My single trailer tire had a nail and they assisted me immediately.All the workers are very helpful, thank you for your excellent service.! 100% recommended.
