Honest, fair on price. Tries to give you the best options to fix your vehicle and the best price for your pocket. Gives you your diagnosis and options. Very informative about your problem/ diagnosis. Have been going to this company for years. Never been dissatisfied. Trent and the staff are great.

Great & honest businesses are hard to find nowadays! But, you can best believe if you bring your vehicle here to Trent & Todd, you're going to receive nothing but the best work & honesty from them! My transmission/axle was replaced by them in a very timely manner & my car is running like new! Definitely give them a try for your vehicle repair needs! I called about transmission issue on my way home. I was thinking it went out on me. i asked about rebuild. Told me to just bring it in for diagnostic test. Got me in and out fast. only problem was low on fluid. Durango went into a limp mode. He topped it off and has been driving fine. i would recommend and will be using this shop again. These guys do great work and are very honest. Highly recommend this shop for all of your automotive repairs. Rebuilt the transmission in my Dodge 2500 and I had my truck back in 3 days. Not only did Trent do a great job, he also communicated well and explained everything he was doing. Very honest and I highly recommend him.

My first time taking my car/having my car repaired by Specialty Unit and where do I even begin? Honest is where I ll start. Trent is incredibly honest and very passionate about his work. He truly cares. The customer service was over the top. My car was is rough shape (and that s an understatement) when towed into his shop and him and his staff refused to give up and gave it their all! My car is running like a champ because of Specialty Unit. I couldn t be happier. Our family will ALWAYS bring our cars here and you should too. THE BEST... the VERY BEST! Thank you, thank YOU!

Real friendly staff and Trent is a straight up guy. My brother got a transmission rebuilt here and was extremely happy with the work done. My parents have had work done here as well and everything has worked out well. They don't try to screw you like a dealership. If something is wrong, you have a choice to fix it or go somewhere else. Every service has been taken care of as fast as possible and has kept on working great.

Mr Trent Palmer provided me with excellent service!! Explained everything to me to where I could understand what was being done to my vehicle!!! Excellent experience. Knowledgeable and understanding not only of the mechanical problems, but of the most cost effective way to fix them considering my finances and the life of the vehicle. More than willing to accommodate schedules. I will go there with with any future issues without any hesitation and recommend them to anyone in need. Trent, the owner is easy to talk to. Great place, Trent and Todd are Amazing very personable and honest! My Dad has been coming here for years and referred me. These guys fixed my car in a short amount of time and did a great job. When I got screwed by a different shop, Trent was the only one that was honest, reliable and completely dependable. He rebuilt my old ford E4OD transmission and have never had a problem since. Thanks Trent! You guys are amazing!

I had a 4l80e built by Trent Palmer here, this guy is the BEST. If you need transmission work this is the only place you should consider. Honest, fair, fast and by far the best communication I've seen for a shop. Thank you for the outstanding service and kickass transmission work!

We have all been using Specialty for several years. They are very good at diagnosing problems and always make the repairs at a reasonable rate. They honor any warranty problems very quickly. We trust them with all our vehicles and highly recommend them to anyone. Basically, they are dependable, trustworthy, fast working and just plain smart!

Every time I come here or recommend someone always 5 star service. Trent is honest and tells you how it is, what it is and what he recommends. Never takes your money if it's not worth it. Been dealing with Trent for over 5 years!

i was refered to trent for my 2016 gmc z71 for transmission problems. trent and i talked on the phone about my problem. trent explained everything to me. the time he spent with me even before i decided to have him fix it showed me alot of professionalism. i had my truck towed to his shop monday afternoon. my truck is sitting in my driveway tonight. i am beyond pleased with the little bit of time it took me to have my truck back. he repairs more than just transmissions. i have found my repair shop for life. thank you trent.Service: Transmission
