I went here to purchase 2 tires for my daughter car. I was suspicious at first because I had never been here before. They were so nice and they had good prices for the used tires. The used tires have good threads to last until you are able to afford new tires. I RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THESE WONDERFUL GUYS.

Man the best tire shop your going to get, as soon as you pullup they asking you what you need, I called the Lancaster tire shop on 35 and daniel dale to see if they had my tire, she said yea they did i waited 30 before someone even acknowledged me then tells me they don t even have it. It s A whole different breed of workers at monster tire shop! keep that up

I was in a pickle today with my flat with it being a Sunday, it was hard to find an open place and that had my specific tire. I called the Monster Tire Shop and they had great customer service over the phone answering all my questions. When I got there, they quickly took care of my flat and I was on my way. Thank you

Very good business man Jose. I pulled up specifically to get a tire change and a plug on another tire. When he took off the tire he notice something to point out to me. He could have ignored it and only paid attention to the job i was paying him to do but he didn t. He went above and beyond to help me. My sway bar link was broken. He took it off. He helped me to find it real quick and i returned and he put it on for me. He also tagged the little plastic piece under the bumper that had been hanging from pulling up to close to curbs. I didn t even know he did it u til afterwards. He didn t have to but he did. I would definitely recommend to try this place out. Quickly responds to customers arriving and multi-tasks.

Cash only place. There is an ATM available at the convenience store next door. Very quick in an out experience. I've been there 3 times already. This last time I was there for about 10 minutes. Other times it's been a little longer bur they did have to dismount the tire. I rolled it low on air and it got ruined so they sold me a used tire for $40 out the door - not bad. They patch and plug tires. As of Oct 2022, they charge $5 for a plug. I would encourage you to tip at least another $5 and give the attendant a $10 bill. Not to far from there, they charge you $20 for the same plug. Can't beat the price. They sell some used batteries for $45 - they do not install. And some used tires and rims as well. They do not work on motorcycle, bicycle or lawnmower/ tractor tires. No commercial tires either - passenger to light duty trucks only.

I would never go back here they have bad tires. They plug the bad tires up and sell them. I have came back twice in one month and bought two tires for the same right passenger side. Then when you tell them they have a attitude and act like they don't no english and say you got to pay. I advice everyone to go somewhere else. NO STARS

This shop had great service and was the only place out of three I visited that had a used tire for my car. Great tire less more than half of what a new tired would have cost. Change time was less than 10 minutes so yes it was fast. My second time there and I will return.

Too damn high on tire prices when you can go to Buckner for 130 per low profile tire they told me 230 he ll Amazon is way cheaper they will not get my business trying to mess over people

VERY friendly staff. Fast, personal service. These guys come to you if you pull up and stay in your car. Hope not to need anymore tire service, but if I do, this is my first stop.

Very fast and friendly service. Price is very reasonable for good used tires. I would recommend this tire shop to friends and family. They take cash only and there's a convenient store next door with an ATM.

Okay. I'm editing this week's later. I went here twice and both something happened to my vehicle that wasn't okay. If you care about your car don't bring it here. First time they messed up my front bumper. Second time I had to go back the dude that changed my tired tried to take the cap off my car and leave it without and acted surprised when I came back to get it. These guys don't care about u or your car. Just they cash. Don't go here.( Edited again/ I noticed I was missing two lug nuts less than a week later. They are terrible I strongly suggest going somewhere legit not this garage )

They didn't have a debit/credit card machine, they only accept cash, told me to go to another store to get cash, but only if they had my phone. And waiting to tell me after the job was already completed. Unprofessional. They got the job done in a timely manner, but they need to inform customers, "Cash only".

I normally don't do this. However, in this instance I feel compelled to do so. On Saturday I asked about the inventory on used tires. I was told they were in stock and that the price was 30.00 each. I told the person I'd be in on Sunday. When I arrived, I saw a notification that stated cash only. I told the person I'd be back, as I needed an ATM to withdraw money. When I came back, I was told 40.00 each tire. When I mentioned my prior conversation, they said 35.00 a piece. Needless to say, I'll take my business elsewhere. Can't abide that type of business behavior.

For the people that are complaining about the price of the tire or the workers this tire shop is a good place to get good used tires that look almost brand new if you want to complain about spending a few extra dollars or whatever then you can take your business elsewhere these workers care about getting your tire fixed and making sure you get back on the road in no time they dont have time for no ones games or complaints again this is a good place to get good used tires that look almost like new

Workers is rude tell you the price reasonable and when you pay the price is ridiculously expensive on what they tell you. Im not going back again or recommend. They will not even bother to balance your tire if your not paying attension . I have to remind the guy because he's already mounting it to my car without balance.

The shop has great prices great quality of tires the only bad thing is you have customers trying to get it for free. And I say if they're wanting something free then they need to go to the trash because with monster tire shop you get great prices great quality and great hours of service.

The used tires here look like new!! Only 40 bucks too for small size tires!!! Love how the lady gave a bad review for cash only but there is literally a huge sign by the front door that says "CASH ONLY"

this place used to be my go-to tire repair shop. NOT ANYMORE. They have raised their rates. Their prices are more expensive than Firestone now. When they first opened they were humble.Now the owner the old man forgot what made them successful....

They were pretty fast & polite price wasn't too bad for a used tire i paid 35 dollars but they had to replace the steam so that was an extra 10

I was getting a tire changed on my nice car, I noticed a funny sound when jacking the car up, while they were plugging my tire I got out looked under my car where the jack was placed my car fender was bent out. I showed the other worker, he stated it is plastic & it will bend back out. After completing my tire change a small part of fender was still bent out. I advise you NOT to go to this place they show no respect to people property. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE.
