These guys rock! I called 15 minutes before they closed and they all stayed late to get me on the road again. They do not normally replace motorcycle tires but invited me in anyways; when no other shop would. Really stand up guys. Nice shop. Nice tools. I genuinely believe they do better work than any shop I've been to, and at a very, very affordable price. Thanks a million boys

I was looking for a tire place close by. And found them not to far from my house.. My tire pressure light was on. I stopped by and I had a nail in my tire. Martin plugged it. I was in and out. Every was really nice. Great customer service.

Excellent and prompt Service. I was in a predicament and needed to get to the airport. They had my size tire. They got me out in less than 15 minutes. Also they were busy! They had plenty workers there to help customers. Maybe that s why it went so fast. Service with a smile. I recommend Martin Refugio Tire & Mechanic shop highly!

Man they saved my life!!! I was working on this side is tied today a long way from home. I got in my tire was pretty much on flat. I made it to the gas station to air up. Hubby text and told me to find a used tire shop. I made it with a Psi of 19. I was able to get right in. They worked their magic! Everyone was friendly and professional and most importantly helped me get back on the road! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Covid-19 friendly, family owned, and efficient; this tire shop took GREAT care of me with the up keep of my car. They even gave me a warranty on my tires. I lost my job and they made it VERY affordable for 3 new tires; I'm a stranger so I was shocked and grateful. Will be a returning customer!

Best tire shop I ve visited in Dallas, honest and will work with you on price. Come get your tires lookin right for a more than reasonable price, you ll get name-brand American tires too, no cheap Chinese tires.

Tried to charge me $140 for a used tire there s several places close by that are going to give you a decent tire for much cheaper i would not recommend this place.

This is my go to place for all my tire needs! They are soooo friendly and professional!! They also give you advice like an uncle would about your car lols - they are the best from the receptionist to the mechanics and I hope they all have the best Christmas ever!

I needed to have two tires replaced. They took care of it within minutes of my arrival. The receptionist and the repairman were both very nice and courteous.

Great service very friendly and great prices! I have been looking for a reasonable place to get tire services for a while now so I don t have to drive to Oak Cliff. This is the spot. Even offered me a free drink while I waited! Definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for great service and work at reasonable prices.

This company allowed one of their customers to spend $416.76 at their shop in Duncanville on 8/20/21 while I was in an OR at Conroe Regional.I called them direct to explain the situation (charge was pending) and they told me they couldn t/wouldn t do anything for me. The secretary and management refused to do anything to remedy the situation.This place may get good reviews, but only greedy crooks would allow $416.76 to damage their name and reputation.I m flat on my back from surgery for 6-8 weeks and I will be posting multiple factual reviews from a new account every week. They will not cease until this company owns their screw up and fixes this situation where they authorized fraudulent charges to post to my account.

Dude customer service was great quick service. I had been to 4 tire shops which 3 were closed and 1 2 people that worked there just looked at me with no acknowledgement so I left. I will be going back to Martin Refugio for all my tire services.

They are very helpful!!! Their use tires are good and you get a thirty day warranty on them. The price are wonderful.

The best tire shops around. A lot more reasonable priced then any other place I have been to in and around Duncanville. Went in and got all 4 tires replaced and on the road in less the 30 min. Good job guys!

Just recently came to this shop, I went inside to the main entrance to get assistance. As soon as I walked in, nobody was at the front desk, BUT there was a guy in the back. The guy that was in the back saw that I was waiting, I thought since he saw me he would come to greet me and see what I needed. Nope! The guy just looked at me and just kept on walking. I literally stood there 10 mins waiting for somebody to come help me and they never did. I just left, will not be coming by there again.
