It has its ups and down you know. Overall its a great place everyone there is straight forward in the lobby, not sure in the shop. My only concern with the shop, they over torque my lug nuts everytime i go, and when its time for me to do a job at my house that recquires me to remove the wheel, i can't its over torqued and im not able to loosen the lug nuts with my raw power, so thats the only drawback, other than that, its a great place.

Horrible here, nobody greets, I go inside and the person doesn t make eye contact and rude slurring his words. I asked for an oil change and he said it ll have to be a drop off until at least 7pm, it s 2pm now. I ll just do the oil change myself.

The team were very professional and repaired my tire very quickly. I called the Firestone in Desoto and they were unable to get me in until Thursday which did not work. This location told me to bring my car in immediately. The tire repair was less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this Firestone location.

This use to be a great place for Auto repair. I took my car in for diagnostic for stealing noise and left with a major oil leak. The black guy with dreads is dreadful and lazy with a terrible attitude. I asked about why was my car leaking oil now he just shooo'ed me away. I believe he thought he was going to get more money out of me. Took my car elsewhere for repairs. Terrible service, attitude, and it took over an 1 1/2 to diagnose my vehicle. Try them at your own ridk.

I had high hopes this location would meet the professional expectations after having a phone conversation with Robert but I was completely let down.I dropped off my vehicle as suggested from Robert early in the morning of Wednesday, about 7:30am or so and I was told by him they would do the diagnostic check and would be giving me a call. It was 4:30pm when I realized I had not received a calll so I called in to get an update. Someone named Adie told me that Robert was the one who "took me in" and he was gone for the day and would not return until Saturday. He basicly said I would have to wait until then to get information about my vehivle. I was floored that no one had the courtesy to contact me and provide an update but that I had to be the one to call in order to find out and even then was not going to be given an update until Saturday. I literally had to demand he call someone in order to get some sort of information. When I picked up my vehicle, no one was at the front desk to assist. I had to wait for 10 minutes before a lady already waiting said she had to go to shop side to get someone's attention so I did. The lack of care and attention by the worker just added further frustration to my situation. Oh but I definitely had to make my payment for them to do a check on my vehicle even though nothing was resolved.

We spent over $500 in July of last year getting our front brakes completely replaced, rotors, drums, everything. The front brakes squeak in the morning when the car is driven. The front tires are completely covered in brake dust, photos attached. I take the car back to this location where the work was done, since the work is still under warranty. They tell me the brakes are fine and that there is nothing wrong. I repeatedly told them that the brakes squeak and pointed out the brake dust all over the front wheels. Well, today, I learned something new about car brakes. The Service Manager told me that the amount of pressure applied to the brakes creates the brake dust on the wheels. This is ridiculous! Do not waste your time and money with Firestone.

10-04-2023 took my car for a oil change at Firestone in Duncanville, when I drove my car it was shaking, sounding like freight train and like I was driving over bricks, I return the manager and a tech drove it and said it was driving good to them, I got in the car the same sound, I took my car back on 10-06-2023 was there for about 4 hrs. they still could not find the problem, I call corporate office 5 times each time I was told someone would call me back in 3 working days, I never received a call, I always called them same reply. I took my car to another shop and they found the problem right away.which cost me 308.00, for something Firestone did for a 83.00 oil change

They damaged my car and left grease prints all over and left it on drive !!!! Refused to get the tech Kyrt or the Manager on the phone and said they are not liable to come back monday!!!! These people dont care about your car or at least have empathy to get to the bottom of this!!!!THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS !!!!Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Would like to give my hats off to Kyle for going out of his way to help me. My Durango broke down near the shop a bolt fell off my break caliper bracket. He went out of his way to look for one to replace it. Thanks to him I was able to make it home. Thank you so much.

Ive been coming here the past 2 years for oil change and always get taken care of. The last time I went they said my left head light was out and quoted me $670 to get it replaced($300labor/$300 bulb) i went to Autozone got a new bulb for $20 and changed it myself in 10 min.

Just got my tires rotated and balanced and it s driving a lot better.Thank you guys so much ! Was in and out. Guy at the front desk with Locs ( I m so sorry I don t remember your name and you told me multiple times ) was really great. Nice customer service!

They replaced vacuum pump behind gas cap, but then told me the canaster that usually comes with the pump is way past due. Wish they would have told me that before they replaced pump.

I always go here to do my alignment services. It can sometimes take longer than expected, but they are upfront regarding time of service. I've also bought a tire set for 2 vehicles here. They were nice to get them the same day from another location and install them same day.

Every time I take my fleet vehicle, they don't do something. Air pressure is always low, even on new tires and rotation even with me telling them the pressure is low. Washer fluid is never filled.

I came here twice to have my TPMS light checked and after spending over $600.00 to have a total of 3 sensors replaced the TPMS light is STILL on and I was told it was due to the electrical system/programming. (That's just the beginning). When I picked up my car I noticed my AC was no longer working. I had no prior AC issues and I was told that may be an electrical issue. The other issue was that I was not able to shift my car in gear. I had no prior shifting issues and I noticed the "technician" pried into the shift lock in order to change gears. I asked why the technician pried into the shift lock and the answer was unknown. I'm leaving this Firestone with more car issues than I came with. If you're on a tight budget, do not come here.

For as long as I live in the DFW area this will be my go to Firestone, I ve had serval issues with services at previous stores and just recently had to bring my car back in for a brake inspection due to a lot of squealing when braking after just getting the front and rear brake services done at a DIFFERENT location, turned out that they put the wrong rotors.Brooks and the guys here were able to pinpoint the issue and solve it the same day. Definitely appreciate them owning up to the mistakes of another store. Would give 10 stars if possible!

I can only speak on their alignment service. It by far is the best alignment I've ever had on my pickup truck. And to have the lifetime alignment plan just makes it that much better. Customer for life.

I received the worst service ever at Firestone in Duncanville Texas. I drove my car in to see about a power steering leak and when I went to pick up my car the next day it would not start and is not running to date and it has been a week! I was told there is no corporate number to call and the manager on duty did not assist in resolving my problem! Kyle the mechanic talked terribly to me and left me standing in the rain as I asked questions about my car. I have been waiting on Steve the area manager to call me regarding my concern and I have not received a call or an offer to resolve the issue yet. I would not recommend Firestone for car repairs or for them to even evaluate your car for issues at this time.

Absolutely horrible. Please be warned. This shop has no integrity and does not care for the customers best interest. I took my car there for new tires and shocks. This was a same day service. My car was returned broken and making a loud clunky noise. I returned my car the next day because they were closing when I picked up my car. I was told they needed 3 days to order the part they broke. If I could go without my car for three additional days, I could have went to a local mechanic. I chose this service because I was advised it was a same day service. Please be advised, they do not care about your time or your car. I called corporate and was given a ticket number 2681279 but no one has called. Save yourself the trouble.

They fit me in for my schedule and were nice and friendly and knowledgeable. They let me know what they found and did only what I asked for and gave me a quote for the rest. My alignment problem was corrected to.

Staff was courteous and friendly. I really appreciated his willingness at attempting to accommodate me for an appointment for services. In my opinion, that deserves five stars. Btw, I received a convenient appointment.

It was my first time here today. I had to get a expedition sticker. It was very great customer service. I felt heard and understood what was going on. As a woman, I didn't feel that I was taken advantage of bu them. Yes, I will definitely be back.

No common sense. Went in for a flat at opening. Received vehicle 650 p.m. it took 8 minutes for the tech to complete job. Any serious management would of pushed the quick job in between sooner and then expect a good review. -5 if possible. Lost a whole day work. Hard times.
