This business is Caliber Collision and at this particular location, Duncanville North, the entire staff treats you like family. They truly provide a 'white-glove' experience by explaining the process, sending status update notifications and going above and beyond expectations! The GM, Service Advisor, Office personnel and technicians all seem to have one purpose and it's to deliver exceptional service and live up to their company's model: to Restore the Rhythm of Your Life! They did that for me!I highly recommend Caliber Collision Duncanville North!

The facility is nice and the team members are detailed. I had an appointment with Marcus. When I arrived he knew my name and had my paperwork ready to go. He was able to put me at ease about having to leave my vehicle for repairs and assured me that I was in good hands. I'm thankful for him taking the time & explaining in detail the process my vehicle will go through from start to finish. Thumbs up!

No one likes to have to come to a shop to have there vehicle repaired, but this shop made my experience the best one.I had my Yukon 2015, driver door dented & handle door scuffed from a hit & run.To get an appointment for these repairs was very easy.I was greeted once I walked in the office by front desk very kind woman.Very fast service, then was proceeded to speak with a gentleman named Joshua who was very efficient at his job.Spoke to him about the issues & concerns.He kept me up on updates of getting everything repaired in a timely manner & was excecuted perfectly.I dropped of my vehicle there on Monday afternoon, left the shop with a rental, that was provided by Enterprise car rental company.Everyone was exceptional.I received updates on what was being done on my vehicle & was ready for pick up the same week on Thursday.The paint job is very good, the door looks brand new like nothing ever happened.If I had to return for any more work I would come here !Thank you team for your hard work!

My service advisor was Mr Marcus Denmon... He was very professional and i loved his warm spirit. He reassured me that my car would be taken care as soon as possible. He is an awesome man. I would recommend anyone to go to caliber collisions. They made me feel at home. Thanks for all that you do. Im very satisfied with your service..

My husband had his truck repaired here last month and they did an excellent job. The staff was very friendly! The manager Wendy was very helpful and made the drop off/rental process very quick and easy for us. We will always come here for any future needs!

I would like to take time out of my busy schedule to thank Josh and his crew over at Caliber Collision. Last week I brought in 2 of my cars that had been wrecked one of them was hit on the front panel of the passenger side. The other was was wrecked on the front drivers side door. They fixed both of them less then 2 weeks and did a perfect job you can't tell that they were wrecked at all now. If you need any type of body work done on your vehicle I strongly suggest them for a great job and a good price.

I was involved in a hit and run and Farmers insurance referred me to Caliber for the repairs..Daniel took great care of my car..the transmission also had a mechanical issue which thankfully we were able to contact Honda for the warranty to cover that. Once that was fixed, Daniel did an awesome job at communicating with me on what to expect next and what steps he had to take get the collision work done. Thanks!!!

Isaiah at Caliber Collision in Duncanville really did a great job with my Toyota Highlander. I m a busy mom with 3 kids and he made everything so easy for me. He worked with my schedule, kept me posted the whole entire time and even moved my kids stuff from the rental to our vehicle when my repairs were complete. After we drove off, my kids kept saying what a nice guy he was for doing that. I would highly recommend Isaiah to anyone who s looking for a friendly, professional and knowledgeable advisor. I can t even tell where the damage was! And the whole process was a breeze! Thank you Isaiah and all the people there who made this experience a truly great experience.

The whole team went above and beyond for me. We needed our truck to haul our RV. My husband had an out of town job and we needed the RV. They ordered parts, worked with the Insurance company and pushed us through. Even though it was a rush job, they did not sacrifice quality. The work was excellent. Even Enterprise rental helped out. I did not have a rental reserved. He got me a car without having to wait. Great company and an amazing team. I can t thank them enough.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Duncanville off hwy 67. Dan took very good care of my case and text me regularly with updates. They also have Enterprise rental on site so I was able to drop off my car and pick up my rental simultaneously. My repairs took 11 days and I just picked up my car. It looks brand new. They even washed it for me. On top of all that, their repairs have a lifetime warranty. You won't find a better service shop.

Great in-person customer service and manager reps who were very receptive and answered all my questions. They were all very knowledgeable. Had a life time warranty on my repairs. Noticed a minor issue in my paint and they told me to take it back and they would fix it. Very happy over all conpared to Service King which claimed my vehicle as abandoned while I was in talks with my insurance company during a previous accident in another vehicle.

Came in for an estimate on 5/8. Upon entering, a lady who I thought was the receptionist (turned out she s a manager) greeted me in a less-than-pleasant manner. The guy doing the estimate - no name given - told me he needed to take the car apart in order to provide accurate information. I initially agreed. Later I learned that they wouldn t accept a third party check. Side note: A valet attendant at the Hyatt Regency wrecked the vehicle so the parking company is financially responsible. The parking company will only pay the body shop directly. So, I was stuck and the worst part is neither the manager nor the guy providing the estimate seemed to care. The manager was very unconcerned. Disappointing because I previously had a very positive experience there. But, there were different people working there. This current team leaves much to be desired. When I stated that I would need to take the car to another shop, the response was Oh, so you don t need this estimate? Again, no concern, no apology for the inconvenience, no goodbye, nothing. Considering how much money they make off customers, the service should be better. I will never use their service again. I am having the repairs done by a place down the street with better reviews.

Used the Duncanville location for painless dent repair. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the excellent communication. Isaiah took great care of my claim (hail damage), so well that I m taking him a second vehicle for hail damage.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Caliber Collision of Duncanville has impeccable customer service and completes outstanding work on repairs. I highly recommend this location for your needs. I completely trust Isaiah who was the assigned support for my repairs as well as my grandmother. Hands down my go to place.

They have copleted repairs on our Lincoln 2017 MKZ and provided fantastic customer service and professional repair, especially matching the color of the car which is a unique color. The wifee was very happy getting her car back within 3 days after dropping it off. We really thought it was going to at least 6 or 7 days.Thank you

My wife s 2017 Chrysler Pacifica was in an accident last November 2019. Someone hit her from behind. Her back lift gate and bumper was messed up. Caliber Collision made it look like new all over again. We were impressed seeing how we bought the vehicle brand new. Good job Caliber. Would recommend anybody bring your vehicle to them. They ll get you right.

My experience with Collision, Marcus and other staff was great. They are efficient, keep you informed during the process and Marcus in particular went out of his way to assist me. I couldn't be more grateful. Thankful that an unfortunate hit and run accident ended ok, nevertheless. God is good and always showing His children FAVOR.

I took my nissan titan for repair and seemed like they would do a great job since the representative was very informative, negotiable, and attentive. As soon as I left, I felt confident that it would be a great idea for them to do the job. After a few days, I called to check up on my titan since the next day was the deadline for me to pickup my truck. They said it was not ready for tomorrow but it might take 4 additional days. Ok no problem. When the 4th day approach, I called to see if my truck ready. They said by this evening yes. Went and picked up my truck. Look good and all. But when at home I checked it more thoroughly, I noticed over spray on my wheels, mirrors, headlight covers, and black molding around truck. I also noticed, that my rear passenger door window would not roll down and that my passenger door mirror was loose. I took it back and they corrected the mirror and window but the over spray they did not. Overall total amount ins paid was nearly $4000 but got a lousy 1000.00 worth of work in my opinion. I went to Service King 2 yrs before on some other issues with my wife's car and they did an excellent job. This place is not good in my opinion and also because my insurance works with these people, if not I would have been at Service King collision repair in Grand Prairie off I-20.

Just recently had an accident, and used Caliber Collision and Enterprise inside. Received EXCELLENT customer service!!! Cuddos to Dan, my repair specialist!!! I received weekly updates, and when my car was complete, it looked and road like BRAND NEW!!! When my son had an accident several day after me (just our luck), I sent his vehicle straight to them, and I expect the EXACT same pleasant experience. Hope I don't have to use them again. But if I do, I will always refer family and friends to this location!!

Marcus is exceptional. My wife was treated well and the process was smooth, start to finish. They worked well with my insurance company, USAA. I worked with Marcus and he was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable and informative. He made sure to call me and let me know what was going on with the progress. This is my second time coming to Calliber in Duncanville and my experience keeps getting better.

Staff was really nice. They got me in and out. Car was ready sooner then expected. I couldn't make it in before they closed to pick up my car so a staff member stayed late to welcome me, help me turn in my rental and pick up my perfectly fixed vehicle.

I went into Caliber Collision due to damage to my car and omg! Marcus made my day. He answered all the questions i asked and insured me that my car would be finished in a timely manner and also recieved the updates on my car as promised. Thank you guys for all of your help much appreciated.

These guys are amazing we had a tire emergency next to their store where we couldn t get the tire off and roadside assistance failed us! Dan and Phil helped us out within 10 minutes of closing! So greatful to them!

Mark was excellent. My car had to be repaired over the course of a month and he stayed in contact every bit of the way. The entire staff was friendly. I'll definitely recommend this place to others.
