Joshua at Duncanville location was awesome! Accident on march 5 car was dropped off march 8 and returned a week later! They were all so nice and very informative. They showed such compassion and texted almost every other day with updates.

I recently had a great experience at Caliber Collision! From the moment I walked in, Mia was incredibly helpful and friendly. She guided me through the entire repair process, keeping me informed every step of the way. I never felt like I was in the dark about what was happening with my car.I also had the pleasure of meeting Dave, a body tech mechanic. He took the time to explain the repairs my car needed in a clear and understandable way. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure I felt comfortable with the process.Overall, my experience at Caliber Collision was outstanding. Thanks to Mia's excellent customer service and Dave's expertise, I felt confident that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

Mia was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. She exemplifies someone who knows how to run their business. From the moment I contacted this location Mia was in communication about estimated completion and established expectations on hurdles she was jumping over with getting parts. I am very grateful to her for her above and beyond effort throughout this process. I usually get my repairs done at the dealership, but this was a lot closer, and I was going out on a limb. I m so glad I did and will gladly recommend anyone. I know come and see Mia if they have issues with their vehicle.

Love the service! Rufo was so attentive and his service was excellent. He communicated all the process and my truck was completed with a short period of Time. The quality of their work was good and all the damages got fixed. I highly recommended it

It s been a month since I got my car after repairs for hail damage (they kept my car for 3 weeks). They replaced my roof (I have stains on my headliner) and hood, and supposedly replaced all of the chrome trim (that was not done). When I got my car back we found a lot of things (damage) that was not there before. I ve added some photos to show some of the damage that I m trying to get repaired, there s also a sound like something is loose when we get on the freeway and go 70 mph and up. I keep getting the run around saying that they re going to get me a rental and give me a call back. I know they re not in a hurry to repair the damages because it s going to be on them not on me, but I can t believe this a recommended company (by Allstate) and this is how they work. All I want is for them to repair the damages they did, I m so disappointed.Service: Body & Trim

5 location! I was well informed and assured throughout the process. It's not easy to take a luxury vehicle to a repair center other than a dealership, but the team at Caliber Duncanville made the decision, worth it. My service advisor, Mariella was an absolute gem. Excellent communication skills, style and her service was stellar. Josh, the manager was equally great in my limited interaction with him.

Outstanding service from Joshua Gonzalez! Took my vehicle in to get serviced and was out the same day. I especially appreciate how I was kept in the loop the entire time and understood everything that was being done to my vehicle. Highly recommend this location.

Rufo was my service manager for my car repairs, he was consistent with updates and very thorough with providing answers to my questions regarding my car as I had many. The insurance made it a lengthy process by Rufo kept me abreast along the way. My car looks great and runs well. No complaints. He even followed up months later for a checkup. A1 service, highly recommend.

Rufo and the guys were very friendly and professional. My vehicle was returned back to original factory look plus washed and buffed. I definitely recommend and also would come back to Caliber Collision for bodywork and paint.

I had to have some body work done on a vehicle, and I went here to have it done here. I had the extreme joy of working with Mia, and she was just exceptional along with every other staff member I came into contact with. The vehicle came back looking brand new and Mia handled everything from start to finish, and the staff got it done sooner than expected. She was the kindest, most caring person and I am so glad that I was blessed enough to have her handle all the paperwork etc..If you have to have any bodywork done I highly recommend that you give them a call and make sure to ask for Mia and you will be in great hands..

I had the best experience here. I couldn t be more grateful for tireless efforts of my service advisor Mariella and GM Isaiah. They went above and beyond to make sure not only that my vehicle was repaired, but that I was taken care of in the circumstances that I had while during the accident. I was updated consistently, and when my vehicle was returned it was so clean inside and out, not including the repairs done to the vehicle were top notch. Could not recommend this body shop enough! Customer service out of this world!!!

Windshield was repaired a few months ago. I was promised high quality and a warranty. Sensor cover fell off and now Caliber has me bouncing between locations arguing that it has to be repaired by the one who did the original repair. They didn't even take a look at the issue which in my opinion was easy to fix. Ridiculous.

UPDATE: I emailed this concern and Chris the General Manager responded promptly and shortly thereafter we got a text notification that the car could be picked up at 1pm. Therefore I updated my rating from 2 stars to 3. The repairs to the car appear to be well done.No one at this location will return our calls in a timely manner. Text notification updated us today that our completion date on collision repairs was changed from 12/18 to 12/19. The person answering our call only forwards the request for a return call to voicemail. We are stuck with waiting to know when we can pick up the car and this is putting other plans on hold. How can we get a human to call back? We were working with James.

I went to Caliber Collision in Duncanville, Texas on April 1, 2024 to have a paint scratch buffed out on my 2019 Ford Fusion. Rufo Calderon came to my rescue. Without having to wait long or make an appointment, he personally grabbed a buffer and some cloth and made that scratch go away. I was so grateful and he would not accept any payment. I got hit by a driver with no insurance this morning and i went to find out how much would cost me to do my repairs. A service adviser named Rufo help me out right away, even with no claim and no prior appointment. He saw my need for help and didn t hesitate to help me out, he was kind and professional. I got my estimate in minutes, I will definitely bring my car for repairs. Thank you so much Rufo for been so kind.

I had an amazing experience at this location. Isaiah the manager was very attentive and always kept me posted on the progress of my cars work. It was a long process, but he was so nice to call. I appreciate the automatic status update line that kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Thanks to Sergio my service rep, Manager Isiah, and Jael Gonzalez the young lady that assisted them getting my Hellcat 100% fixed correctly and back better than ever. I highly recommend this location and the mechanics behind the scene did a phenomenal job and superb mechanical work on my suspension. Awful experience. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks and they didn't fix all of the scratches from a recent rear end. They did not communicate with me when they kept it past the estimated time. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Take your car to another location.

I had something that landed on my car weeks ago!! I ve been to several car washes and to the dealership 3 times!!!! it was recommended that I go to any body shop, Caliber was close by. Mia offered her customer service and OMG!!Mia help me by polishing my car, got the gunk off and was so pleasant and helpful!!! I could just cry!! She is awesome and a wonderful asset to the company and the customers!!! Service: Painting

Good repairs, except for my engine check light coming on 2 days later after i pick it up from the shop. They had my car for a month. So i return my car and My advisor Mia told me it wasn't on them because who ever replaced my throttle body a year ago is responsible. For the inconvenience, Mia gave me 2 $50 giftcards. Ok, no problem. 2 days after that i had to get a jump because my car kept losing power! So i call them and they say bring it in again That next morning before i brought it to them, i needed another jump to get to them. A StateFarm technician jumped my car the second time and told me my battery terminals were just lose. Im a customer, im not going to check for that. Besides caliber Collision had my car for a whole month! The technician couldn t tighten up the terminal after they tested the battery So i didnt go back about the battery but guess what i did have to go back for?? One of the $50 giftcards were invalid and they had to do something on their end for it to work Overall bad experience. But the collision repair part was good i think Who really knows when they cant even tighten my battery back down.Services: Tires, Painting, Welding
