Told great things. Had a good conversation with Victor. Turned in my X5 after discussing the work to be done. Got good updates on parts coming in and projected fix time-line. Then, turned the car in and waited. Some work was missed, but then added later. Make sure your notes and communication is on point. Don't trust verbal only with any shop because details get lost. I left off the e brake, and that's one of the things that I took it in for.Got my X5 back and 4 miles down...check engine light. 6 miles, half engine power. Now, I'm stuck trying to get my X5 checked and fixed on my time. Received on Thursday 10/19. Issues Thursday 10/19. Let's see... If good, I'll update. Half horse power for now.Update: Victor called and came to the shop immediately. He's checking the X5 now. It's been running great with no leaks or smoking, so excellent work there. The power is possibly a reset of some sorts, but I'm more than satisfied with the response.Diagnosis: Broken valve and they will fix. I'll pay because my X is old. Long-shorrt, communication is key.At this point, I'd have to say that all around service and follow-up is superior to other shops and the dealership. Communicate and take notes!

The owner and repair person of this shop is not honest. I took my X5 BMW truck to him for repair in which we were aware of the problem that was not covered under the extended warranty. Mechanic explained he fixed the problem, but not even a week later there was a problem with the battery and the vehicle was making a squeaking sound. Before I could even get it back to him and explain my concerns it broke down. I had to get it towed a second time and also obtain a rental for the second time. This time he explained that I needed a new battery. Of course trusting him I purchased a battery $$$ and he charged labor. The squeaking noise persisted and again it broke down citing the same problem. I took it back, then he tells me it is a belt that is broken. He claims he fixed the belt of course I had to pay for the parts and he claimed he is not charging me labor. Now my engine light is on and I will not be taking it back. I am unsure if he just does not know what he is doing when taking apart and putting back together or if he is trying to keep us coming back. Either way I was out of over $2,500.00 in labor cost and car parts along with tow fees and rental fees. Be carful we live in times were people feel being dishonest is okay as long as their family is taken care of.

This is THE place for BMW service. I have an older model X3 which isn t driven very often. Victor was fantastic in assessing my car s issues and telling me in clear honest terms what was necessary and what wasn t. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. So glad I found them!

Easy and quick fix for my 2008 BMW 528i!! Easy on my pocket and quick in returning my car. I wanted to have my BMW repaired closer to home. Read the reviews for BIMMERSRUS in Duncanville, made a same day appointment with Victor. Very impressed with his knowledge and fair pricing of his repair work. So glad I met Victor and his lovely wife. Thanks Victor!

Victor has a wealth of experience with BMW repairs. He was not stumped at all with the issue my 320i had. He was clear and set my expectations for cost and timeframe.Very professional and no nonsense type of bmw shop. Glad I found them.

Victor's the best. By far the best BMW Indy shop in DFW. I've been to a couple Indy shops that all seemed to have "5-star reviews." However, after being skeptical of another shop's recommended repairs after they wouldn't provide pictures, I tried Victor. He actually showed me what was wrong. I learned to not trust any shop without photos of their recommended BMW repairs/preventative maintenance. This is a real 5-star place. Wish I found him sooner!!

I recently bought a new to me 2001 BMW 740IL and was loving it. One-day I was leaving work and noticed a pool of fluid under my car and when I turned it on, the check engine light was on. I started freaking out thinking about how much this was going to cost me. I discovered Victor's Bimmers R Us just 2 mins from my house. He's a great guy and not to mention very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issues, and had my car up and running in one day. Sucks in moving back to Houston soon, but I would definitely recommend Victor. He's a stand up guy.

We have gone through some warning lights on our 750Li past year. It took the dealership lot of time, multiple visits and us lot of money to diagnose the problems and have them fixed. The visits were very frustrating. In addition, the dealership is 23 miles away. Lately we had another warning light and we decided to give Victor a chance. His shop is only 3 miles away and is very nice. Victor was very efficient, explained lot of things, diagnosed the problem in a short time and we scheduled the repair. After our experience with the dealership we were not sure if he could fix the problem but he repaired the car in only a few hours and the car has been fine since. A very different and pleasant experience comparing to the dealership. We are very happy to have him on our side for our future needs. Thank you Victor, job well done. Pete C

I do t trust mechanics at all but victor is a different breed. He has serviced my BMW several times and never once overcharged me. Recently, having transmission issues he did not charge me to diagnose. Ladies if you want a trustworthy, knowledgeable mechanic victor is the guy for the job. Not to add the shop is clean and has fresh refreshments every time I go.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

I ve had an issue with my vehicles air springs for a few months now and had even taken it to another mechanic shop who couldn t figure out the problem. As soon as I explained what was going on with my car Victor knew what the issue was, he is EXTREMELY knowledge about BMW s and right away I could tell I came to the right place.He explained every part of the process and showed me where on the vehicle it was faulty, and why it happens. He also found where previous repair shops did a shoddy job and fixed the issue for free. Not only that, but he charges the same price for an oil change as the cheap 5 minute oil change shops do, but the products he uses are high-quality BMW certified products.Victor gained a loyal customer and I will never take my car anywhere else. You won t regret bringing your car here.

I took my car in to have Victor look at why my protective panel was dragging. He discovered whoever did my previously work had not replaced the 12 screws, yes 12 screws!!! He replaced the screws for FREE and would not take any money from me. I usually drive to Kennedale, TX to have my repairs done, not after Bimmers R Us gave me such great customer service. There are honest mechanics, thank you Victor you will definitely see me again!

Bimmers R Us repaired my rear differential at a very reasonable price. Professional work and Service was offered. I m glad I found a place that I can have future repairs completed. my BMW service engine light show up I paid $2500 to Bimber R Us to repair, after pickup my car still have the same problem (service light show up again ), I bought back two day later and I got another estimate $700 tech state that this time different problem cause service lights show up, I m not satisfied with service which I already spent $2500 and car not fixed

This is a fantastic new local independent shop in DFW. I have been to several BMW independently owned shops throughout the metroplex and I can confidently say I trust the work at this shop. The owner Victor has extensive experience working on BMW s with a background working at the BMW dealership and has the proper training for technician certification to work on these cars. Many of the local shops in the area do not have good mechanics working on these cars which is crucial. Victor knows what he is doing and charges an honest price. I would highly recommend taking your car to this shop for routine maintenance and bigger jobs if needed. 5/5. Great work done on my 2007 E90 that needed the water pump/tstat replaced after overheating driving from Dallas to Houston. Victor was a life saver for me in that situation!Service: Engine repair

I m picky about who works on my Z3. Victor has an honest shop and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to work on your Bimmer. He s my goto BMW specialist in DFW.

OMG, I saw Victor and his wife back in January passing out cards in the Shooping Center..Thank God I kept the Card.... So when My car started to run hot the other day, I remembered him...I have found the only BMW repair shop that I will use from now on when dealing with My 2014 BMW. Victor is knowledgeable and professional in his Craft with BMWs. He diagnosed and changed my Water Pump and thermostat on my BMW, also gave me a very fair price on the work. I'm SOLD...You won't be disappointed. He is Very professional and I loved the quality of customer satisfaction he and his wife provided. I will DEFINITELY be back and only use him for my car issues from this day forward.Service: Engine repair

Great little shop. Victor is a factory trained certified BMW mechanic so you re not cutting corners when you come to him for work. Trustworthy, too. He will save you money and give your car the attention it deserves! Go see Victor!

I called Beamers R US and Victor immediately got me a quote and got our vehicle taken care of immediately! He went above and beyond to do extra things like making sure tire pressure was checked etc. We will be using B R US again!

Victor is AMAZING I bought a lemon from Campbell motors and sent it into the lots mechanic and my car was still over heating and pouring coolant brought it in to him yesterday he gave me much insight was very compassionate most mechanics have taken advantage of me because I m a woman but with him this was not the case ordered my part and had me serviced and taken care of I will never take my car anywhere else I am now a loyal customer
