Took some tires in to have them mounted and balanced and they wouldn t do it because they were closing in an hour and a half. Rude people and no service at all!!! My tires barely made it to town and then had to deal with hateful people. Even the manager was no help!!!

It takes 5 employees to do an oil change on 1 car while 6 other cars are waiting to be serviced

I stopped here after another wal mart botched my oil change. I have never had better treatment at an auto center! The two men helping me were very thoughtful and walked through what they could do to fix up my car enough that I could keep driving. When they didn't have the right size screws, they reimbursed me for the ones I went to purchase at O'Reilly's. They stayed after close to make sure my car was set enough that I could continue driving and charged me nothing. Anthony and the others I talked to were wonderful!

My husband went in yesterday and wanted to get a new tire. The shop was closed but was sold a tire and was told to come back in the morning to get it mounted. He gets there this morning and first they didnt even know anything about the purchase of his tire and second and the most frustrating he was told they didnt have the equipment to get the tire change. Wait! What? Yes, a tire center told him they did not have the equipment or tools to change the tire. Third instead of offering a refund they sent him with the tire to go pay someone else to do the job they already got paid to do. By that point he was already frustrated with the staff that didnt even know what they were doing, he just took the tire and left. I usually get my tires from there and my oil change so I am baffled that this is what he was told. They definitely lost a loyal customer today!

My sister and I were traveling from Keystone Colorado to Lufkin Texas tonight with our 2 small children. My tire pressure alert went off & I pulled into the Walmart in Dumas Texas & found out I had a screw in my tire. Although they were near closing time, they were nice enough to stay open and help me and my family during a very stressful time during our trip. Michael, Juan & the nice young man at the register went far above and beyond what we expected & got us back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Thank you to that entire staff for being so kind.

Used to come to Walmart Auto and TireBecause it was a good price and they can get you in and outPretty quickButBut today I came to but 4 tires on motor n laws car the ASSOCIATE walked by me like I was invisible n I waited 10 min before she took my info had oil change an flat repair n front of me 3 people n shop pulled her car n 1 1/2hrs later customer care is just a name of counter and not a worthy goal now WISH I STILL LIVED IN THE PAST

They said they will fill up washer fluid and then u get in your car and nothing was filled up. Also the 3 people that work there sit outside and smoke while customers are waiting inside to be helped.

Waited for more than an hour and a half for an oil change. Nearing almost 2 hours, I asked for change to get a soda out of machine and they wouldn't give me any unless I bought something because he couldn't open the register. Then he opened it for someone else and still wouldn't give me change. I then asked if he couldn't have just given me change and he said he "didn't even think about it."

Not a good visit, poor attitudes from the women and my oil change didn t seem changed at all but they reset the gauge anyways . Also Asked for new wipers n my transmission fluid checked as well and it wasn t done

Eli in auto was aweaome and very helpful he answered and explained everything to me even though he was still training. The techs that worked on my car were alright.

Got here this morning at 8:00 to get my tire repaired because it has a slow leak thought I was saving money cause my tires are still under warranty but to make a long story short I had to go to the nearest tire shop down the street from Walmart here in Dumas because they don't open till 10:30 due to the lack of employees.

No sense of urgency. I had to stand in front of the employees for several minutes before they decided to acknowledge and help me.

Drove from out of town, even called and checked to see if they were open and prices then we get here and they weren't open an hour and a half before closing time and they didn't bother telling us about it.

Fui por cambio de aceite y el empleado que recibi� mi carro, no s� qu� era gracioso para �l, ten�a una risita est�pida, le di 3 veces mi n�mero de tel�fono y lo puso mal, mi auto ya estaba registrado para servicios. Lo dej� para hacer compras y que no hab�a del aceite para mi carro, entonces tomaron uno de la tienda, al cobrarme ya me estaban incluyendo el aceite que usan regularmente en los servicios m�s la otra botella, el encargado muy amable aunque tardaron en resolver el problema del doble cobro. La cereza del pastel que al recoger mi auto ten�a una mancha de aceite, no es el coche m�s limpio, pero no estaba manchado de aceite.

The very friendly staff takes care of you very well but the work staff takes a long time in other places that I have seen it takes around 15 minutes and here I was waiting for 2 hoursEl personal muy amable te atiende muy bien pero el personal del trabajo tardan mucho en otras partes que he visto tardan alrededor de 15 minutos y aqu� estuve esperando por 2 horas
