If I could give these guys a 0 I would they have no customer service skills I was stranded with my boy friend my 17 year old daughter her boy friend also 17 and my 3 dogs on the highway. These guys were the only place open they came out took my blown tire seen the size on it and went and got the wrong size tire witch I didn't know till I got home and had a blow our as I was getting in my driveway about a month later I had saved up enough money to replace both tires again when I took the tire they put on off I notice I was the wrong size hints the reason I had a blow out again. This was on my rv that could have killed us. I live in colorado when I called them they said bring the tire in and we will give you your money back as long as the tire is in good shape so what did I do drove all they way from Colorado back to Texas just to be told no they will not refund me my money

I Yasser called R&M Services and told him I have problem with my truck with head problem on 4/12/18 and they check out truck on 4/13 said the head was bad on my motor.. He gave me a roughly estimate of a total of $5300 he would fix my truck and would be done the latest by 4/17.. On 4/17 that s went he finish taking motor apart. 4/18 he said I just took head to machine chop and your head is crack.. So your total going to be $6430. I agree and gave him a $2500 deposit. To keep on going with work.. 4/21 he called me said truck is done and he said If you pay me cash is only $3500 for all the delay.. I agree on that.. When I get on the truck and started left drove for 1/2 a mile started to smell coolant and stop so water coming out of the Reservoir and when back to the shop and he came out saw it and said I can t believed it..4/22 he said head was bad I complained saying did you said head was rebuild.. they took truck apart again and went with him to the machine shop and they tested head said it was good.... So the machine shop said the head wasn t mount in correctly by R&M Services.. on 4/24 truck was done again and now at that point Raul who runs the shop said I owed him $1835 for the other work he did and other parts he had to change... paid him for that and left... Drove from Dumas, Tx to Houston, Tx and called him because truck wasn t acting right had oil leaks thru the head and block. Had miss fire.. Raul told me to keep driving it that any problem call him.. when a get to Orlando,Fl took truck to another shop and told me the head wasn t in correctly and it wasn t good.. called Raul and said send me pictures and later said have it fix there and I will reimburse you for what ever need to be fix on truck..when truck was fix I called him never got on answer I had to pay $3340 to the shop... and called my card and did complaint on R&M Services to get these bill paid never have... I WOULD NEVER USE THESE SHOP EVER AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL...

The mechanic was great and quick. Could've been 5 stars if not for the miscommunication in the company. We were burnt out on repairs for the week and looking for a used tire for a blow out. We were quoted for a used tire and confirmed pricing multiple times. This information was not passed on to the mechanic so when we went to pay the same lady we confirmed the price with tells us they did not have any used tires so they put a new tire on the truck which hiked the price about $300 more. Then offered to put the blown tire back on and charge us a $95 service fee. No way we were accepting this for their mistake. They eventually found a used tire and corrected the issue. They were nice and accommodating. Just alot of wasted time for what Could've been avoided with proper communication.

Awful! Would not recommend their service ever. Could never get an estimate from them for a week. Then all of sudden they said my truck was fixed with no approval from me. They charged my credit card but the repair was for someone else's vehicle. Instead of refunding my card they charged it again. I called them again and again only to have my calls ignored. Had to call a tow truck to have my truck taken somewhere else.

Don't recommend this place very expensive! $95 to come look at my truck not even a mile away from their shop, it would've been okay if they said it up front but no warning! Also 800 to replace one side of brake shoes and a drum, not even both side just one $800? This place is a joke!

Had a breakdown on side of the road and they came to fix it and put the wrong parts on it then tried to make me change out the fuel injectors . I told them let me think about it . I come to the shop the next day and they took the injectors out without my permission. I told them to put the truck back together and the truck was running perfect they wanted me to spend $4,000 at first .

Just got a tire repaired on my gooseneck trailer. The manger I'm guessing was very nice and did everything he could possibly do, when trying to find a requested item. The guy who changed my tire new what he was doing. I worked at a tire shop growing up so I know exactly everything you have to do in the process. He did everything perfect, to the showing me the nail in the tire, to showing me, once fixed that it doesn't leak. Very pleased. My company and I come through Dumas a lot, and will defiantly be using them from now on.

I had my fuel gel up just down the street from R&M. I called because my batteries were down they came right away and spent over 2 hours helping me get my truck going. I think this place is the best shop I have dealt with in 30 years of trucking. Thanks R&M.

They really helped us out when the bearing went out on our 5th wheel. Got us right in, found the bearing for us and we were back on the road. Pleasant, professional and did great work.Would highly recommend R&M

Raul is a super nice guy! Very knowledgeable about his business. Great employees that get the job done quickly. Couldn t be happier with outcome after being stranded with parts having to be acquired from eastern US.

Stoped at this shop for a spare tire change on my van trailer (rear outside). Mud flap hanger was slightly bent, had my spare tire off the tire rack, cleaned off dirt and ice ready for installer. Labor to change tire, heat up the hanger with the torch came up to almost 200$. That is way to expensive!!! How much would they charge for road service? Avoid this place!!!

This place is the very definition of the term Highway Robbery. Stopped to replace the spare tire on our RV after having our 2nd blowout traveling from Colorado to Louisiana (guess we had some bad luck). We had purchased the first new tire from a very friendly store in Walsenburg, CO (JM tire co - highly recommended btw!) for around $300 including mounting and balance. When we were done at R&M, he told us the total was $560! And... he demanded cash. So we had to walk across the street to the atm. Then, the guy didn't even help me put the spare back in the compartment until I pretty much demanded it. Bottom line - unless you have no other choice whatsoever, I wiuld suggest driving another 45 minutes up the road to Amarillo.

I broke down in Dumas, Tx. and had my truck towed there. After months of delay, I finally got my truck back with antifreeze leaking. Raul sent a mobile mechanic to fix an old hose that was supposed to be replaced. Red and yellow light stayed on so I took the truck back to be diagnosed. Hours later somebody placed two gallons of the wrong antifreeze that I didn t use. Hours later Raul sent a mobile mechanic to bring the right antifreeze and to put the antifreeze in my truck but told me that he couldn t do a diagnostic test and asked me who would be paying for the diagnostic test. After over $23,000 in Rauls pocket he left me at his shop and told me he would be there in the morning. Keep in mind that my truck is a day cab so I didn t have anywhere to sleep. I drove back to Dallas, Tx. and noticed oil leaking from the bottom of my truck. I called Raul immediately and he told me oil leaking is normal! The next day I took my truck to a repair facility and they told me my oil pan was cracked. I parked my truck for a week and took my truck to the dealership where I purchased the truck and the head mechanic put my truck on a diagnostic computer and jpro which read 11 error codes on one test and 39 error codes on the second test. I called Raul and he told me the error codes had nothing to do with his work. Raul told me he would send a mobile mechanic which never happened. To take people s money and not honor the warranty that is in writing and a legal binding contract is beyond illegal! It s morally wrong as well! Diesel oil and def is leaking from my truck! Using used parts and improperly installing those parts is unheard of! Charging double the labor hours for work that was not done professionally is ridiculous! As I m writing this a lawyer is already on the case and Raul will have to replace my engine or his business will have a lien on it!

Read the reviews and run!!!! He Removed the broken axel from my company trailer then went on vacation to New York! I tried to pay him and take the trailer to another mechanic but he wouldnt answer his phone. When he did he spoke nothing but lies and wouldn't give me back my axel. Two weeks after I left the trailer there he had it rebuilt and charged my company for a new axel. After paying he didn't want to give me a itemized receipt. He was trying to hide something. Crook and a liar. I should have read the reviews before I unhooked the trailer.

Excellent job on my engine they had to replace the head as mine was cracked. Got me on the rd as quckly as was possible treated me like part of their family instead of just a customers ill be back as soon as i can .thank you R&M

The guys were great.. But soon as we got there my husband went inside and was told 49.99... Soon as they got done he went inside to pay and was told 79.99 because the oil used was a special kind (15$ a quart) so I called the place they got it from and asked how much it was and was told 7$ a quart.. We had 5 quarts put in.. After about 20 minutes of back and forth they dropped the price to 54$.

Had work done, Long Story Short Changed something that wasn't Broken.Have Failed Twice in Returning the Money Owed. Have had Bank Fees for Bad Checks.Be careful Doing Business Here. Not worth the Lost.

Wow, within minutes, we were backed in the shop ready to change 2 tires on our 40 foot 5th wheel. These guys are what customer service is all about. Other shops we have been in, we've had to look through there inventory and wait hours for our number to come up for service. Thank you R & M Services Truck and Tire.

Fast easy tire change to narrow of street with truck stop next door but seem keep open parking next door so you can back in from truck stop next door
