Perez Auto in Dumas, TX went above and beyond to get me safely off the road and into the shop on New Years Eve. Additionally, Mr. Perez extended a hand to help get ME where I needed to go. On Saturday 6/12 we were about 15 miles from Dumas on Hwy 87 when we had a tire blowout. We had immediate help from two people who saw us and helped to get the spare on. We knew we needed to get a new tire before we continued our trip to east Texas, so I called this shop. The owner had already closed up, but he said he would open back up for us. He replaced our tire and we were back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this business and the owner!!!Service: Tires

My wife has a 2007 Hyundai Entourage & the fan relay is bad. I took it to a couple of mechanics I trust being I am not from here & only know them through referrals. They couldn't find where the relay was to the fans so they couldn't fix it.. I've never been to Perez before until today. He treated my wife van as if he was fixing his own. I mean he didn't do much but he put the time & effort into finding the issue. He is fair & treated my vehicle as if it were his & his family had to ride in it. To sum things up, he takes his time to PROPERLY do whats needed & he is very informative on whats going on. He does a great job communicating the problem to the customer. I think I have found what I've been looking for, A RELIABLE MECHANIC!
