We ran out of gas just south of Dumas. We called Pack s and with in 30 minutes he came down with a couple gallons to get us to the next gas station in town.Friendly, professional and affordable.Highly recommended .

They went out of their way to get us safe in Amarillo after the insurance company told them to take us to a tiny town in NW Texas on an Easter weekend. It made losing 2days of vacation tolerable 2018

My truck broke down in Dumas on a Saturday in the late afternoon. They were very helpful and up dated me on when they would arrive. Very friendly service. They towed it to Amarillo and contacted me on it arriving at its destination. All the staff I had contact with were professional and friendly. Thank you.

Extremely expensive. When the town only has a few places that tow they take advantage. Couple phone calls found a place that did it for half their price.

Fantastic service. Great mechanics, great service and true patriots. My wife and I were traveling between Ft. Hood and Ft. Carson and our car started to shake. I thought it was a wheel bearing (ending up being an axle) so we stopped in Dumas to try to find a place that would press in a new one for us. Pack s Garage seemed to be the only shop in town with a press. I called and they said they were too busy to pull the spindle and press in the new bearing but said if I brought them the spindle and new bearing they would press it in quick for me. I pulled into the shop, jacked up my car and started pulling the spindle. Got everything off after the guys at Pack s let me borrow a wrench I didn t have. They helped me press in the new bearing and we got talking about cars and shop talk and my job in the army. They even then came out and talked to my wife and son while I was putting my car back together. Some of the most honest men I ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you guys so much.

Knowledgeable and friendly people. I was getting the run around by my insurance company and Robbie was very understanding of the situation. He even help get the point across to the insurance that what Agero (towing coordinator for my insurance company) were doing was complete asinine.

Rude, credit card machine is always "broken", we went to atm, then they said it had to be exact change. Horribly overpriced, clearly taking advantage of people during their worst times-$1242.60, for less then 24 hours and 28 miles!!

Had to get towed from a busy gas station- Robbie got in and out with my truck stuck in park and brought back to my place and dropped it off on a dime in front of my place. Don't jack around just go here first. Good pricing too!! Thanks guys!!!!!

By far the worst towing company I've ever dealt with. At the night of the accident, T. Brooks (wrecker operator) was nice and helpful. He picked up the vehicle quickly and took us to a hotel. I asked for a quote to Amarillo which was a rough estimate of $640 understable for it being 57 miles away. Upon getting our vehicle realesed we get told the final cost is $493. Under TDLR, Texas state laws the maximum amount for a wrecker fee STATE WIDE is $250 for a vehicle weighing up to 10,000 lbs. My vehicle weighs 3,000 and I got charged $450 wrecker fee. My biggest problem with this they are taking advantage of not only of travelers but their residents as well from the reviews I see. $450 wrecker fee is ridiculous for driving 12 miles. They took advantage of the fact that we we're a military family passing through that was in an accident. I will definitely be filling a complaint with TDLR, because they're are ripping people off because they know our insurance company will reimburse us. Go with a different company. Not this illegal operation out of Dumas Texas.

Tommy went well beyond his duties after picking us up in the middle of NW no where Texas. When he got us to the drop off it was apparent they couldnt handle the task till next week. With lengthy talks to the insurance agency he was able to take us to Amarillo Tx an hours drive.He was great to travel with too.

Broke down between Amarillo and Dumas. Tow man was very professional and kind. After dropping of my company trailer at hotel and truck at the ford dealership he gave me a ride to the store before taking me back to the hotel. Ten stars if I could. And he charged $325 for a Ford Super Duty and a car trailer. Totally FAIR for 25 miles plus running me around!

These guys are rip off artists that prey on the already down. First the card machine didn't work so I had to walk to an ATM then when I returned they said they didnt have any change so I had to walk back to the ATM again. Just a couple of game players that get their kicks on watchin others suffer. When I got my car finally it had scratches in various spots and some merchandise was also missing. I would not recommend these game playing theives to my worst enemy. Find another option if possible. If your forced to deal with these 2 love birds then I suggest biting your tongue until you have your keys in your hand. Very unprofessional. We can only pray that people like this get whats coming to them.

Even though I had cancelled the tow, they stopped and checked on me. I'll call them first if I ever need a tow. Can't beat simple human kindness and decency.

these are the worst. They charge you as if we were millionaires or lived in a big city. they are abusive. $ 487 for less than 48 hours and collection was less than half a mile. They are very abusive

Convenient for the credit card reader to be down, but no receipt? No ethics, didn't have a choice or I'd have gone with an Amarillo wrecker.

Had to get a vehicle out of empound. Cost 370 for overnight and to tow it 10 miles!Wouldn't give them 1 star but I have to give them 1 to post!

It is the Texas state law that you have to release any personal property in the vehicle or you can be sued and they're still refusing to give me my property after my car is already been on a hold and over almost $2,000 now

This place is Awesome Johnny went out of his way to help us we had a flat at 9pm or so and he saved us ..we went to Wal-Mart but tire was closed but was able to buy a tire and he help us get it on the rim took time out his night him and his wife both are in our debts

They over charge people to tow their cars I wouldn't recommend them to their business I would refer the people tow their cars to Ruiz service or the other one from across McDonald's where is free!
