NAPA in Dumas, Texas - SHOUT OUT to Robert H. the store manager. On Saturday during the holiday's at closing time when my husband called, Robert could have easily told him, he was about to close but didn't. Robert provided Excellent customer service and definitely went the extra mile!Our Dodge broke down on the other side of town from Napa, the belt and tensioner came off, Napa had everything in stock. Robert helped the last 2 customers in the store before closing. Then Robert went out of his way to come pick up my husband and take him back to the store to purchase the parts and a few tools he needed.Thank you Robert for helping our family get home.

our Promaster van serpentine belt busted .Stranded about 30 minutes fm. Dumas. Right on the edge of town basically, By struck of blessed miracle. Robert the store manager of Napa auto parts store 119, drove by and helped us out. He brought us the parts we needed to fix our vehicle and even brought us drinking water. He went the extra mile by giving us he's contact number and a mechanic in case we couldn't resolve this. Thank you Robert.
