If there was zero start I would do that because my truck was in the shop about 6 months and still came out with a donut they never replaced my tire my truck was missing a sensor it wouldn t run more than 40 mph after taking it out of the shop , the owner or any one at the shop don t answer the phone they don t give u a call back , had the worse experience. Kept my car for 2 months. Did a terrible job repairing it. Had over 500 added miles from when I dropped it off. My gas tank was full when I dropped off and empty when I picked up with THEIR FAST FOOD TRASH IN IT! My eighty year old grandfather dropped the car off and they robbed him $4000 and drove the car around for two months. It was like Ferris Bueller in real life.

Bumper repair on my car. Was a bit pricey for the low quality of work. No communication. Manager gave me an attitude when I spoke out and said that I was charged for a job that wasn t fully done. Then he said he was going to call me and tell me the job wasn t done after he had already returned my car! Manager had to come get my car again and finish the work. Definitely do not recommend them!

I have had Dickey's fix my personal vehicle. I work for a local dealer and we have dealt with many other shops in this area. They are by far the most detailed, the best priced, and get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I really appreciate their willingness to work with us.

Steer away from this place. Chad will lie to your face and then some. Very low quality work after taking months to do a two week job. Why fix the fender bender when you can just slap some paint over it right? Cheap cheap cheap workmanship.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Driving through Texas over the Thanksgiving holiday, we accidentally ran into a deer, which damaged our Explorer beyond drivable. Not knowing any auto body repair facilities in the area, we took the advice of the tow truck driver and let Dickey's do the repair work. Folks, DO NOT use this body shop. Less than a year after they completed the repairs, the paint started peeling off of the hood. We found out there was no primer used prior to painting. The replacement parts they used were sub-standard, and the vehicle was not put back together correctly. I have spent over $3000 fixing Dickey's fixes. Air conditioner was not reassembled correctly and was missing parts, chrome grill parts are cracking and peeling in addition to the paint issues. To add insult to injury, when we picked up the vehicle, the man told us his computer was down and he would have to mail us the detailed repair bill. Of course we've never received it.

The worst service I have ever had from body shop they fixed things and then the truck still came home needing to other things repaired T. We have yet to drive the vehicle after having it home for 2 almost 2 weeks. We have yet to receive any time any type of compensation or anything for this although we pmsus we paid out of pocket for rentall in the knew that... It's been a terrible experience and I don't recommend themServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Some of the reviews are from several years ago before the new management. We have made a lot of changes to the process. Same high quality professional work with an improved focus on excellent customer service. If you have not tried us out in a while. Stop in and give us a look.
