I guess they re only nice if they have nothing else to do. I called ahead & I was told they were not busy at all so come on in! When I got there there was nowhere to park so I pulled right in front of the garage thinking if needed we could move it. I assumed I would be expected because she asked all my information. I stood there waiting forever! Not one person acknowledged me! An older man walked by me with his customer. I said, excuse me but I don t know where to park! he said, Well not there! & walked away without even telling me where to go. I simply left! I will take my business to somewhere that actually cares about their business. I have tried to do business there twice and both times I have had bad experiences! There will not be a third! I see they have good reviews, which is why I chose this place and gave it a second chance. Never again! 287 Tire was amazing to me! In & Out with no problem! Most importantly, they are kind! In a world full of ugliness everywhere just BE KIND TO PEOPLE! It could change the world

Had a trailer tire blowout on Christmas Day...First thing morning of 26th got us in and out in less than an hour with 4 new tires installed. Fair prices too

Really bad, they don't know what the doing the service it's terrible. If you want to be treated on the rude way ,this it's the place. They change my tires and put the front in the back and everything good about the tires, but when I ask the person to please check the treath on the tires he was just rude telling m that it's 2 seconds that he doesn't have to messurare it. I had to tell him that my husband wanted to see it to do it having the tool in this hands. Then after it's finish I took a picture to make sure I see everything right and it's had the cap that should be there. But they put it to lose that it's felt in like probably in less than 2 miles. I went back to the place and tell them what's happened it's said that that's not they fault because they plastic. Oh my god I had have it in anothers places and this never happened because. Really bad energy. I just saw it in the begining when the person was trowing my tires , because of course he doesn't wants to work. I was not going to put anything about it before , because I don't matter a Bad service than a closing my ANOTHER cap.

The staff here was very friendly and easy to work with! They got my cars needs taken care of in a timely manner and helped me rule out the problem to get me back on the road safe! :)

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a bolt in our tire and they got it taken care faster than promised and got us back on our way in a matter of minutes. THANKS

The crew was at work before their opening time of 7:30am. I was immediately welcomed in the shop as soon as I arrived, which was approximately 15 minutes before opening. The team fixed my flat within minutes! I was out the door before their posted opening time. Great prices, fast service, very pleasant. Highly recommend this location over larger corporate tire shops.

Over 900 miles from home with 2 horses, we needed front tires on our dually. The folks at Coffey took care of us - quickly, professionally and that wonderful small town care! Thank you to the staff for being a great customer service business.

While traveling back from a trip out of state we encountered a slow leak in our tire on Highway 87. It was cold, windy, and raining, and I had my wife and two young kids in the car. A quick google search pulled up Coffey Tire and I called to ask if they could help. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and the staff welcomed us like locals. They took great care of us, allowed my kids to run around their garage to let out some energy, and got us back on the road safely and quickly. Friendly staff and crew, very good price - can't say enough about the great people at Coffey Tire. Thank you!

I had a worn set of brakes and a badly leaking tire hundreds of miles from home on vacation. I called ahead and was able to get right in and fixed up before continuing on my way. They truly put the pro into professional, an expert staff adept at quick long lasting repairs. Big thanks to Stacy, I left an article of clothing behind and she was able to track me down and forward it home for me. Hopefully you won't need help like I did, but if you're in the area with brake and tire trouble, this IS the go to place.

Coffey tire in Dumas TX the best tire store i have ever been to. Helped us out with a bad situation while traveling to Oregon. Went above and beyond to get us back on the road, bumped us up in the to help our travels.

Came by this past Saturday just 5 minutes before closing with a flat tire. They searched their inventory with no tire to fit my car. Mr. Coffee found a tire that would get me home to Denver. I was on my way in less than an hour and at a very fair price! Thank you for wonderful customer service! God Bless!

Stacy and the entire staff took excellent care of us. We needed trailer tires. We gained valuable information for when to change RV tires. We highly recommend and appreciate their quick service.

I'm a Renewable energy tech that is currently working in the Dumas, TX area. Ive been turning wrenches for almost 40 years and up until having landed this job, ive always done my own vehicle maintenance and repair. So, Finding a reputable shop that I can entrust my truck to is very important to me. Thought I may have found one here but I was very wrong. I'm not going to say much of the bad customer service and lack thereof, or the fact that the mechanic used an impact gun on my brand new custom matte black wheels and damaged them. It's the fact that when I approached them about it - (VERY calm and polite) , one guy says it couldn't have happened there at their shop and basically spoke to me like I didn't know any better before I told him, "IM 100% sure this damage happened here!! Only me and your mechanic have touched these wheels and I put them on with a torque wrench and an extension!!!" The other man says they're not responsible for damaged paint on wheels. I'm assuming he was the owner. Older gentleman. He didnt deny it happened there, he's just not going to do the right thing and take care of it like a man. I don't have the time or patience. Definitely not going to sit there and argue with and old man. Bottom line is, if you have an expensive vehicle you really care about - I Wouldn't recommend this place. If you have a beater you don't really care for and TORQUE SPECS AND SAFETY don't matter much to you , then I'm sure these guys could work together and figure something out. They Should definitely remove"Pros" from their name. I have told all my coworkers to steer clear.

We had a blowout at the Canadian River today and Mike came out and put a new tire on for us. We have always bought tires from Coffey Tire and they are the best.

Full-time RVers on our way from Colorado to Lake Whitney State Park, my husband noticed one of the trailer tires was separating. We stopped at Coffey Tire. They didn't have our tire in stock but two of their employees put the spare tire on for us and they were very kind to do this at no charge. Very nice folks and quick service. Thanks again!

Friendly service. After an accident earlier this year my front tires were replaced by the insurance company. I squeezed all the mileage left out of the back ones but when I decided to replace the rear tires I was having a hard time matching the fronts. Coffey was able to locate a pair of tires that matched the fronts exactly. Thank you.

Knowledgeable, HONEST & friendly. We were forced into an emergency stop while traveling. The guys were quick to ID our issue & resolve it. Very knowledgeable & courteous. AND we stopped by at closing time, Friday - Labor day weekend.

Had to go in to repair tire. Made a mistake and went to the front because no one acknowledged me for over 5 minutes so I gave up. I called thinking I had to make an appointment and because no one waited on me. Lady said to just drive up to service. It then took less than 15 minutes to repair. Billy in service was nice and efficient can't say that about my initial visit to the front office.

I have had all my brakes changed and gotten 5 or 6 tires replaced/ repaired here. All the employees are friendly and professionalThe wait time was never too long. Its not too expensive here either, and the quality of work is top notch.

Absolutely terrible. I went in 3 days ago for a screw in my tire and they put the patch wrong and all of a sudden I have a flat while traveling to work.

I blew out a tire several miles away from Dumas, on a 30 hour journey from WA to TX. I called Coffey tire at 7:30 in the morning and they had someone there to take care of my tire within a half hour. The service was excellent and the rates more than reasonable! I'd recommend Coffey to anyone!

In 5 years, I have been to Dumas twice and both times I have experienced the courtesy, timely, and effective service of Coffey Tire and Brake. The first time it was nearly midnight, cold, and snowy. I called Coffey s emergency number and behold within 20 minutes a man (I forget his name but I love him) came and changed my tire. Fast forward to today, nearly five years later, I wake up at my hotel and once more Dumas has cursed my tires. But once more, Coffey s Tire was there for me! They quickly patched up my tire and sent me on my way. Great place. I d be stuck in Dumas forever without you! Much appreciated, Irving, TX.

I was traveling with a loaded trailer and had a flat tire. Of course it was shredded before I had any indication of a problem. I called Staci about a half hour before closing and she verified they had the tire I needed. I showed up a 10 minutes before closing and the entire crew got busy. Before I knew it I was on the road again with a new tire. They put my spare back in its place and checked the air in the other tires. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road so quickly. You guys are great!!!!

Very helpful and friendly. Warranted a tire from my home town shop without having to produce a receipt. We were in a bind and they could have taken advantage as many would have. Old school values. Wish more places were so willing to help and please. Thank you!

You know that sick feeling in your gut when that annoying Tire Lite comes on, and you are out on the road away from home(375 miles to be exact)?Well I had just made a delivery to Memorial Hospital in Dumas and less than a half mile away there it was, like the beacon from a lighthouse to a ship at sea, Coffey Tire & Brake. It was 5:40p, Friday evening and they are getting ready to close up at 6p when I walk in the door. I was greeted politely, directed to bring my van around to the shop, and to my amazement the whirlwind tire repair began. Words cannot express how grateful I am to all the folks at Coffey Tire for taking care of my needs in a timely, courteous & professional manner, May God Bless You & your business.
