Fernando at the Dumas Autozone is a true lifesaver! My driver side windshield wiper was not working at all. I travel for work & would be screwed if it would start raining!Fernando came out to my car & realized the bolt holding the wiper arm was extremely loose. He told me to wait while he got the tool he needed to fix it for me! When he couldn't find the tool inside the store, he told me to wait while he ran out to his car!He returned, tightened the bolt back down & fixed my problem!Fernando has renewed my faith in the goodness of people! He didn't have do go out of his way to help me, but he did!Thank you so much Fernando! You deserve a raise my friend!God Bless You!!!

Went in first thing this morning, no associate in site. Got what I needed and waited at the counter for 10 minutes, ended up leaving everything on the counter and going somewhere else.

The lady manager at Autozone was very proactive on checking my battery and didn t hesitate to switch it out for a new one in the cold weather! Other places said they couldn t. Definitely amazing experience

Store is very neat and organized. Even during it's busiest hours customers are in and out at a appropriate manner. The employees are engaging and a friendly bunch.

Came in today to get a new battery and to see about changing a fuse or two to get my headlights working. I was helped by Elizabeth and she was AMAZING. Not only did she change my battery, she checked ALL my fuses, and got me in contact with a local mechanic. I felt very well taken care of and was helped more than I expected.. If I had the ability to give this woman a raise, I would 10x over. THANK YOU ELIZABETH.

Ok. I messed up on my first review of this store so. This place is great. Its a big store with most everything on the shelf you want to make your ride look cool. And to make it run rite, they have a full line of parts in the back. One other thing. If they don't have it, they can get it. The staff is great, except for 1. But there's always that 1. Check them out. Its a good place.

I was in the midst of a Thousand Mile Journey and my check engine light came on. Thankfully when I took my turn in Dumas Texas there was an AutoZone right there. I stopped and they put it on the little machine and he told me it was and O2 sensor. Explain to me where it was and what it did and that it wouldn't interfere with the rest of my journey. The car had been sitting for a couple of years the check engine light has since gone out I think it just needed to get rid of the cobwebs. I was grateful for his knowledge it put me at ease and I continued on home.

Auto zone in Dumas saved the day for me! My air conditioner wasn't working. They were so helpful and got it working for me. Melina (spelling?) took the time to research the problem and was so helpful! I am so grateful!

If you like to be ignored come here and they will treat you as if your invisible. Happened more than once and seen many put items down walk out. Like I just did. Won't be back here. Ever.

Store #1423 Dumas TexasElizabeth was very professional & kind enough to go pick me up and helped get the right part needed to get me and my daughter get back on the road to Amarillo. Elizabeth was already off work but went the extra mile out of the kindness of her heart to help us. Thank you for everything. And thanks to Malina and Rigo.

Great customer service!!! Came out to read the codes then put it in the computer and not only told us what the problem was but looked up location of the glow plug. Really appreciated that and hubby did it for the 20 bucks the glow plug cost!

Customer service, the staff at this store are the best. My son is far away from home, and does not know anyone in the town of Dumas. In the mist of a winter blast these guys went the extra mile to make sure my son was taken care of and not stranded with the temps in single digit. Thank You, May God bless you.

I was traveling back to Fort Worth from Boise City. When my battery died on 64 in the middle of no where! Finally a very nice couple stopped and gave me a jump. I had purchased my battery a little over a year ago from Auto Zone and was headed to Auto Zone in Dumas ( after another jump and finally being pushed into a parking space at Auto Zone. Mahena helped me, thank goodness I had receipt in glove box. She actually pulled my old battery and installed new one. Very impressive! After installation battery light came back on and Mahena was genuinely concerned. She ran diagnostics and concluded it was the alternator. She said she could have alternator there by 9:00 am Monday morning which she did. She even gave me her home number in case I got stuck somewhere and needed help. I wish everyone could experience this level of customer service. Auto zone is luck to have someone like her representing their company. Definitely above and beyond! Thank you Mahena!!

Ordered an item and was told it was 101.** Paid with credit card, picked up in person and asked for a receipt and they told me there wasn't one but it has a lifetime warranty after it had cleared online I was charged 215.**Not good business, they had better fix it soon!!!!!!!!!! Won't shop there again!

Very busy. Checking out with just one item I got off the shelf took forever. Seemed disorganized. One guy just standing around with his hands in his pockets but looked like he might be missing a few cards in the deck too.
