I had a wonderful sales experience at Bayer RV including a replacement of a clearance light before initial pick up. HOWEVER, when it came to SERVICE, it was quite the opposite. My hitch was reconfigured to what they thought was a certified trailer set up with so much tension on the trailer brackets, they shifted during tow. Upon return, they set it up with absolutely no tension which defeats the purpose of a 4-point sway control. I ended up fixing it myself... In similar fashion, the dual battery configuration was not correct and the NEW batteries would not hold a charge, too many connections to one positive terminal. Airstream DFW had to replace the batteries and explained what a messy battery set up it was. Great sales, lousy service/maintenance.

One star is being generous for this review. We ordered an Airstream Pottery Barn back in May of 2021 and put a deposit down. There was delay after delay and again in August of this year further delays after our wonderful sales rep Steve retired. Our order then handled by GM Mike. We questioned the integrity of the order after talking with other dealership and cancelled. I inquired with Mike over 6 messages and 8 emails on what the status was of our deposit refund. It was met with zero responses. I am a 100% disabled veteran Army Officer and integrity is key, Mike and Bayer RV have none. The ghosting of a very patient customer waiting over a year and a half is shameful. They even ignored and failed to respond to the BBB complaint I filed. I am honest and transparent when I make criticisms but want to inform others so they can make educated decisions when evaluating and reviewing doing business with this company.

I wish I had read the last 2 reviews before we took our 2022 5th wheel in for some repairs.... when my husband took it in he told them to just go ahead and fix the shower door that had been shattered on a trip and we also needed them to fix the electrical outlet problems we were having in the kitchen and the bathroom.... honestly they had it a month.. we picked it up on a Friday and left out on a trip Sunday thinking that they had fixed the problem with the outlets... of course it was not fixed and we called them about it and the guy said that it was our coffee pot tripping the breaker ?????? SERIOUSLY??? I told him it was a small $12 coffee pot...good grief ... we will never do business with them again EVER ...

I had a furnace failure on my brand new 2022 Bambi 16 RB while a thousand miles from home and the fantastic folks at Bayer made the repair and handled the warranty claim all within 45 minutes of our arrival. They really went the extra mile to get us back on the road quickly and without any hassle. They even had to do some special research to figure out which part I needed. They were fantastic!

Bought a rv was told new tires oil change . They made me wait a week to have there check list done . They sprayed the rv down with water so I could not see the oxidation. Found rat nest on top the engine. Found bare wires that rubbed on rear tire .air filter bows dirty . They did nothing to this rv had to get gas in it at closet gas station I spent 80.000

My wife & I contacted 7 Airstream Dealerships asking for their best price. 2 of the 7 never answered us. Steve gave us the best price straight out of the gate, no hassle no begging. There was 1 other that came very close to his price. Another [ big town ] Dealership after giving their $ said they'd match or beat any price. My wife & I don't deal with people like that. This basically tells me he did not give his best price. So today we are driving 7 hours away to deal with Steve & his crew @ Bayer R.V. Thank You Steve !!!

after a week of communications assuring us the camper we choose was in excellent condition but not willing to work with us on a deposit or down payment forcing us to travel 9 hours to view it on their timeline we find massive water damage, rot and missing fixtures. When I ask the condition of the unit beyond normal wear and tear don't lie to me and say it's in excellent shape. Tell me about the rot in the slide and the missing globe on the ceiling fan. Would not recommend this dealer for your next rv purchase.

My husband got locked out of our camper and we went to Bayer for some advice. The owner was so great, he was able to help us out of a jam. I will definitely be shopping at Bayer for my camper needs soon! They are definitely the best and most worthwhile choice in the area!

This guys get away with being con artist cannot believe they get away with what they do. We drove 6 hours & bought a airstream we were led to believe a good deal from this company only to get home & find out they Lied Airstream had been damaged. Also the owner of the place pretty much runs the town, so no recourse after purchase. Beware of the small town charm.

My husband loves this place. Since they have come under new management, the services have really expanded and improved. We are so glad to have a place close by to take our little RV when it needs repairs. We haven't yet experienced the quality of repairs, but if the quality matches the attitudes of the people there, we will be happy!

I was nervous buying a used rv consignment off their lot, but when they explained the bumper to bumper, check everything possible and fix it inspection I fell for it. Now I have lights that weren't changed, a door that literally fell off on its third use, a washer I needed to have serviced, and a super slide out that was so crooked and offset it wants to rip the wall off to fully extend. They seem nice, but don't be fooled like me, they are snakes and I'm stuck with a used lemon I can't even sell without investing thousands.

I needed a new shower faucet, and these guys at Bayer were great. They had a giant product selection compared to most dealers and a huge product catalog for special order parts. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing any part for an RV or camper.

Bought our 2019 Airstream Globetrotter and couldn t be more pleased. We did our homework and shopped several dealerships but felt most comfortable with Steve and Bernie!

I have found Bayer Rv to be helpful and fair. I have a 30 ft airstream .I have gotten straight forward answer and not a lot of BS. Its worth the drive to find a airstream dealership that listens and cares.

Worst customer service in Texas and possibly within the lower 48. Complained that the maintenance insurance that was purchased when buying RV doesn't cover enough of his maintenance rates. Actually told me that if I had more maintenance issues, take it somewhere else.
