Workmanship is poor. Multiple trips back to their shop to fix items. Damaged a tire during install and caused a bubble. They stated I did the damage somehow. Luckily I had a photo of the tire as soon as they pulled it out of the shop for the first time before I took possession where you could see damage. They quickly fixed it for free (a positive I guess).Then I went back in for my 500 mile torque check of the new leaf springs, see photos below. They finger tightened the bolts for my shocks back on. The next morning I was loading up my travel trailer and noticed the shock hanging down. I drove back to Thor and they fixed it. Stating the technician got a talkin to. Then offered me a shirt or hat, like I want to rep their brand as a happy customer. Buyer beware. Bolt-on (or slap together) Shop that doesn t check their work and sends you down the road. What if it was my front suspension and I had my children in the vehicle? Yes, I m sure they will respond to this saying they made it right . save your breath. Little to no quality control. Wow, I can t believe you did this to my truck!

Had a 2-1/2 leveling lift, ADD bumper and Rough Country LED lights installed on my 2022 F150 Tremor. The crew at Thor did amazing work, communicated during the whole process and were very customer service oriented. Can not recommend them more. (Last pic is the before pic)Duane Williams

Jamie and his team are as solid as they come!! They knocked my F150 build out of the park and provided excellent communication the whole way to help me make the best decision for my build while also helping me to consider price conscious alternatives. They will have my business well into the future on all my other trucks.

Jamey and the whole crew went above and beyond on my build. What started at as a "let's get rid of the death wobble" discussion turned into a fully optioned Carli 5.5" E-Venture system - radius arms, upper and lower steering stabilizers, torsion sway bar, long travel air bags, progressive springs, trophy hitch - you name it. Threw on CJC off-road bumpers front and back, Warn EVO winch up front, Baja Designs lights and 38" Toyo M/Ts on 18" Methods to boot. Added AMP powersteps and was good to go. Not only am I super happy with the way everything turned out, but I'll be bringing my 200 series Land Cruiser in next. Can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with these folks and how amazing the finished product turned out.

I knew I wanted a Carli suspension system when I bought my truck and was pleasantly surprised to find out I lived down the road from Texas' only Carli stocking dealer in THOR Off Road. It was immediately evident from the moment I walked in the shop that they were as excited to help design my upgrades as I was and that made the process so enjoyable. I worked with Mike Villarreal on what components I wanted (Carli King Pintop 3.5" kit, Radius Arms, Full Rear Spring Replacement, Dual Steering Stabilizers, Torsion Sway Bar, and New Wheels and Tires) and he guided me through what each of the parts did, and how they were upgrades over stock.I work on pipelines out in the country so I had all these components upgraded because my truck actually gets off the pavement and uses 4 wheel drive almost every day and they are so worth it. I highly recommend THOR Off Road to totally transform your truck from vision to reality.

I brought my wife's 2022 Honda Pilot to THOR for a brushguard installation. Mike and his team are very professional and had me scheduled quickly. The work was done in a timely manner and was done with expertise in workmanship. I highly recommend THOR for all accessory things you need for your vehicle.

Thor team did a fantastic job on my Stage 8 Icon install for 3rd Gen Tacoma. With all the shipping delays occurring, the parts came in much faster than anticipated and communication was on-point. Install was completed efficiently with everything tested, torqued, QC d perfectly. Highly recommend these guys for any off-road auto needs.

I was traveling across the country and had a major issue and included a brake line blowing and nobody in Austin could help me. I rolled in early here and even though they were super busy and these guys did an amazing job of taking care of me. Absolutely friendly and clearly outstanding at what they do. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for this group of professionals.

Seamless transaction when I went to Thor, Personnel were extremely knowledgable and very friendly. They were on time (actually early) on the delivery and there were zero issues noted with the truck. Cant thank these guys enought.

I ordered a Carli suspension through Thor Off road. All parts and install was over 14k. I chose Thor because they advertise they pay more attention to detail than the other 4x4 shops. These folks are the same as all the others.. Cut corners and don t want to make it right. I had a warranty part from Thor and had to email and call the manufacturer to get parts coming. This took weeks back and forth with the manufacture and Thor was no help. When the warranty part came in Thor charged me an additional $306 to install their warranty part.. I have road tripped to Montana rotating my tires every thousand miles and notice a lot of wear on them.. I took my truck to an alignment shop here in Billings Montana and was told the front end is one inch out of alignment. Thor did you even alignment this when you were done? I now have less than 3 k miles on this set of MTs and they are more than half gone. $2500 worth of tires. I had a few words for the salesman who sold me on the kit and the whole time that was telling them how disappointed I was the owner was hiding in his office. Be careful with Thor off-road.

Needed to upgraded my new truck with a Ranch Hand grille guard bumper and rear bumper. They were able to get it in stock and the install was a super smooth process. Will definitely be coming back for my future off road needs.

The guys over at THOR are awesome. Jamey really knows his stuff and has been doing it long and consistently enough to ask the right questions in achieving the appropriate setup for your rig. I have a 2017 Super Duty. I purchased a Carli Back-Country leveling kit from him. He had the whole kit in stock and I was able to pick it up from him to install myself at home. On top of that, Jamey continued to be a resource for any and all questions I had to ensure I did everything correctly. I developed a phantom clunk in my front in after installation and after a month and a half of searching for it between myself and a shop in Dallas, Jamey told me to stop by so he could take a look. About 30 seconds into Jamey and Slater looking it over they were able to figure out my issue and fixed it there on the spot. Great group of stand up guys and couldn't be happier to work with them.

Awesome shop with great service and prices. I was referred to them by Method Racing Wheels so they know their stuff. Skip the chain stores and buy from them you won't regret it.

The crew over at THOR Off Road once again did an amazing job. My 4Runner has been in the shop over the years and they always do a great job. This time they got me in quickly, spent a good amount of time helping me troubleshoot my issue, then booked a time to get the job done by fixing my front end popping noise.Would absolutely recommend this shop!

Jamey and his crew did a fantastic job on my 2022 Limited Ram 3500 Megacab dually. Full Carli suspension sitting on 37s. They did the work quickly and even sat on all the parts for months because the truck took 7 months for production at RAM. He picked up from and returned the truck to me in Houston. I m not sure what more anyone could ask for. Job is done perfect and working with Jamey and the team at Thor couldn t be more pleasant! Truck rides amazing. I followed his advice and recommendations and I m glad I did. They know what they are doing ! Thank you

The team at Thor helped me get my Carli Suspension system completed and corrected after another shop used some incorrect parts and installation methods. They were very easy to communicate with and get a hold of and willing to answer any and all questions I had. I'd highly recommend them!

I suspect I tried the patience of the people at THOR. I had to reschedule the installation of Carli suspension components due to circumstances beyond their control. When I arrived two months later, they were ready with all of the parts and a technician ready to go. The installation was performed in one day even though they had estimated a day and a half. Slater was very helpful in explaining the components, recommending a change in tire size, etc. The Carli components are super high quality as was the service. Very satisfied with this shop.

Well-oiled machine. The guys at Thor do a great job from quoting, scheduling, completing the job on-time and on budget, and getting me out of there. This is the second time I've had work done to my truck. The first time was installing a Ranch Hand grill guard, this time a larger fuel tank. Both jobs were very similar in experience and I appreciate the efficiency and transparency.

I was ready to level my 16 Ram 6.7 and wanted a Carli system. Slater and all the guys at Thor were absolutely uncompromising regarding the quality of my install. I had recently had a built trans installed and they noticed the 23 pin chain connector was not seated all the way and maybe saved me a big headache. When Thor takes a project they truly own it as if it was their own ride!Installed 2019 Drag Link, 19+ upper stabilizer, lower stabilizer, torsion sway bar, track bar, ball joints springs and Fox s.I want to thank everyone at Thor Off-road for helping me fall in love with my truck again! I ll be back for drops and radius arms when I save up some more nickel s.

Excellent shop, great people and competitive prices. Jamey, Slater, and crew are true off road enthusiasts, hunters and sportsmen. They drive some of the same trucks that I use, and that makes them familiar with the product first hand. Highly recommend these guys!!

They took care of me and were even there after hours to receive my truck! Very knowledgeable, I am glad I drove hours away to come and have my Carli kit done right! They hooked me up and updated me every step of the way. If your reading this and going with a Carli kit, MAKE THE DRIVE!
