If you have dents and dings, whether they be minor or major, and want your car to look better than new take it to Robert at The Dent Shop in Dripping Springs, TX. Robert is a good honest man that will not only make your vehicle look better than new, but he is quite reasonable on price (considerably less than a typical body shop). I have had two vehicles "repaired" by Robert and both have come out great. I will not hesitate to use Robert in the future or recommend him to my friends and family (something I rarely do). Have confidence you are getting quality workmanship at an honest price when you visit Robert at The Dent Shop.

This is an amazing small shop. Robert treated us like family, and most importantly did an awesome job repairing a nasty dent in the crease of the rear corner panel and on the lift gate. Great price, and great service. I would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend using Robert at The Dent Shop. When my new car was dented at the baseball fields, Robert saved the day. My car looks brand new again with 100% satisfaction. His work was incredible craftsmanship, very timely, great communication, and better pricing than competitors. Plus, Robert was very kind, honest and genuine good guy to work with!

Robert did an amazing job restoring my 2022 Kia Telluride! Before my car was a year old, it ended up with a dent on the front fender from an unfortunate mishap with my trash bin being forced between my car and my husband's. Mine took the bulk of the damage. I let that sit for a year, but every time I'd drive my car, I'd feel a little sad looking at it. I finally got around to taking care of it, and got a quote from a traditional auto body shop. I knew it would be a lot, but the quote was much higher than I had anticipated. I decided to check with the Dent Shop because they perform paintless dent repair and since my dent was so minor and the paint was undamaged, I felt my car would be a good candidate. I'm very happy I did.Robert quoted me an extremely fair price that was more than half off what I was quoted at the traditional body shop, but I do want to highlight something here that I felt was really important when I met him and got the quote. He demonstrated a high level of honestly and integrity when he let me know that the original quote from the traditional body shop was also a very fair price for this work, and in fact on the lower side. Without even knowing which body shop provided me that quote, he spoke highly of them and let me know I was not being ripped off. I think that speaks volumes for his character.Now for the work itself, he was able to get my car in quickly. He quoted me on a Friday and I was able to drop my car off with him on the following Tuesday (of Thanksgiving week of all weeks). He had it completed that Wednesday afternoon. In a short time, he transformed my front fender and made it look like the damage never happened. He was very communicative throughout the process.I highly recommend the Dent Shop and Robert. Paintless dent repair is a kind of art form and it's obvious that he loves what he does. If I ever need more dents removed, he will be the first person I take my vehicles to.

I don t normally write reviews. But, for Robert and the amazing work he has done, I HAVE to!!! I had a huge dent in the side of my car from a trashcan blowing into it. Every other place we got a quote from couldn t guarantee it being fixed paint-less or even without having to have the whole door replaced that would ve costed THOUSANDS! Robert fixed it perfectly with no paint work needing to be done and you could never tell what had happened! He even fixed up some other small dings on my car that he did of his own volition! Robert is such a kind, honest, and welcoming person who will make sure you go home satisfied.

The dent shop was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience with them. I had a really bad dent in the door of my Lexus. (A flat bed cart from Lowe's rolled into the door) Robert was able to make the door look like new. As close as I look, I can't even see where the huge dent was. I greatly appreciate my friend recommending The Dent Shop and here is my review in the hope you will trust them with your vehicle.

What an incredible place to have around. Robert is extremely kind, efficient, and wonderful at what he does. I came in with an unfortunate dent on my new car. He was so understanding of my frustration and helped get me fixed right up. I hope I will not need another repair, but if I do this will be the ONLY place that I go to. The repair, customer service, everything! I 10/10 recommend the dent shop.

Wow!! I have never been treated so well. From the time they greeted me with a smile, the estimate was more than fair.. when I picked up my car- IMPRESSED 5 Star job..I am so glad I found them.. So, if you are like me, and keep putting it off, trust me and give them a call, or stop by for the welcoming warm smile.. Then you can be like me . After the recent hail storm that hit, all of our cars had hail damage. My husband spoke with Robert about repairing his mustang gt/cs, and Robert assured him that the car would be back to showroom quality. I cannot thank Robert & Justin enough! When we received the car back after the repairs were made, it definitely was back to that showroom quality. My husband is happy, and that is saying a lot because he is incredibly particular about these kind of things. Robert & Justin were friendly, professional, and provided quality work. We cannot recommend them enough!

We had a dent in our Tesla and Robert did a phenomenal job getting it out. Looks new again! He was extremely hospitable, I would highly recommend bringing your car to him for dent repairs. He takes a lot of pride in the work he does and it shows in the results.

My wife's car had a basketball hoop blow over and fall on the hood of her car. Big dent I wasn't sure could be removed with paintless repair. Robert fixed it so well you can't even tell it was there. Amazing work. It's the 3rd time I've brought a vehicle in and received great service and quality work from The Dent Shop team. Highly recommend.

Robert is a magician with dents. I had some hail damage and he was able to return my car to me in good as new condition. I know where the dents were and I can't even find any trace of the dents. I highly recommend the dent shop!

I was referred to Robert at The Dent Shop by my parents who took two of their cars to him for various damage repair. Knowing they wouldn t refer me to anyone they didn t trust themselves, we made the one hour drive south from Round Rock to take our daughter s car to him for hail damage repair. Robert exceeded our expectations, offering a very fair price for more repairs than I anticipated being able to get done, and got it done in less time than expected. We will be taking all our repairs to him in the future, despite the distance.

I was one of the unfortunate individuals stuck in the hail storm in North Austin at the end of August. I was devastated by the damage to my vehicle and was sure the insurance company was going to total it. The entire roof, hood, side panels and even electronic entry pad was destroyed.However, we took it to Robert and team at the Dent Shop and they made it better than it was before the storm. I was so grateful!I can speak from complete authority on this because my dad and brother both have done PDR as their careers. My brother, who lives too far away for me to send my car to, saw both the before and after. He was like, That guy is the real deal! High praise for sure!Thank you Robert and the Dent Shop for your diligent work in restoring my vehicle. Take your vehicles to this team if you want honest and awesome work!

I am planning on selling my car, but I had a few door dings that I wanted taken care off. I googled repair shops in Austin and got quotes that were higher than expected, plus it would have meant driving into Austin. Then I stumbled on The Dent Shop in Dripping Springs. I took the car there for a quote and met Robert. I knew within a few minutes that The Dent Shop would get my business. Not only was the quote less than those I got from the Austin shops but also realized that Robert is one of the most caring and knowledgeable individuals I have ever met. He really knows his business. I picked up the car today and was blown away with the quality of his work. He even managed to get a dent out of a body line which is usually very difficult to do. You can't go wrong with doing business with The Dent Shop.

Robert is very easy to work with AND the results are outstanding. Black truck with a two dents on the hood and one on the rear quarter panel (both flat and curved surfaces). I challenge people to try to find where the dents were... No trace. Very happy customer.

Not only is Robert Castillo an expert at repairing dents and other damage to automotive sheet metal and trim, he is extremely competent at repairing, replacing and fixing worn, faulty and/or damaged mechanical body parts. My 2008 F350 extended cab rear doors quit working. I told him I wanted to buy the Ford parts, so he told me what to get at Truck City in Buda. He took both rear doors apart and installed the new latch mechanisms in less than a day. They both work perfectly now.You can rely on Robert and his crew to get the job done right!

Robert is a hidden gem and a skilled craftsman. My 2 year old x5 has had a number of nicks and dings and he took care of them flawlessly. Nice to know I have a dent guy I can bring my cars to in the future that is nothing short of excellent.

Robert Castillo produces the BEST dent removal work!! Take him your nicest vehicles with door dents or worse and he can get it done at such a good price and it ll look like it never happened.. I had accumulated several dings on my car over the last year and finally decided to look into getting them fixed. Dropped in to the Dent Shop, visited with Robert and decided not to even shop around. His work is great, quick turnaround and I'm happy with the cost. Also got some help with a sideview mirror problem. I have family in north Austin who got clobbered with the hail storm and they are all getting his contact info from me.
