I contacted Optic-Kleer (Aaron) on Tuesday afternoon to replace a broken windshield on a 2022 GMC 3500. We then discussed options for insurance or paying cash, but settled on using USAA for claim as the chip / crack was in field of view and bigger than a quarter. Opened an online claim with USAA and Thursday morning Aaron texted at 8:45am and had the windshield at the shop and he could install between 2-4pm that day at my house! Great customer service and super easy to schedule all of this. Would recommend for chips, cracks, or full replacement windshield like I did!!!

Aaron replaced two windshields for us and did an incredible job. Not only did he make it so I didn t have to leave my home but he also made the calls to insurance so I only had to give verbal agreement saving time. Unfortunately, both windshields quickly got a chip in them but Aaron came out and repaired them free of charge!

Aaron helped save us from a verrrry expensive windshield replacement on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. He expertly repaired a rock chip in the lower right corner that had happened just a few days after we bought the vehicle. The repair is as close to perfect as you could expect and the color match is spot on. He came to our home to perform the repair and explained what he was doing at each step in the process and was done in about 30 minutes. I ll definitely call him again if needed for windshield repairs in the future.
