This is the shop you have been searching for if you own a BMW or a Mercedes. But you may have to wait a week or two to schedule an appointment. Others have discovered this shop before you. Clarence Vandeveer stays busy because he knows how to take care of BMWs and Mercedes' and he cares about quality work. His prices are fair, and his old school professional approach to service is why his customers keep coming back. I shouldn't be posting this--now I'll have to wait three weeks for an appointment.

Clarence IS the BMW doctor for sure! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else - he is hands-down the best. A consummate professional, knowledgeable and personable.

Once in a lifetime you may find a mechanic this good, I almost hate to give a great review since he is so busy as it is. I don't want everyone to know about him. Clarence is the smartest and most honest guy in the business.

Better than the BMW dealer on service, price, and attention to detail. When you add in exceptional customer service, F5 is the only way to go.

Don't go anywhere else with your BMW. Clarence is the straightest of straight shooters and is a PhD level BMW repairman.
