Our older BMW X1 needed a new radiator. Long story short: it ended up needing a whole lot more after the initial part replacement, in part because the replaced part was bad (it happens). Mark took complete ownership of all the issues and was great to communicate with. The issue was fully resolved and I'll be going back again in the future.

12/19/2023Mark is an incredible and veryknowledgeable automotive repair specialist. He has been of great assistance to me in advising me of existing problems and letting me know ways in which I can increase my vehicle's longevity.I drive a 2011 Volvo XC 60 with all-wheel drive. He has changed the oil, all of its filters, performed a wheel alignment and other repair work.He does great work and his prices for the services rendered are very reasonable. I drive over 20 miles to have him work on our cars because it is worth it.He makes an appointment with you and he keeps it. He will always let you know ahead of time, what the repair will entail from a cost and time perspective.I will continue to make this 20 mile drive whenever one of our cars needs a mechanical repair.I trust and rely upon the quality of his work.

I have taken my truck and z06 corvette to Complete Autoworks for the last 2 years. Mark has consistently delivered high quality automotive services at a fair price. He's friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest, and develops a relationship with his customers based on trust and respect. He's accurately diagnosed problems and takes the time to explain what is wrong and what needs to be done. He fixes what is needed and only what is needed. Where to start...I was totally in a jam, as I flew down to Austin to buy this Z06, and had to drive it back to Tacoma, WA on a pretty tight schedule. I was at a buddies shop down the street fixing a few small items when we noticed a large power steering fluid leak. Buddy suggested I head over to see Mark, and said he was a pretty sharp mechanic. What an understatement.Mark tracked down the needed parts the same day, and worked extra hours to accommodate a total stranger, to make sure my plans weren't interrupted. Not only did he repair the fluid leak, but also totally replaced the power window motor that wasn't working at all, making my trip home much more comfortable.He had me on the road early the next morning, with time to spare. He even called me the next day, as I was leaving Tuscon, to follow up and make sure everything was going well. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe it. So thankful he was there. Drove 3100 miles home without an issue.Thanks Mark!

Complete Autoworks rebuilt my Engine in my 2014 Chevy SS and did an amazing Job. It was done in a timely manor and they kept to a budget. Every step they let me know what they were doing and how the parts they were installing would make the Engine stronger. Simply Amazing work and the attention to detail was perfect. I highly recommend Complete Autoworks for simple repairs all the way up to Performance upgrades you won't find a better shop out there!

Mark and his team switched out my gearbox on my 2006 Ford F250 with a six inch lift last week following the ice storm, getting the truck back to me within a day. My family and I moved to another state the next day for my work and made the 1000 plus mile trip comfortably and safely. His team were knowledgeable enough to know exactly what the truck needed, and took the play in the wheel from a 3 inch play, to right around 1 inch or a little less, making my truck fun to drive and much more manageable.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Mark and his team are the real deal. I was having a pinging issue with my truck and needed some help beyond the basics. He was very receptive to my input and worked with me to remedy the issue. I appreciated the general transparency, reasonable pricing, and zero pressure in terms of deciding on which services to perform. My Ram diesel after an oil change had electrical issues. Complete auto was recommended. They were awesome. Got me in and not only repaired the issue but repaired another issue they found. Fast andQuality service. Go here first.

It is not often that I look for a reason to bring an automobile to a mechanic, but I am so impressed not only with the quality of work and the service, but also that Mark is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and really knows his stuff. Mark helped us out with our Toyota and Nissan trucks. Both were in dire need of diagnostics and repairs. For a fair price he was able to get them both up and running in short amount of time. It s convenient for me to have a trustworthy shop so close to our house. I didn t think someone would set up their business on road 12 and not charge an arm and a leg for their services out here. Lucky for us, I was mistaken and now we have a mechanic that I will choose over any in town.

I took my 4runner to them after another person messed up a suspension job. These guys are the real deal, within a few hours they knew exactly what the problem was after a number of other shops couldn't figure it out. Great prices and really friendly people. If I could give them a 11/10 I would, the job they've done is outstanding. If y'all are reading this thanks again! My car is almost perfect now!

I had a great experience of professionalism at Complete Autoworks (Kyle, TX) today...thought I would share it.Recently I had an oil change at a Ford dealer, and during a routine inspection the dealer also noted that I needed the front brakes on my Ford Fusion serviced as pad thicknesses were down to 3 mm. I told them I would likely call back and schedule it in a week or so.At about the same time I got a flyer in the mail from a new auto repair business here in Kyle, Complete Autoworks, so thought I would get an estimate from them. I talked to Mark on the phone and when I brought the car to the shop he said they would do a courtesy inspection on the brakes as a check. Next thing I know they're bringing my car out of their service area....and Mark said my brakes were fine. And not only that, he had already emailed me photos showing the brake pad measurements for both front and back brakes...7 mm front brakes, 6 mm back brakes.Total cost today for me = $0.00 Mark and Complete Autoworks now have a new ongoing customer. I would suggest if you live in the Kyle area give them a serious look if you need any auto repair or maintenance.

Great service and Mark helped so much, from the beginning to the end.It s a field Mark specializes in(as far as euro cars go)and he understands what s up to date with anything needed for your vehicle.It cost a pretty penny for the job but Mercedes aren t exactly cheap either, yet I m happy the job was done honestly and right.I ll be sure to head back over there when I have enough for the blinkers situation

Besides being top notch mechanics, Mark is also one one the nicest most genuine people you will ever meet. Mark shoots you straight and makes data driven auto care recommendations. He has access to parts and vehicle information and does a great job reporting back to his customers objectively and allowing them to to make final decisions about what services to go with.
