We recently had a great experience at Classic Collision in Dripping Springs. We needed some work on our Ford Fusion and Les was great to work with. The customer service was tops from start to finish to include the front office staff. Great communication and finished on time! Highly recommend.

My wife and I had our vehicle towed here for repair after it was broken into. We ended up taking it elsewhere after having a really terrible experience with their front desk associate. I have no idea why, but she was rude and talked down to my wife, so I decided to take our business elsewhere.It was a bizarre experience because we were completely friendly and polite, so it was strange that she treated us this way. This was already a stressful experience having to deal with the break in, so this made it even worse. Definitely disappointed because the facility seems nice.

Classic Collision in Dripping Springs, Texas.I have never received such kind, supportive, and professional assistance from a service business. My needs were listened to and carried out by Marie at the front desk, as well as by my service advisor Edgar Ocon. They went above and beyond basic respect and integrity by making sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied. I was informed of every detail concerning the repair and insurance process from start to finish. They worked with the insurance company to satisfy my needs. My repairs were done far sooner than I expected, and the repairs are incredible. After the repair, my truck was washed and detailed, and it looks as if it just came off the showroom floor. I highly recommend this business and know you will be treated with great care and expertise. Thank you Marie, Edgar, and Les (the manager) at the Dripping Springs, Texas location for making my repair journey so amazing. Had an alignment issue with the bumper on my Ram 1500, called and spoke to Mike Weise, who found time for me to get in the next day and he set me up with Matt Ronshausen, who fixed my issue in about 45 mins. Had a wonderful experience with an unfortunate situation. Edgar was extremely patient, informative, and professional. Although I hope to never need their services again, they would definitely be one of the first calls I make for collision repairs.

What a wonderful experience at Classic Collision. Dustin Lindholm, Service Advisor, took a look at what I thought was a big scratch on a door panel. It turned out to be glue from duct tape that looked like a big scratch. He rubbed a chemical on the area and it looked like new in 5 minutes! He did not charge me for this service. I really appreciated this outstanding customer service and will be back for any car dents in the future. Thank you Dustin!Service: Body & Trim

My stepdad was in an accident recently, and this company was recommended to him. What a wonderful place! Maria at the front desk was so polite, helpful, patient, and cheerful. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, as well as openly communicative about the anticipated parts and time frame. Overall, they are a delight to have help in a situation that one never wants.

I have used AMM three times, and shame on me for the third. I assumed it had to be a fluke that the first two times the paint had visible runs and paint overspray abound. So, like a fool, I returned to have a repair on a fender. Wow. Same issues, only worse. I truly could have done a better job with a can of Kryon in a desert wind storm. I don t know what I m going to do to resolve the issue but it starts with warning you, don t go to AMM on 290. I will add photos later. I HATE that I have to resort to posting on google reviews.

I was so impressed with the service I received at Classic Collision. Everyone was extremely friendly and informative. Michael is seriously my hero. He took time to walk me through the entire repair process and even finished my repairs far ahead of schedule. My car looks brand new!! A comedy of errors where the only thing rivaling their quality of service was the quality of their repair work. Vehicle was in their shop for 48 days, with no communication of any kind for the first 30 of those days, and only 11.7 total labor hours billed back to the insurance company. That number feels quite accurate seeing how many issues I've found in their "repairs". Was told many times the vehicle was ready but they forgot or missed many items and had to keep the vehicle for longer. I even missed a doctor's appointment the morning I picked it up because they had to take the vehicle to the back for more work yet again. Mike at the front desk was incredibly rude to my wife and me. Lady at the counter messed up the paperwork and wanted me to pay the deductible twice. They lost my keys (literally), my trust, and any possibility of future business from anyone in my neighborhood. You'd be wise to consider other options before coming here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would like to thank everyone that worked and did the repairs on my truck while at Classic Collision. It did take a little bit longer than originally quoted. But that was due to a part being back ordered. Edgar Ocan was the man that took care of me and my truck. He was upfront, honest, and communicated during the entire repair. Excellent service and advice. My wife and I bought a used car recently with a clean CarFax from a dealership in South Austin. However, after a few days, we noticed some details on the doors and fenders on the right side of it, which made us suspicious of a previous accident. The dealer (AutoNation) reassured us that the car had had no accident at all. We took it to Classic Collision in W290 Hwy, and Darren Wilson, one of their Service Advisors, promptly looked at the car, and quickly pointed out various evidence of sloppy body work indicating the car had had some damage. He kindly gave us an estimate of what needs to repaired at no cost. Now we will go back to the dealer with the estimate and the information Classic Collision readily gave us, and hopefully get our money back.THANK YOU, DARREN!!! THANK YOU CLASSIC COLLISION AT W290 HWY!!! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

Took my 2012 Odyssey in to have a heavily damaged driver door repaired. Dustin L. the service advisor and techs Matt and Mike did a fantastic job! Dustin was awesome - he took time to explain everything and provide multiple cost effective options for what was a very tricky repair. The quality of the work and timeliness couldn't have been better. I will definitely use Classic Collision In Dripping Springs for any/all future repairs and highly recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

Working closely with Dustin and the GM Les I was able to get my vehicle fixed fast and efficient. They don t skip corners at this place and they make sure to keep you up to date on the whole process so you can feel included in the repair of your vehicle. I always had good service from AMM but that has changed since it changed to Classic Collision. Stopped by 3 weeks ago to get a quote to repair some body damage to my truck. Was turned away and was told they only do appointments for quotes. Went to other local shops that same day and got the quotes I needed.Called today to get my daughter's car looked at. I was told their next available appointment wasn't until next Wednesday, 8 days away. I tried to make the appointment for the following Thursday at 8:15 AM. Was told they have meetings until 9:00 AM and couldn't schedule anything earlier.Bottom line, this place has lost my business.

Classic Collision Dripping Springs handled my truck's autobody repair work in a very professional manner keeping me well informed throughout the entire process. Scheduling when to bring my truck in for repair was easy and I received daily updates until it was ready for pickup. I dropped my car off to get fixed after being rear ended and they did a fantastic job. When I picked up my car it was clean, they washed it and explained exactly what they did. I had a terrible experience with the lack of information and extended period of time. I was in a rear ending accident on august 26 and I did not receive my truck back until December 30th. Then received my truck with my tailgate not even connected to the handle latch leaving me unable to lay my bed down, my tire pressure was broke and the guys told me it was just locked . The tailgate in fact was not locked myself and several other people including my home mechanic, they had to take the panel off and connect it meaning they didn t even check my tailgate before returning or my dash lights. I brought my tire pressure failure probably up to the worker and he said it s because you don t have a spare tire for your rack me a 16 year old female by myself believed him. I got my tires replaced a month after And my back left tire sensor (where my accident hit) was completely broken apart. I have now paid over $250 to fix what should have been covered by insurance because of the lack of the workers checking over my truck when it was done. Also to be mentioned my truck ready date was extended several months because of my tailgate being stole off the lot and the parts not fitting together. If I had a daughter(or lack of knowledge on vehicles) I would never let go here due to the workers taking advantage of them. I do not recommend.

I have been a fan of this shop for years. I always deal with Justin, and he is always honest about what needs to be done, and delivers the finished repairs when he said he would. Had an estimate done to do insurance repair in early Jan 2023. Almost 3 months later and no updates on parts or scheduling despite emailing the service advisor. I had an urgent need to have my drivers side window regulator repaired. Took it to Billy one evening and he had it fixed by 1:30 the very next day. This is not the first time AMM Collision has helped me they are they are truly a customer service oriented company not run by greed. They do high quality work and care about their customers. You will be satisfied if you do business with them.

I've had to take my car there twice because people backed into it. Both times it came out looking as good or better than new. After the first experience there it was the only place I considered taking it. If I ever need another repair, that's where I'll go.

Needed a front bumper replaced on my brand new Ram. Stopped by that morning, and had my car back by 5:30 that evening. Awesome work and back like new before my first payment was due! haha Wade was awesome in getting everything quoted out and insurance handled.
